Wayne,
We know of no contra-Indication with taking Ibuprofen but we do make the general recommendation to space out the Heal n Soothe and the Ibuprofen 60 minutes apart, (does not matter which one you take first). That said, please understand we have to tell you to consult your physician on the matter of taking any drugs, as we simply can not make any suggestion when it come to taking drugs of any kind.
