I've been using my TEETER Inversion Table for over 7 years now. It was the best investment I could do to keep my old back problems under control. These Inversion tables are very well built so you can trust them that no accidents can happen while using them. Safety should be a priority when it is about using this kind of devices and TEETER Hang Ups EP-950 looks like it is ticking all the boxes. The key point to be able to have success with the Inversion Tables is to not over-use them, at least at the begining when your body is not used to stay upside down or at the certain angle where the head is lower than the feet level. Take it easy with just 5-10 min a day in the first 2-3 weeks, and then do it as long you do feel comfortable to do it. The results are coming in time, no doubt about it... you just have to be patient and perseverent. Your back deserve the best so don't look at the price when you are buying an Inversion table... so why not a great brand like TEETER. At the end of the day is cheaper to have your own "chiropractor" in house ( the Inversion table) than to pay costly visits to the Chiropractor from the "across the road Clinic".

I have been dealing with " Healthy Back Institute" for over 5 years and I bought their books which saved my back after all the specialists I consulted failed to do the right thing. On top of that I am regular user of Heal N Soothe which is a great product but you need to be patient for at least 3 month as the results are not instant. After 3 month the results are more obvious and after about 4 month you will just cruse... I am back in the tennis court doing what I like most for more than 10 hours a week.
