Accurate delivery times - almost exactly 2 months but worth the wait. Really pretty designs and original too. Not everyone will be walking around looking like a mermaid. Sizing is very slightly off but still wearable.

Its been 23 days since I ordered and received email confirmation and I am still waiting for any update. I'm getting very worried reading the reviews on here and honestly wish I would've visited this site before making my purchase. Ordered 8 leggings and only received 7. Missing leggings wasn't shipped out even after 1 week of notifying them.
Customer service would respond in a day or two but not really helpful.
Quality of leggings are like crap and doesn't justify the premium pricing paid.
Material is thin and looks like it doesn't fit after a few wear.
They look like $5 clothings that you can get from a major China platform that ships globally.
The size chart provided by Lotus leggings doesn't help as most of the leggings came too big.
Regret asking my friends to purchase from Lotus leggings together.
The next order came in with one item having obvious quality issues and another of the wrong size. It was very frustrating to find out that I had to pay for shipping these wrong items back. Then I waited two weeks for the new delivery just find out that they've sent me the wrong size again and the other item was not included. It was ridiculous that I'd have to pay for the shipping again due to their mistake, so I just threw away those leggings. They never reimbursed me for the second leggings that were not included. Customer service was really rude telling me that they have shipped both items and hinting that I must be lying.
This was the worst experience ever - don't bother ordering anything from this company!

Just got my first order. I was little worried, but everything looks amazing and totally above my expectations.
I have tried numerous times to cancel this subscription, even though the product is good it is not worth the $75 that was just taken from my account. Tights arrive here and there, not consistently at all and most times its the same pair. The phone number that is attached to cancelling the subscription is not a working number and that alone is a red flag. I would not like any more leggings sent to my address and would like my account information removed from this company immediately. I would not like an apology or explanation only a cancellation of this subscription. That's it. That's all.

I call this company a click bait, saw their ad clicked on it, looked up plus size leggings, said they carried them, ordered a pair to find out I had to pay for a subscription and they dont carry plus size leggings. Went on BBB website and many many complaints of fraudulent charges!

They stole my friends photo, without permission, and gave zero credit. Then blocked her on social media, and has been deleting comments on their facebook page to prevent people from finding out about their illegal activities.
Like everyone else here I've been tricked into buying bright and colourful leggings only to receive the ugliest, pale colour, bad copy leggings after a month of anticipation. Now it's been over a month since I've been trying to get that 'personal response' from the support team to get the money refund but with no success. Is there anything we can do to get our money back and get rid of the garbage they sent us? I am not going to wear them ever.
I'm not sure what the previous writer considers to be "fast delivery" but I consider 6 weeks extremely slow. Especially considering that there is ZERO response from the Lotus Co with the exception of the canned answer "a ticket has been generated". Do Not deal with these people. Only giving one star because negative stars are not available

Invoice in multiple currency so not sure what you are paying for. I purchased early for a birthday gift, they were too small so now suck with 3 pairs and Lotus Leggings only back there product for 7 days, no return business from me

Order never arrived. Contacted their customer service several times. Refused to refund but said they would ship it again, every time I contacted them. Still haven't gotten anything and now it's been "sent" numerous times.
My two sets of leggings came quicker than expected. They are small for me but I love the design. Keeping them in my weightloss reward drawer. Would recommend get at least 1 or 2 sizes larger than your normal size.

I ordered 3 pair of leggings over 2 months ago.
They immediately charged my credit card (>$50) and told me my order was on its way. Now it's mid-February and still nothing. I ha e contacted them twice... all I've gotten is an email basically saying "Oh sorry... we're working on it so here's a coupon code for $15 off your next order". I will NEVER order from them again. I just want my money back - a full refund.
My leggings arrived really quickly. I got a bit nervous when I saw the Chinese shipping info (leggings that I've bought from China in the past have tended to be incredibly small) but they fit well and look great!
