I received my new swim suit within the week! The size is a little small but I can deal with it

Very unprofessional they sent no confirmation email I have no idea where my package is or how to track it! I've been calling customer service that apparently is fake because it doesn't work and I labeled you all as fraud to my bank

I ordered 7 items in total and received one. Tried to contact customer service and get an answering machine?!?!?!.! So upset. I will contact my credit card company to get my payment reversed. I will fight this big time.

Website is put together somewhat well. However when using google autofill that i have for my shipping info the business somehow managed to miss my apartment # on the address and reprint the physical location again. This in turn forced USPS to ship it back to the provider. They should really use a better shipping method or offer alternatives than USPS

I have made my order and right after that I wanted to add 2 more shoes so I emailed customer service to add the two other shoes and was told I already placed the order, then the order was not processed yet until a day later..

I understand I ordered special items. Which I think should be labeled on the item when selecting and not in your information section. You're asking me to do a review on items I haven't even received. It's been 9 days and I would think by now the order should've been shipped but it hasn't. I'm not happy right now. As quick as you all deducted the funds from my account I would think the service would be a little faster.

Got exactly what I ordered an no weird size issues or language barriers. I was worried since I've heard horror stories about terrible chinese brands, but this was just what I was looking for.
