I ordered one promotional bottle and found myself signed up to a monthly program for $49.95 per month. I did not authorise this. Somehow my bank allowed my account to be debited without my knowledge or authorisation. I did not receive the second bottle of tablets due to a customs charge needing to be paid so I was unable to send it back. The customer service email wont acknowledge receipt of any complaints or cancellations. The only thing that worked was to empty my account so that any future charges bounced. Fortunately i used a secondary account as i do with most internet orders as my suspicions were already aroused. I suggest anyone not to use main bank accounts in case of fraudulent debiting. Companies use the card payee not present facility to access customers accounts. Unfortunately I have been charged $49.95 and probably wont get it back. According to other reviews over many years this company have been getting away with fraudulently charging customers for years. Why do the banks continue to do business with companies like this? In effect they are facilitating fraud which they claim to be discouraging. If claims for a product seem too good to be true then generally they are. Go figure!
I've purchased from this company for 15 years now. I bought their program for back pain and i don't regret it at all. I continue to buy the Heal n Soothe product because it is the only long lasting natural product that has worked for my back pain. I'm not killing my liver with ibuprofen, etc, and I never want to have to have surgery. I haven't tried their other products, but their back pain products definitely work. After all it is called Lose the Back Pain.

Much the same way someone thinks about a health crisis, they know they need to do something about it but often times they just take a drug and hope the problem goes away, unfortunately that is not how our bodies were ever designed to work.

I enrolled to try the free packet to establish whether they would work for me. I believe the web site says try them for free and if you wish to cancel then it would be fine.
On 13th December 2019 I went to collect the delivery and discovered the were customs and handling charges of £14.04p. The leaflet inside the packet stated 'Thankyou for ordering a free trial of Heal and Soothe'
I then checked my bank account and £47.25p had been taken from my account on 25th November 2019. This was without my permission. I have cancelled my subscription. Let's see ho that works out.

I have osteoarthritis and bought the "come on" bottle with 90 capsules for $6.95. Then you learn that you need to build up the capsules to a maximum number which does not equal even one month. I took a chance because I really hoped for pain relief and ordered 6 bottles. The representative on the phone did not say that refunds are issued only for unopened bottles less shipping. Today I tried to get my refund and learned the truth. I am out over $250.00. Yes, if you read the product catalogue that disclaimer is present. The representative I dealt with today said some people take these capsules for a year or more before they see results. However, you are refunded only for the first 90 days. That's a big gamble to make. Unfortunately for me, I only found this site today. Better luck for the next consumer.

Never auto ship with this company. It took 37 minutes to get to talk to someone who said they cancelled order. After the first hold of 10 minutes with annoying music and no message of anytime (like all our representatives are busy with other customers) I hung up and tried again, thinking my call was lost in a loop. Net time I choice the order line and was insistent that I talk to someone. After she asked me to hold for a minute it was over 10 minutes until I talked to someone. Hopefullly the auto ship was cancelled. I am expecting an email. Very poor customer service.

I can't understand the large number of bad reviews for this site. Around 16 years ago I developed bad lower back and a right hip problem. For around 7 years, specialists were useless and injections made the situation worse. I searched the I net for help and found Losethebackpain.com. I ordered a folder course for around £120, and worked through it. It was all about muscle imbalance and that's exactly what I had. A number of consultants and surgeons never once mentioned this basic problem. I followed the course recommendations and got relief straight away via pelvic stretches focusing on my very weak and stiff right side. A more comprehensive program that I did in conjunction with very good physios takes me to now (2019, around 9 years later) were my pain is around 85 to 90 % better. Losethebackpain.com significantly changed my life. Fact. I don't know whether there are other products they offer that don't work so well, but their course based around muscle imbalance was 100% accurate. With both sides of my body (e.g. Calf's, glutes and pelvic muscles) now in much better balance, I do Pilates twice a week to keep my back problems at bay. I do have some disc and hip degeneration but have not needed an operation, as the main problem was weak muscles and imbalance. That's exactly what the Losethebackpain course has focused on. HealNSoothe is the real deal! After a lifetime of pain from fractured spine, spinal X Stop' surgery helped only somewhat. I was stuck in bed, even opioids couldn't help. When ordering I paid extra for delivery to the UK only to find I've had to pay a further £14.42 in Customs charges + Royal Mail admin fees at my local post office to get my parcel. When I looked on their website the company absolves itself from ANY Customs or international duties! Furthermore, their own website page for delivery reviews is "closed to comments". Beware of the extra costs.
Won't be buying again, and I dare them to charge my credit card for any further purchases like people are saying in these reviews.

You used our internal system called “My Account” to cancel your order on 12-17-2019, Unfortunally the timing was such that your order was automatically processed, hours before you canceled on the 17th (30days).
You contacted us on the 18th, we told you what happened, including that we would refund you.We refunded that order on the 18th after your call.
