My name is Steve, Director of Client Services, for the Healthy Back Institute (HBI), just a little speechless as to why anyone with a positive story let a long positive outcome, would ever have a reason to come to a site like this. The only people that come here and post are those that are suffering and feel compelled to make themselves feel better by posting stories of their experience with us. Truth is most people simply do not read and or remember what we are offering them and because they did not read or do not remember they feel slighted.

Even the name site jabber implies (I'm going to take my revenge on you) in modern terms it is called social justice and those that tell the most bold stories are true Social worriers.

I personally talk to and support hundreds of suffering people every month, I know what they are going through, I know the stories, I’m a very good listener as I have been for the past 18 years and hope to do so for the next 18 years.

We understand why people complain, I would just hope that if anyone has a problem with their experience with us, that they come to us first and let us work it out, so that their experience is not a further stress on their life.
