I bought a wrap dress and matching accessories. The dress didn't fit right so I returned everything on July 12th 2021. I paid the extra money required to make the return. We are now in the middle of October and I have yet to get my money back. I would think twice before ordering from this site.
Ordered leggings in chocolate cordury. LSupposed to be 34" long. Guess what--they were only 30 inches. Please replace with correct size. Never had an issue when you had a store in the area!
Very disappointed with an order I just received. I ordered a size 16 and received a size 20. It's nearly impossible to find out how and where to send returns, and their phone # is not in service. What - phone # not in service? Overseas ordering is not working nowadays. It's so disappointing. Instructions on how to return items are a joke. Nothing clearly communicated. I would advise anyone to NOT order anything from this company.
Since AK Holdings/Yours Clothing have taken over LTS, everything has gone downhill!
I was a regular LTS shopper, online & attended every pop-up shop in Ireland. Yes their clothes were pricey but quality is worth paying for. But alas, all good things come to an end.
After placing an order & mistakingly adding an item I didn't want, I messaged straight away explaining my mistake & giving details of how I wished for it to be amended. I received no reply, even the next morning... nothing. Multiple attempts to contact them before my order was dispatched, I'd heard nothing back. I then received an email to say was order was on the way, I was infuriated as there was only one option to contact them on their site which they clearly ignored. Eventually I messaged them through Twitter & was told unfortunately there was nothing they could do. Unacceptable & unprofessional customer service. STAY WELL AWAY!
I ordered a dress i looked at forever. It took a long time to receive. It is poor quality and, although I ordered my normal size, you'd have to be 2 sizes smaller to get it around your body! I have been trying to return it and after several attempts, they finally sent me a return label. I took it to UPS to return it and it cost more to return than the dress cost. I do not recommend this company, not will I ever purchase from them again!
Long Tall Sally still has the best selection of tall women's clothing, shoes, and accessories anywhere. Their styling has improved. Now if only they'd lower prices a bit and use better fabrics!
I've ordered from this store a total of 5 times. I've purchased 3 items, 2 if the same items in different colors. All items are supposed to fit a US 14. Every single one has to be altered, which makes my purchases to costly for the quality. I was delivered an item today; it's at least a US size 20. It looks horrible. If you purchase it's a hit or miss. I keep missing. It's time to find another merchant.
I didn't look at reviews of this company prior to purchasing and I regret it. My package said it was delivered a couple days before it was expected to be so I was excited, but questioned it since there was no updates on the shipping website. Just to arrive home and the package is nowhere to be found. Checked with my neighbors, checked with the post office, nobody had the package. My mail man said he didn't even have any packages for me that day. I reached out to customer service and after a 3 week delay, they responded with asking me to look at my neighbors, which I said in my original request. Then they asked me to fill out an honor statement on 07/10/22. They responded YESTERDAY (11/10/22) telling me they couldn't do anything about it. They don't offer package/shipment insurance and they aren't willing to right the wrong that I didn't get the $100+ worth of clothes I ordered.
I have been a LTS customer since 1996 when the physical store was in Calgary's Eaton Centre & it was called Tall Girls. I loved it! Now 26 years later, I am done with this business. I ordered 3 items online in May. One item did not fit & I returned it. I did not pay the extra for tracking because it would have cost almost the same amount as the item. Well, it is the middle of September now & I still do not have the money refunded to my VISA. It has been an absolute run around with LTS. I got an email saying it was returned at the end of July & money would take 7 days to show up on my VISA. Now this morning another email saying they have not received it. I will not be buying from LTS again. I have found a few North American places that I would rather spend my money at. Do not waste your time with this company. They DO NOT care about their customers at all.
I am not happy with the quality of clothing since LTS was taken over. The clothing options and colors are left to be desired. The quality of the fabric is poor and most of the clothing does not have any lining. The waist of most dresses are too high and are not designed for tall ladies. I was a dedicated customer to LTS in the past, but now I have to get my clothing somewhere else.
I have ordered a pair of bi-stretch trousers. I have had to order a size 20. I am normally a size 16 but unable to even get a size 16 up my thighs and size 18 too tight. Not great for someone who already has body image issues.
Having returned merchandise that according to the post office was received, (Your item was delivered to an individual at the address at 11:44 am on December 19,2022 in ROSELLE, IL *******.) This company is claiming they have not received it and are delaying my refund. Very poor customer service.
Just got my latest pair of pants from longtallsally and they fit well and were on sale too. I had to go down a size with them and I still cant believe Im this new size! Haha. Im not really they are just sized differently.
The only thing I have ordered from them are pants. They fit me great. Im so sick of stores saying their stuff is tall and well... it isnt. Its so novel having a pair of pants that arent too short!
I havent had to return anything but all my stuff came with return labels. I havent had any bad experiences with them at all so theyre getting five stars from me. Will be buying more from them in the future.
Tall girls like me always feel awkward when we shop but when you walk into a store talored for us we automatically feel welcome and normal! Now the girl who helped me was not tall so I initially thought well she can't relate so how could she help? Well help she did! I'm going away to Dominican and they mostly have there winter stock out so it wasn't the best time of the year to go brousing for beached at but she offered to root through her boxes in the back for me and she came out with 4 awesome finds! I ended up only buying one and really wanting the other (but just couldn't afford it right now) and she and all the other girls couldn't wait to see what I was trying on it felt like I was shopping with my own girlfriends!
I go to the location in Mississauga but before that I lived in Ottawa and would go to that location and there quite pleasant there too.
Great overall experience and I will return in the spring!
I had shopped with LTS (Long Tall Sally) and spent a lot of money over the years. But with an order in May 2022, delivered June 6th by Globale UK Limited (Tax ID#177 9006 80), they have not permitted me to return items starting June 14th. Their online return site does not allow my email address and order number to be entered; their customer service phone line has "circuits busy" for weeks now that I've tried; their email customer service indicates that my emails have been received, but I never get an answer. Online Chat doesn't work. Of course now when I try, I get a message that I'm outside of my return window. DO NOT USE LONG TALL SALLY FROM THE USA!
I recently purchased the long formal coat from Long Tall Sally excited because I'd been thinking about this coat for a few years. All to finally have purchased and it be to large and unable to return. I had made expensive purchases from LTS in the past purchased my leather jacket from them and numerous pairs of jean as I could always rely on the length and fit. And if there was any problem I exchanged for the correct size. However this was pre COVID. This coat came to me huge and I decided to return LTS wants me to return to London and pay over $300.00 for shipping I know this sounds crazy. I thought there must be so alternative so I sent the package to a distribution site in Kansas for $13.00 UPS. 2 months later I receive a mysterious package and in it is my $200. Coat.returned to me. It seem there is no way to return is the US because the have closed all their stores except in Kansas and overseas shipping is what it is. I can't alter the garment because its 2 or 3 sizes to big. It became a very generous gift to a friend who could fit into the coat. I'm sad because I no longer have confidence in this company and as a women who is 5"11' tall I don't have a lot of choices out here. But I won't be taking such large financial risks again with LTS
Sent jeans that were completely not true to size. I had them less than 24 hours which is visible to them. The tag came off while I was trying them on. NO REFUND OR RETURN POSSIBLE. BEWARE! NOT TRUE TO SIZE. THEY CHARGE $20 TO RETURN AND WILL NOT ACCEPT AT ALL IF TAG CAME OFF¡!
The new owners are awful. Charges USA orders shipping to return items, now I wouldn't really care too much about that but the fact that I had to return 2 orders because of their mistake on their size chart is an issue. And they refused to give me a label that was paid in full even though it was their fault I was needing to return, twice. So I gave up because they kept giving me "hand wavey" answers blaming it on other people as to why they can't provide excellent customer service, and I paid the $20 shipping cost again. It's funny because they blamed their courier for the shipping cost as if I am unaware a courier would charge a business to use their services. I highly doubt I will be shopping with them again with such low standards for customer service. I wish the old owners still owned long tall Sally. They didn't charge shipping for returns and had amazing customer service. Really sad that the only company that sells a wide variety of tall clothing for women has gone down hill so fast and so hard.
That was too terrible. I get my heart broken on Longtallsally. I return the dress for bad quality. I also order one from Spe cialToMar ry.com. It really nice and cool so I decide to keep it.
I stopped using LTS because their clothes are dated and poor quality, plus their customer service in and out of store is dreadful. Added to all this, I UNSUBSCRIBED to LTS (online) well over a year ago, and YET... they are STILL sending me marketing emails. This proves a) they are desperate for any sale at any cost b) their in-house admin is atrocious c) their believe they are above GDPR rulings and law! LTS STOP EMAILING ME... and also... BUYER BEWARE! This store was OK about 20 years ago, but now it is simply awful. In EVERY way.
Answer: It was easy by email. There's a Return link on your email confirmation. But it costs a lot of money! $22 to return a swimsuit. Grrrrrr. Start shopping on Lane Bryant online or American Tall. Lane Bryant carries.Lomg pants and online sales everyday.
