It's been 6 months and still haven't received the box. I've asked for a refund multiple times and still have not received it. STAY AWAY. SCAM ARTISTS.

Such a shame… they can blame it on this and that but it's funny how a toy company of all things is having such an issue getting my my order. I don't think I've experienced this with any company the whole pandemic

I ordered the loot fright which is supposed to be shipped very 2nd month but haven't received anything since October 2021. Have emailed them many times and they keep saying it's "coming" next month. But no surprise it never does. Trying to get my money back now but it also seems to be a challenge. It may be tempting to buy but DONT they don't care about getting the product to you or any of their customers.

We got my daughter a subscription to the Loot Anime crate. Starting October 2021 they stopped shipping them yet they charge us every month to April 2022. I have contacted them monthly about this and I have been told that they were going to double up her crates to get her caught up. This company is a scam they are also using Covid 19 as an excuse. Avoid this company.

Avoid at all costs!

Loot crate charged me for my first months shipment in September. I bought one to see if it was worth the money before continuing my subscription. My Marvel "Mighty" shipment was delayed to late October, then I was charged for another "Invincible" crate without having received anything at all. Both shipments were then further delayed to late November... then December. It is now late March. I know that the "Mighty" crate has been released, I've seen unboxing videos for it on YouTube in December. I'm glad that guy got his, I was not so lucky. My second "Invicible" crate is listed on the website as shipping in late March, my first "Mighty" crate isn't even listed with a date anymore. It's too late for me to cancel my charge with the bank. I guess all I can do is chalk my $100 up as a donation to the poor challenged folks at Lootcrate, who are incapable of holding or performing any actual gainful employment.

Scam

I purchased the Destiny Crate at the end of 2020. The first two boxes Earth and Moon came just fine. Europa came 1 month late. Nessus was supposed to come in July of 2021 and never did. As of this review it's March 24th and they keep pushing the shipping timeline of ALL of their boxes back. And it gets pushed back by a month, every month. You try to contact customer service and they give a canned response stating they will email an update when it is going to ship. And the Destiny Crate is not the only victim. If you check out their so-called "covid shipping delays", which i believe its only called that to excuse their piss poor shipping. Other companies that had covid delays fixed their shipping by now. It's 2022.
If you check their delays page, there is a massive list of different genres that are delayed. All of them constantly get pushed back.
Meanwhile they continue to email adverts to buy boxes from them while this nightmare continues, piling on more to their "shipping issues"
Never buy from them. Ever. I made my mistake and even though I got 3 of the four boxes I doubt I will ever see the last one.
Lootcrate, if you ever read this (I doubt it) I consider Subscriptions a contract. I and many others kept up our end of the deal and paid you for goods. You did not keep up your end. More than that you are representing the company and creators of the branded merch you sell and your giving them bad names by your actions. Stop accepting new subscriptions and send out what you have.

Please don't waste your money. They took my money and didn't fulfill my order at all. Still haven't received any actual package and I ordered it last July. Lied to me about shipping delays to get me to wait months past what I was supposed to and never refunded me. Such a scam.

Crow ring
February 22, 2022

Ordered the limited edition crow ring set back in june of 2021, it is February and with in the first week was told 2-3 weeks and it would ship. Now i am being told it will not ship till march. Beyond ridiculous.

If you burn your money you will at least get warm from the fire. With loot crate you get nothing but empty promises. They will blame it on shipping delays, but how can there be shipping delays if they haven't sent anything out to ship?

Overcharged no crate
February 4, 2022

I started a bi monthly subscription for wizards crate. I was charged three months in a row and only received one Crate. I complained to the company and asked for my money back. They told me it's a monthly charge. I sent the description of the box to them that says I'd be charged every other month. They refuse to refund me. I've still only received one box after three charges. So I paid $140 for one box. I went to get back into my account and they completed deleted me. I'll be contacted my bank.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered items on December 16th website said they would ship late December never heard anything, January 2nd I emailed about the items not shipping and was told they would be shipping late January. It's January 31st at 11:10 pm and nothing has been shipped. They are thief's and hid behind a non refundable policy.

File a report to the federal trade commission

This company is a huge scam. If you don't believe me, check out all their social media and online reviews. It's sad because they once were amazing, but now they have not filled 90 percent of orders from months to years. It's one thing to have shipping delays due to COVID or what not, but they continue to advertise "NEW" Boxes when previous boxes have not shipped in months. Additionally they have been advertising loot vault. This is a part of the company where you can pick items from previous boxes and create your own box. This is another complete rip off, how can you advertise items for a "pick your own crate" when you haven't sent those items out in the first place? They literally don't have the products on hand that they are selling. They have not had any physical products for months going on years for 90 percent of their customers. I fell victim to their BS and I am currently fighting for my money back. If you did not already know, they have filed bankruptcy. Do yourself a favor and go on their social media and other online sources and just read the pages of poor reviews and people getting scammed before you decide to give this company a dime. If you already gave them money then start fighting for it back now. Cancel any subscription you have with them, because you won't get it and please help to take this fraud company down and file a report with the federal trade commission.

After 4 months and 20 emails later, I finally just ask for a refund because they never even started my ordered but took my money.
Not once during the multiple emails did they offer me an alternative box for the theme that I wanted. Not once did they offer me another box that they could get to me in time ​because they were having a problems with the one I ordered. Not once did they offer me as a inconvenience a piece of merchandise to keep me as a new customer. This was my 1st order with them and they didn't care. So I asked for the refund. They didn't even try to keep my business or again offer me a subscription box or a piece of merchandise to show they felt bad for not giving me what I ordered. Find another service guys not this one.

Don't waste your time or money.

They were great back in the day. But now they suck. I ordered the By-Monthly Fallout Crate in July and September (2021) and they have yet to ship them and now it's January (2022). They are a mediocre company at best.

I ordered the Junji Ito Loot Crate on July 9th, understanding it would only ship in October. On November 1st, I emailed them. They apologized, said it would ship no later than November 15th. November 16th came, no shipping information... so I emailed them again, they apologized again and said there was some difficulty acquiring the curated items or something to that effect. They assured me it would ship in December. Well, it's almost January, and I have not heard from them, nor have I received tracking information.

Had I seen the reviews here before I ordered that crate, I wouldn't have gotten it. I couldn't help but tell them these were poor business practices... not to inform the client of shipping delays prior to the shipping delay, and not to offer the opportunity to cancel. If you live in the U.S. there are laws protecting people from this sort of thing (16 C. F. R.). Unfortunately, I live in Canada and I am looking into what actions I can take legally. Luckily, I had canceled the charge for box 2 before it was renewed. Will update if there are any changes. I'm hoping it will come in, but after doing more research, I'm concerned that I just burned $ and I'll never receive the goods paid for.

Don't Bother

I have had a subscription for Loot Gaming and recently all I see are continual notifications of shipping delays. I don't think I have received any of the boxes for the last 4 months. That monthly payment sure always is charged on time. Don't bother with LootCrate until they get their act together.

Rip Off

I made an order back in March for limited edition merch for The Crow. I had friends who ordered crates from them, and it seemed legit. After placing an order, the shipping date kept getting pushed further and further back. The last I had gotten any contact about the order was in June saying that shipping would come in July. I've gone through some stuff since then-- I'm a teacher, I live in an area that was heavily affected by Hurricane Ida. It slipped my mind; it wasn't something pressing to worry about. Until this month. I watch The Crow every year on October 30 with friends and I remembered the order I made as a birthday present to myself.

I checked my email I used for the order and signed in. I haven't heard anything about shipping. My order on the website still says Unfulfilled.

It's been 7 months and nothing.

Lootcrate is a scam. Don't waste your money.

4 months later, no crate.

I wanted to try a mystery box of kawaii items, and stumbled upon Loot Crate's Hello Kitty box. Well it's been 4 months since I initially ordered and I have yet to receive the box. Instead they sent some bonus box full of items completely unrelated to Hello Kitty (Rick and Morty, Bob's Burgers, and other mainstream adult fads). Sold or donated almost ALL of them! Now I'm fighting to either get the stuff I actually paid for or a full refund! Save your time and money, find a different months subscriptions box with better customer services and reviews.
