Ordered a swim suit that did not have a tag in the garment... the pkg. Had a sticker that said XL. It was so small, it had to be a small... how could I tell? When I wanted to return... was told I had to request a RMA and it had to be approved. Her got it. If they let you return... then you have shipping and a restock... why bother then. Stay away from this store!
Received all my shoes for me and my daughter within a week of purchase
I paid for the next day service and didn't get my order until that monday I paid 93 dollars for nothing I was not a happy customers

I ordered my swimsuit over a week ago & was never given a tracking number, never received my order. I will never order from this site again & I will discourage everyone else I know from ordering from here as well. I'll be seeking a refund immediately. Then the site has the nerve to generate a survey asking for feedback as if they deserve a good review. Why didn't you generate my tracking information after taking my payment? Its funny how they take your money so expeditiously & drag thier feet to send you a tracking number or send your merchandise.
My shoes are lost in the mail and customer service was not a great help

Made an error on their part and were very rude and unwilling get to help correct it. Basically, we got your money so too bad, deal with it. I did like the items I received. I just have never had someone in a business position have such poor customer service.
This material is not worth the money. Don't get it. When I tried it on my boobs literally were hanging off the side. The size small was still too big on top. DONT BUY IT

I ordered since the 28th of April it is now may 6 and still nothing I needed a bathing suit for my vacation next weekend worst part customer service just says they don't have it in their warehouse that they get it from a third party! Very frustrating I will never order from here again. I have ordered from other sites and I have never waited this long for an item
I placed an order on April 24th. I received no shipment email and it is now May 4th. The phone lines are never available and it takes them several days to email me back just to say we will now process the order. My advice do not order from here if you do hope you do not expect to have your product by the date they estimate it to be there. More than disappointed.

Was told my order shipped as in both pairs of shoes a week or so later when I received I got 1 pair of shoes not 2 like I ordered. So I called the company and was told the other show was sold out. Bs I had it in my cart and paid for it. Was never contacted of it being out. Will never order from them agian!

I ordered from the site on April 23rd, 2016. I received an email stating that my transaction went through and that I would receive tracking infomation shortly. Days went by and I never received tracking information. A week goes by and I try to call the customer service line, but it was either busy every time or no one would pick up (made sure to call during business hours). I emailed the customer service email saying that I would like a confirmation of some sort or I would like my money back. A day later I received an email stating that they didn't have tracking info yet, and hadn't even shipped my item yet. 2 weeks later I received my package in the mail but never had any record of tracking information sent at any time. I did pay extra for faster shipping by the way. I don't usually give bad reviews as I do like the items I received, however I do feel that they could improve immensely on their customer service and shipping organization.
Answer: Best of luck I paid for 2 day shipping and got my item over 2 weeks later. The item i got on time was damaged. The quality was awful...
Answer: The quality is terrible. There's glue visible in certain parts of the shoes. I would not take my chances with this company. It took weeks of back and forth emails with them just so I can send back my purchases. They do not come with return mailing labels or addresses. Also you have to pay the return shipping as well which is a pain. Read their ridiculous return policies and feedback. I was warned and didn't listen. I wish I would have though.

Answer: They do not provide tracking, and you! You will be lucky to receive any or all of your items you purchased. When you receive these items, check and make sure items are as ordered, from the material to decor of said item, and check them for dirt, when I received a fancy White Blouse I ordered-there was a big Coffee stain right in the middle of it!
