I placed the order on May 1st and they took the money out of my account on May 2nd. THEN THEY PUT MY ORDER ON HOLD AND WOULD NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I finally did get someone to talk to and got the runaround. I answered every email and have continually tried to get an answer as to where my order is. Very shoddy company!. WHERE IS MY ORDER? THEY HAVE THEIR MONEY AND I DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHERE MY ORDER IS OTHER THAN ON HOLD! SICKENING!

From start to finish this is a terrible company. My sister and I ordered swimsuits and we were severely disappointed in every way. I ordered one and the sizing and fit were all wrong even though I measures to their standards. Then when I tried to exchange it for a size up that was impossible. I sent in email after email and never got any responses. And then when I finally reached them by phone, the representative was no help and could off no reasonable explanation as to why it didn't fit and why I couldn't exchange it. It was also really obvious that she was reading from a script and couldn't care less. This doesn't even touch the the bottom of the barrel though. My sister's experience was much worse. They didn't even send hers and each time she called to check on it they had a different answer and kept blaming it on the post office. Then after checking with the post office it was confirmed that lollicouture had been lying the entire time. My sister didn't receive her swimsuit for almost 4 months! Then when she did get it, it had major flaws including that it was missing bra cups. I would never buy anything from them again, it's clearly a scam and they are horrible at everything they do. Stay away at all costs.

I ordered 6 shirts, and the 4 "cold shoulder" shirts I ordered in XL all fit beautifully, and I am very satisfied with them and will wear them often this summer. I also ordered 2 lace shirts, also in XL, and can barely get them over my head. No way I'll be able to wear them. Pretty, but unwearable. I know Asian sizes run quite a bit smaller than US sizing, but I always go by the measurements on any given site. Very puzzled by this. Would cost more to return the ill-fitting shirts than to keep them...

I ordered a maxi dress (size small) and the dress appears to be bigger than a small. The size tag was cut out of the dress. The dress has to be a large because I'm 8 months pregnant and the dress is still rather big on me.

Little consideration for customers, takes forever for items to ship, has a fake telephone line so you will never be able to interact with a team member, makes it Impossible to cancel orders unless you paid through a third party such as PayPal and will try to salvage what ever money they can from you by not refunding the total amount paid. Basically a scam. I do not recommend shopping here, UK online stores are much better and much more efficient.
