Charged with no invoice

I do not recommend this company. I have been charged 173.00 with no invoice! Unknown for what reason. I'm not the only one apparently! Pay close attention to these reviews and save your money!

I was charged twice (once in July and once in October) for a product I still have not received. Even after my account was canceled, I was charged again (without my permission) on my cell phone account (of which I'm unsure how Loot Crate got that information and was able to do so) after the Loot Crate bankruptcy filing and was told I would not be refunded for this fraudulent charge. I provided my bank statement and phone bill statement proving this information and was told that I would not be given my money back. I cannot believe how I've been taken advantage of and I can't even imagine how many other people may have been robbed by this company.

I ordered the Legend DX box months ago even though I heard Loot Crate was going downhill just because I'm a sucker for Jurassic Park. This was shortly before they filed bankruptcy. Still haven't received it and it's nearly December. I recently tried to reach out and ask for a shipment date since it keeps getting pushed back. Unlike some people here I never even received a generic response; I still haven't heard from Loot Crate or received my box.
This is my first purchase from this company, and I definitely would not recommend them.

Edit: I finally received my crate 12/11! I'm happy with the products I received so I'll bump my rating up a bit, but it took so long to arrive and the customer service was so poor that if you're concerned about not receiving your stuff in a timely manner then you'll probably want to avoid them regardless.

Downhill FAST
November 21, 2019

Three years ago I loved it. Would have given it 5 stars. Then it steadily started taking a dump on the bed. Delayed shipments, price increases, quality decreases, then to top it all off, they decide to shaft ALL their customers and I'm still waiting 6 months for my last and final crate. Would no longer recommend.

Do not waste your money - Wizarding World crate has become a joke. We paid for the July crate and still have not received it (as of the 19th November!). When I have tried to follow it up I keep getting the same generic response saying they are having logistical and tracking issues but it will be on its way. When I ask to just cancel the order and for them to provide a full refund, the company just ignores the request and just tells me to wait

I loved lootcrate until I had a problem with my most recent subscription. I ordered their loot gaming crate in July and received an email saying that the shipment was delayed and would arrive in August. It is now October and I have not recieved my crate yet or any emails about the status of my order. Bottom line I paid for something that I never even received

Ordered my loot crate in June. It's now October. There website says it's shipped but fed ex has repeatedly told me they have not received the item only shipping information. The company is literally committing fraud by doing this... I'll never use their company again. I'm not expecting to get my loot crate. I'm almost positive they have hopes you will forget about it after a month or two and just move on with your life. Save your money and let them go out of business

Used to be great and prompt delivery.
BUT...
It has been 4 months since I ordered my most recent 3 month subscription, every time I reached out to figure out why nothing was shipping/kept being pushed out I only got a "yes, the expected shipment date has changed!" in response... nothing helpful at all, no offer of a refund/cancel, no time line, nothing...
Once they finally sent out the first crate (4 months late mind you) they sent me the tracking information several days after they had mailed the package, and they had the wrong address on it. The address I gave/that shows in their crate management page is correct, but the one on their shipment isn't even the same city.
Looks like after Months of waiting, I won't even be able to get my crate.
Such a waste.
Until they can get their act back together, stay away unless you want disappointment and a headache.

I have been waiting since March for 3 loot wear crates... Its now september 16 and I haven't received a crate. I'm very tempted to take them to court.

These people rip you off and do not give you any loot. Do not buy

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO LOOT CRATE! I signed up for a year subscription and I haven't gotten a box since May and it is now September! I emailed them at the end of July and they said they'd be shipped at the end of August. Now it says not until the end of September and October for one of them. I just emailed them again about this and I got the exact same, word for word, copy/paste, generic email back. They are a ripoff, their customer service is non-existent(and takes forever), and they clearly don't care. Save your money.

Sellers on Ebay selling Loot Crate "limited" items claiming the employees got tons of free items when warehouse closed in California. Check out the Transformers Omega Supreme Promo cards you can now get at $1 each in quantity that were around $40 on secondary market. Dump your loot crate stuff as it will likely be worthless. Good luck all!

They are horrid

I have subscribed to a few different crates over the years. One I actually enjoyed was the Wizarding World crate. Well, it shipped a month late. No biggie, I guess. I happens. Except there was no communication about the delay. When my stuff arrived, it was for the wrong house, not the stuff I ordered. And it was cheap and tacky. There was a "golden snitch box" that was a chunk of mustard yellow plastic that was broken before I ever opened it. I wrote back and they said it'd be about 4 weeks, but they'd ship a replacement. That was nearly 4.5 months ago. Which makes it about 6 months from the time the crate was originally supposed to ship. When I wrote to ask again where my replacements were, the answer was to keep waiting. Seriously? I said that wasn't an acceptable answer and they wrote back, repeating it. Just keep waiting. I finally wrote back and said forget the replacement; I want me money back ASAP. I haven't heard anything since and that was 5 days ago. I'm attaching screenshot of 2 of the ton of cut and paste non-answers I've received.

Since I've seemingly been lucky enough not to have horrible service to the point of seeking out a review site such as this, it says a lot that I'm actually going to the trouble to throw out this 1-Star review. I must point out things beyond the common "Subscribed and only received 1 crate then nothing thereafter." reviews which, to me, sits on the verge of being criminal. Loot Crate spams out emails on a regular basis introducing new crate themes along with the rather regular "Shipping Update... Sorry to report that your crate will be delayed" which, over time, is absolutely infuriating. And every apology email contains an offer to get $10 off your next order. What? So you end up even deeper in their web of incompetence to deliver their products on time, if at all? And who are these shills rating over 2 stars in the sidebar of this website? Do they have special connections? Do they receive special deliveries outside of what is more than likely bulk mailings the rest of us get? This site also requests signing up to stop fake reviews? That's interesting. If, on the other hand, this site would bump up the bulk of 1 star reviews, that would more accurately reflect the truth of the matter with Loot Crate.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE SUBSCRIPTION! Lootcrate will send you the first couple of boxes and then you'll never receive a box again but they'll continue to bill you. They don't list a customer service number, so there's no way to talk to someone on the phone. The customer service reps via email will not even answer my demands for a refund. They only offer a discount for future boxes. Filed complaint with BBB. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Yes, you read that correctly. I paid for a 6 month subscription which should mean after 6 months I should have 6 crates! But NOT with this company! I have received 1. Yes only 1 crate over the past 6 months Technically, I am on my 7th month now with only 1 crate in my posession. SCAM? HORRIBLY COMPANY? The descriptive words for this company go on and on. I would sue them for horrible service if there was such a thing!

I ordered my crate many months ago and still have not received it. Every time the estimated shipping date arrives, they add another month to it. Their support sucks, they don't answer to their support tickets. They take your money and hope you forget that you bought a crate. Stay away from these scammers!

Ive been subbed with a 3 month sub for a few years now. They used to be great and they sent it out end of month and you got it by end of first week of next month. You used to get a ton of items... sure some were crap but you got your money worth. They used to only have 1 kind of box but then slowly started to add more. The price of 1 month and other packages becasme more, then they put less in it. Then theres times they just throw a rando item in they been trying to get rid of in ware house. Then the shipping delays happened. Like i said you order a june box and they sent it out end of june and you got it by end of first week of july. For a while now you order a june box they would then send it out end of july... yes a whole month late. NOW its two months late. Im still waiting on june 2019 and its july 30th... they said it was to be shipped by now couple days ago then i look and see it wont be shipped till end of aug. 2 months late people for a box they raised the price for that may have missing items in it. They took on too many box types and cant even get thier $#*! together to ship on time. They expect people to pay right off then hold it hostage till they decide to ship. Good luck with refunds... you may get them on boxes not yet shipped. They also just give copy paste responses now and say how they are trying hard to get it out etc. they used to be great on customer service. Dont even start with them. I have june july aug and sept boxes left and im canceling it.

Whelp I guess I am with everyone else here. Did a 3 month subscription in May. Here we are end of July and all three crates have been pushed back to end of August. Haven't received a thing! Never going with this service again that's for sure!
