I purchased what I thought was two individual leggings from Lotus the day after my birthday(7/9) at $. 95 each for a total of $9.90. I was told they were on their way on the 11th. On the 26th I was reviewing my bank statement and noticed a charge for $49.99. After searching for a contact number to no avail I sent an email correspondence regarding this charge and my order I had yet to receive. I was then given a generated response with the contact number after disputing the charges with my credit card. I spoke with a man named Terrell White, who said that since I already contacted my bank and disputed the charge that he would not be able to process a refund request. In order to do that I would need to contact the credit card company again and then three way call him so that they could verbally tell Terrell that there is no longer a dispute to process. Terrell said that I would be able to reach him directly by verbal request as long as it was before 2pm when he gets off his shift.The lady from the credit card company that I spoke to said that's not right. She is not able to conference call with Lotus as it violates their policies. She told me that Lotus is fully capable of processing a refund and then there will be no dispute to process because I will then have nothing to report on my claim that I have been instructed to complete and return. I called back to speak with Terrell and notify him of this, and was first told that I could not request to speak with anyone specifically, then I asked to speak to a supervisor, who I told I would like to speak with Terrell and she transferred me, where I sat on hold for well over one and a half hours. I used my other phone to call Lotus again. While still on hold on my other phone, the "customer service representative" argued with me about what the bank told me, and when I finally asked to speak to her supervisor, I was given to a supervisor who asked me why I didn't have the bank on the line, where I explained the situation yet again. They refuse to process a refund for the $49.99 charge requested on July 24th and processed on the 26th. Even though their policies clearly state that if you bought your "membership" on the 15th, it will always process on the 15th. But my only purchase ever made was on the 9th, and I did not purchase any membership, I only wanted some leggings. Garbage customer service. I will be moving forward with my dispute on the charge.

Ive gotten 5 pairs (+4pairs on its way as im typing this) of lotus leggings and I LOVE IT! Theyre great for lounging, bedtime sleepwear, swimming (really, I use em pairs for too, cause the material allows it) and also for exercising! Ive worn them to the gym countless times, and the new designs ive ordered will only motivate me to be pretty chic to exercise at the gym.
My favourite pair are my unicorn leggings which are just too cute for anyone to handle. Truly, I get stares from wearing those to the gym, but who cares. Im comfortable.
