Agree with other reviews stating this is a total scam. Once this company has your credit card number you will be charged for a product only viewed on their website, not even ordered. BUYER BEWARE... don't get sucked in by these cheats!

These people are cheats... I ordered one of their free Pilate DVD and a book on joint pain and arthritis; but I did not know it was their trick to get the credit card details. Today I am horrified to see my credit bill. These scams are stealing money from my account for the products which I have not even ordered. They are taking out particular amount of money every month. Is there any means to punish these cheats?

My elderly mother was targeted by these people. Despite instructing them to send no more information, and conduct no further deductions from her credit card, they continued to take a monthly amount. The only way we were able to stop this was to have her bank completely block her card, and reissue a new one.
Shame on them! But thanks to her bank for being so helpful in this matter.

If you are buying a product that says return for refund if not satisfied... good luck getting your money back. I did exactly as they said and have delivery confirmation to prove it and still have not received my refund.

I am with a few other people. I never authorized a shipment. I tried it and ordered one along with it. They never say in large writing that they will continue to charge you $49. It is tucked away in mini print that if you don't call, you will get an order charged to your account. This is abusive and a waste of time. By the way the product had no visible results for me.

I gave my credit card number for a free trial. One month later I have still received nothing, but have been enrolled in a monthly (delivery service) and they have just booked 50 bucks from my account. It seems to be their tactic. I can only say, if their products were good, they would not use these methods to rob people. Truly disgusting. They were also recommended by Paleo Hacks website... be careful!

Never auto ship with this company. It took 37 minutes to get to talk to someone who said they cancelled order. After the first hold of 10 minutes with annoying music and no message of anytime (like all our representatives are busy with other customers) I hung up and tried again, thinking my call was lost in a loop. Net time I choice the order line and was insistent that I talk to someone. After she asked me to hold for a minute it was over 10 minutes until I talked to someone. Hopefullly the auto ship was cancelled. I am expecting an email. Very poor customer service.

Mobility on the rise!

I have nothing negative to say about this company. I bought as a skeptic. But wow the mobility and pain results are unbelievable. I am back out moving around and doing things I haven't done in a long time. I am grateful to not to have to use pharmaceutical products.

Hip pain GONE!

I can't say enough about how happy I am I found heal n soothe! I was told I needed surgery for a "stress fracture" after a half marathon race! I have chronic shoulder and neck pain from 30 years as a dental hygienist! I was desperately looking for pain relief as the ibuprofen didn't work anymore. I'm so happy "the algorithms" were working! I've been a HAPPY PAIN FREE woman since I started taking heal n soothe in 2018 and I WON'T go a day without it! I tried that once…no actually twice, I stopped talking the supplement to "see" if it really works…IT DOES! Oh the pain came back! I'm such a believer I buy in bulk for the best pricing…Please don't stop making heal n soothe!

Hi. My name is Kate, Earlier in June I ordered a free sample of your tablets plus clicked to purchase a bottle at $39. To date ( 25th June) I have not been issued an invoice,, nor any information about any purchase. However, on 12th June, $151-59 was taken from my bank account. One of the 19 email adverts that have been sent to me since placing my order stated that the free sample bottle was not available... So Why And For What reason has $151-59 charged and taken from me. I've had no problems with the site. My husband tried the Heal n Soothe free trial and now he can't live without it to relieve his back pain. I opted for the discounted rate for auto-reorder, and I've adjusted the delivery schedule three times - no problems, they answered calls and emails pretty quickly.
I gave it 4 stars so you'd possibly believe this is a legitimate review; plus I rarely give out 5 stars - that comes with freebies and special discount deals for repeat customers.

Amazing results
November 8, 2017

I tried this product with substantial skepticism, but the first bottle was free so gave it a shot. In one week after starting "six at night and three in the morning" recommended dosage, I was able to quit using 1200 mg of ibuprofen daily for arthritis pain. Three weeks into the program I am more pain free than under the ibuprofen regime. So far no observable side effects. I will continue the program on the recommended dosage for another month or two, and then try reducing the intake from nine pills daily to something less. I will review again in a couple months.

I've purchased from this company for 15 years now. I bought their program for back pain and i don't regret it at all. I continue to buy the Heal n Soothe product because it is the only long lasting natural product that has worked for my back pain. I'm not killing my liver with ibuprofen, etc, and I never want to have to have surgery. I haven't tried their other products, but their back pain products definitely work. After all it is called Lose the Back Pain.

Estebane, Jesse and I created and launched the first version of the Lose the Back Pain (LTBP) system in Dec 2003 or Jan 2004 depending on who you ask and because of its success we were able to have the LTBP system professionally produced.

That said, you are without a doubt one of our first customers… Hats off to you for taking on the responsibility to use the Internet to educate yourself about the root causes of back pain and then take corrective action.

I have to say, there is a unique correlation between, having an idea in your head and following through with it. Jesse and I educated ourselves about how imbalances in our body caused pain and then went to work formulating a plan to help others. Much the same way someone thinks about a health crisis, they know they need to do something about it but often times they just take a drug and hope the problem goes away, unfortunately that is not how our bodies were ever designed to work.

I ordered Heal n Soothe but didn't help me anyway. How many months had passed and noticed that they have been taking USD 39.00 from my credit card even I haven't subscribed. I had to close my credit card to stop them. Be careful if you order their product online as they keep on getting money from you.

I ordered a book, paid only shipping. However, included in the shipment was a full sized Heal and Soothe as well as a bottle of pills to help arthritis. Sorry can't remember the name of the pills.
I called them and explained what had happened, etc. They told me I could keep
The products no charge for the mistake they made!
The products were wonderful! Just wish I could afford to purchase them!
Didn't give 5 stars because even though I did benefit from the products, it initially caused me stress until I called. But they did remedy it right away with no additional charges.

I have been dealing with " Healthy Back Institute" for over 5 years and I bought their books which saved my back after all the specialists I consulted failed to do the right thing. On top of that I am regular user of Heal N Soothe which is a great product but you need to be patient for at least 3 month as the results are not instant. After 3 month the results are more obvious and after about 4 month you will just cruse... I am back in the tennis court doing what I like most for more than 10 hours a week. Many thanks to " Healthy Back Institute" and their products. Great services, great products... and by the way... I found no problem registering my credit card with them so I can get my monthly shipments of Heal N Sooth in time. All the best to everyone. Gab

Losethebackpain.com has helped my back greatly. A lot of information and good ways to treat your back pain. They truly take a solid approach in telling you why you have the pain and how to treat it. I've been to doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists and no one have given me all the info I need to properly address my back problem and treat it. Also from keeping the pain from coming back in the first place. It was money well spent and I highly recommend them to anyone with back pain. In reading some of the other comment here. I would agree with them in not having the heal and sooth automatically selected when ordering the book. No one wants surprises when the get thier credit card bill. They need to change that. Keep up the good work Jesse.

I took Heal'N'Soothe for two weeks--6 capsules at night and 3 before I ate in the morning, and within two weeks noticed a huge difference in my thumb and forefinger, both of which had trigger finger. And my pinky, which has an arthritis bump or nodule on it, no longer hurts me. I am noticing that not using the product for a few months has brought slight symptoms back in the trigger fingers once in a while, but I am very satisfied. They did a good job of stopping and starting my account and have been totally aboveboard about pricing, auto-shipping, etc.
