It took to long to ship out, shipping is very expensive and it takes the order a long time to come
Still waiting on a shipping status for my order, I sent an email to their support and still haven't heard anything back, instead they send me a survey. I just want my swimsuit!
I ordered items over a week ago and they're still not shipped! Every time I call I am told something different about the status of my order and when you tell them you're told something different they respond rudely! I will Never order from this site again. If you want something quick this is definitely not the place to order from and if you love great customer service this is definitely not the place for you!
I tried many times to get in contact with lollicouture, to try and explain how my item came damaged
Customer service is very rushy when you call in as if they're rushing to get off the phone. Other then that great experience. Love my maxi dresses!
I ordered over $160 worth of clothing. When I entered the Promo code to save 40% off, it didn't go through. After using my PayPal, the sale submitted, but I never got a receipt or a confirmation page from LolliCouture. When I called the number for 6 days in a row, it was busy each time. I emailed and now have been going rounds with emails that continuously ask me for a transaction number that I never received.
I am a little confused about how this site is suppose to work. I placed my order on May 1st and I am still waiting on shipping information May 9th. The payment has processed but still no way for me to find out where my order is. I plan to call tomorrow. Hopefully some one can help.
Run small different than what showed on the internet
I have yet to receive an email about my shoes. When can I expect them? This is a new website for me and I order quite a bit of shoes online but I'm not satisfied with your lack of communication. I sent an email concerning my order and still haven't heard anything. If I don't get my order by Thursday of this week I'm going to report the company to my bank and the Better Business Bureau. I will also file a complaint. How hard is it to send the shoes you took the money right away. I'm disgusted.
The bathing suit was to big! They're sizes run big. & for being a first time shopper I am not happy because they wouldn't do an exchange for a smaller size. Will never shop here again
I received the wrong product 2 months ago. Requested a refund, sent the requested picture of the wrong product and shipped the product back to them the same day. A month later I still do not have a refund. I called and they stated they issued a store credit by accident and that they would reverse that and credit the account that was used to pay. A month later still no refund. So we're 2 months into this terrible purchase and still not resolved.
I ordered, never received items, they said they would issue refund and still waiting for refund.
I ordered 5 swimsuits and none fit properly. They are poorly made and the return policy on swimsuits was buried in the website so I'm unable to return them. I wasted $80 and if I had known the return policy, I never would have ordered them. The return policy should be presented at the time of checkout but isn't. But you have your money, you're happy. I'll never use your product again and will discourage others from ordering from you as well.
There are holes, and stitching undone all over the garments.
They trick you and say you cant return them because its swimwear.
Then they sell you junk..
I ordered 8 pair of heels and was charged 32.99 Shipping & handling. Well when my shoes arrive 3 of my shoes did not come with a box. I guess its really not a big deal but if your like me and like to keep the boxes so you can store your shoes so much better then it becomes a problem.

Ordered an item online and did not receive my tracking number so I called and was informed that it takes almost a week to place the order and then another week to receive it from the manufacturer and then it will ship and she told me I ordered a specialty item which the website clearly did not say that. Still no item or tracking number and it's been almost the full two weeks

I like my purchases, havent tried them on yet but I like the fact it doesn't look cheap or anything like that. I like the time my purchases arrived. I think in a timely matter. The only problem is the one thing I really need that I ordered for a wedding is on back order. I was never emailed about this and it didnt say it when I ordered the dress. I got notification when i got my packages with the other items i ordered. No notification about anything before that. No email, nothing. Not even to this day. I am disappointed in that sense. I would like to know since i did pay for it, when the item will be available.
