I ordered shoes on a Saturday, the money came out of my account and shipped Monday. I did not get the shipping number until Friday and it's been 9 days and I still haven't received my shoes.
I received the shoes in a timely manner but the one shoe had a couple of scuff marks on them, other than that I have no other issues.
I would purchase again.

I ordered 8 days ago and the website still says processing. I call customer service and have to try 8-10 times cause their line is always busy or hangs up on me. Also takes 10 min hold time to speak to someone. Horrible derive. Last time I order from them.
I ordered a dress on April 18,2016 and stated I needed it by April 29,2016. When I ordered it there was no extra charge. I then emailed the company and stated the issue. They were rude. I then canceled my order. Three days later they said my order had been shipped and I could not cancel it. I got a shipping email and they had shipped it two hours before they had sent the email. This company is scam based out of China. They should be shut down and prosecuted to the furthest extent of foreign law. This comes to you from Hollywood California.
I ordered a pair of tights 2 weeks ago, and have not received any receipt of sale, or any shipping information, even after sending an email. I guess I will have to go through Pay Pal for a refund.

Ordered on 4/21 have received no communication no order nothing. Not even a response to email I sent inquiring where my order is. Getting ready to dispute charge.
My items came in a timely fashion. At first I was concerned after reading the reviews and that I didn't receive much correspondence after purchasing my items. But they where here within 10 days. They where package accordingly and what I expected. I am 5"9 and 149lb with curves and just ordered a size or 2 up.
After paying for two day shipping and it taking almost two weeks I received an empty bag. They refuse a refund and had no managment staff to properly handle the situation. Very bad experience over all. The prices don't make up for the lack of customer service and reliability.

Still have not recieved an email that my items have been shipped. Still have not been shipped items that i ordered 7 days ago.
I placed my order and payed $82 extra dollars for next day air shipping. I called in to customer service to make sure that it would be shipped out that same morning. They told me they were getting my order ready and would call me in 30 minutes. I never received that call. So the next day comes and goes and I haven't received my order. I called to cancel the order and they told me I would have my money back in 2-3 business days. A week later and I still haven't received my money back and I opened up a disputed with my card company and they have yet to hear back from the company either. I don't want any more excuses I want my money returned to me.
