I have enjoyed this website and have found the video clips very helpful. I have ordered many products that were life savers for me and for my clients like the fir heating pads, the swingmatic chair, the back support and the joy back. I have also bought release the back pain book when it first came out and found the exercises very helpful. I ordered and tried heal and soothe but did not find it of any particular benefit to myself or clients being too mild. I have had excellant service from this company with fast efficient delivery. As with all things there are always going to be those not suited and also those for who this is a godsend. For now I am content with those products I have purchased and always listen with an open mind to the video clips ( you can never tell when you just might learn something!)
I ordered the free back pain book and just paid for delivery. The site said I was not entering into a contract with them. Well the buggers started sending me $#*! I didn't order that was of no use to me and kept charging my credit card $30 per month. I complained and they said I had accepted their info and that they would cancel my sub but would not refund me the $60 they stole. I then receive another pack and get charged another $30. This book has now cost me $115 and it was free? They now tell me they did refund $30 and that they sent an invoice but no they didnt. This is a nasty money making scam. Please be warned and stay away from them. I now have to cancel my card with the bank so they don't steal anymore of my hard earned money. Some people have no consciounce.
Total scam. 21 day free trial is from when you order, not receive product. You will be billed on the 21st day for full price and another order will be shipped. The 90 day money back guarantee does not apply because you now are a recurring order and they will keep your money. They are inflexible and do not care whether or not the product works for you. In my case it did not help. They will give away future business to keep your $$$.
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! You can return the product, but they will not refund your money.
They offer you free stuff, you then are asked to pay the freight, without any knowledge that you are actually ordering monthly before you have any tried it.
Please read the reviews they are bad and then they get worse.
Don't believe the negative reviews for this site. I ordered the free book, received the free book, no extra charges on my credit card. I order other items later and only received and was only charged for the items I ordered. Great Site, Great Products, Great Value!
It seems I am experiencing the same predicament as the others wherein I receive a bottle of Heal-n-Soothe every month ( I have ordered enough for 2018 because I feel good about it), so stop sending me this from now on. Also, you keep sending me Super Joint Support but I ordered only one bottle to try it ( it seems not working for me), so stop sending me this from now on. They sucker you into ordering the free sample, leading you to believe you have 14 days to cancel. If you read the small print, as I found out the hard way, it is 14 days from the original order date, not the date you receive it. They took a week to ship, so I literally had 5 days to cancel. HealNSoothe is the real deal! After a lifetime of pain from fractured spine, spinal X Stop' surgery helped only somewhat. I was stuck in bed, even opioids couldn't help. Ive ordered heal n soothe & joint support product for my mother. After 3 wks I still have not heard from their customer service. Ive sent them message on chat and no reply. Ive sent several emails no rwply. When i check my order status in their site it says "order doesnt exist" They were bery quick to charge my credit card but very slow or no response at all. 1. You did email us but you responded to a “No_Reply” email that is not monitored, we do give instructions on the kick back response.
2. I can see that you did chat with us today 2-13-2020 and the agent did let you know the order is in transit.
3. There was an issue with the shipping. It was misrouted HOWEVER that was corrected and forwarded to you.
4. We do believe that you used the shipping ID not your order ID and that is why the tracking shows “order doesn’t exist”

I really didn't think this would work but since the weather started getting a little warmer I was in constant joint pain. It was every joint but my knees which have both been replaced. SURPRISE SURPRISE! After just a couple days all pain except in my lower back is gone. I'm hoping after I take it for a while that goes away to.

Their products are natureuopathic and therefore will always be inconsistent in effectiveness. There will always be people that it will work for and others it won't. I do have to say, that the majority of reviews I have read on the internet are far more negative and neutral than positive. I do believe that the products are overly touted for their effectiveness. The biggest problems seem to be in their billing and advertising departments. Jesse has written some good books on the subject, but appears to have fallen into the get rich quick atmosphere of the internet.
I find this product very helpful in reducing inflammation. In fact, I have told many of my students to try it. I wouldn't be without it. I have experienced some itching however, so I have cut back on the dosage. It still works great.

The word "free" occurs more than 20 times on the order form for a book. I gave my Cr Card details only for the PnP on the book but was billed every month for a newsletter. I've emailed many times and received a refund on payment for 1 newsletter. I am still requesting a full refund on the pYments that I did not intend. I have complained to Sitejabber and have noticed a lot of negative comment on this company's policies

I have been sending messages since Febr. 12 but without any respons. Still, I've received three messages about shipments. I received the stuff' (LIVINGWELL nutraceuticals) on trial and did not register. I returned the February delivery and expected a $ 49.63 refund. On March 10, about $ 49 was again debited and the 'package' was sent back. I will return the new parcel and will ask Mastercard to stop and reclaim the payments immediately. I ordered one bottle of Heal-n-Soothe (1 month's supply). I tried it for 2-3 weeks but realized it was interfering with my sleep (as soon as I stopped taking it, I didn't have any trouble sleeping). I called to get a refund (as it promises on their website). First I was told that I was one day past the 30-day refund period; the young man on the phone was SO SORRY but they couldn't change the policy. Then when I argued that it was in fact the 30th day, he said it had to be mailed back to them within the 30 days. When I said I didn't see anything on the website or in my order email about such a policy, he came back and told me they don't do refunds for opened bottles! Despite my asking him repeatedly to show me where on the website it mentions any of these pesky details, he was unable to pinpoint where, just kept saying it's on the website.
I was sucked in after ordering a Free Trial offer of 'heal n soothe' but was asked to supply my credit card details to pay for postage. I was charged for the free bottle plus another bottle that arrived a month later (that I hadn't ordered). The following month they stole from my credit again for product I had not ordered or received. Two emails to them were ignored so to prevent further thefts I have had to cancel my credit card. BEWARE. STAY AWAY from this company.
I emailed several times over the course of 5 days, and before the book was sent, to cancel subscription. Nearly $20 postage costs to the UK were taken from my bank account on the day I actually subscribed and all my emails were ignored. I wasn`t prepared to spend money on a costly phone call to the USA. 9 days after subscribing for the free book (today 25th July) and 4 days after my last email to them I received an email telling me the book had just been despatched, so they had plenty of time to stop the subscription and refund my money. This is dreadful Customer Service and I have my doubts about their ethics. My bank has been informed and a stop put on any possible further attempts for ongoing payment. I definitely do not recommend this company. I might add that I am having exemplary ongoing sales transactions from other email organizations in the USA. This is just the absolute worst.
