Bought two size small bathing suits for me and my friend, my friend of which is usually an extra small and both were way too small! I'm so upset as I was really excited about them and can't exchange them.
I used this site for the very first time a few weeks ago. To start, I am an avid online shopper- I have a lot of experience dealing with online stores and customer support. This is hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I ordered 6 items (all the same) to get monogrammed for a birthday party. I ordered 2nd day Air shipping- which cost over $50.00. The day after my order was placed, I noticed online it said order pending. I called to see what the problem was- it had to do with the billing/ shipping address, so I solved it then so that they could get the order out to me on time, as that was what I had paid for. The next day when I checked the order status, it was still on hold. I called again, and the woman who I spoke with had no indication that I called the day earlier to clear this up. She said she would have it completed within the next 2 hours and call me back. I never received a call back. I had to wait the entire weekend to speak to anyone. Called first thing on Monday and they had NO NOTES on any of this. I had to start completely over. I said I needed to be refunded my shipping costs- they refused. Blah blah blah- it has now been over 2 weeks and MY ORDER IS STILL PENDING. I am contacting my bank immediately to get the charges refunded.
Overall, this company is completely disorganized. They have zero communication and customer service standards.
Was.hard.to make order because. Forgot. Mt. Password. Could. Never get.it recovered. Customer. Service agent was horribly rude almost made me not want to use compsny ever and tell everyone. R that
Shipment took longer than the two day service that I paid extra for.
2 of the 3 items that I purchased were ripped & the other item was the wrong size.
Communication with Customer Service was great. The dress was ok just really thin. And I guess the shipping was Ok, It made it right in time to leave on my trip.
I ordered prom shoes a week before my daughters prom, called that Monday and asked about shipping and tracking and the representative said I wouldn't receive any tracking but from her end the shoes were set to be shipped. Upon getting that information I asked would the shoes be here by Friday or Saturday and she guaranteed they would be since they were only coming from California. The shipment came to Memphis by Thursday night, I called Friday to get the shipment held in Memphis so I could have someone pick it up and deliver it to me because the scheduled delivery through fedex said Monday. Needless to say, I couldn't get the package held and the shoes still haven't made their Monday delivery and it's now Wednesday. I will never order from this company again!

The shoes I bought were, admittedly, very cheap. But they didn't fit. In fact they were so tight I couldn't even stand up on them. I was told I could print a label for return. However when I tried to do so there was a statement that anything under $12.99 could not be returned. It would have tbeen appropriate for the site to have mentioned the item was on sale and could not be returned or some sort of notice before I bought it.
I ordered 3 bathing suits on May 12 and never got any confirmation email or shipment info sent to my email. I have no idea of anything about my order. I am just hoping they make it here in time for my vacation in June.
I ordered an extra large in one of the swimsuits. Consider the fact that im a 12 in jeans the suit was too small on the bottom portion. Im upset that I spent 40 dollars on a swimsuit that doesn't fit
I found some nice pieces but my understanding was if the purchase reached a certain amount, the shipping and handling was free. I over exceeded the required amount and was still charged shipping and handling.
I read the the return policy and reviews about the item prior to purchase. Reviews stated that the swim suit ran a size small so I ordered the next size up. When it finally showed up it is about 3 sizes to small! I can't even tell if they sent me the proper size swim suit because the tag in some sort of Asian symbols and it is a no return item, so I basically threw away about 40.00.
I purchased 2 bathing suits for my 13 year old daughter that she fell in love with. Never got an email or any correspondence at all. She is heart broken and now I have to go to PayPal to get my money back. Thanks for the heartache.
I like your product ( shoes) very cheap and gorgeous... but i didn't know how shipping very expensive...
So anyway in the future I'm looking forward

My experience thus far was a very good one all of the shoes fit. I have not warn them out as of yet. The only problem I did not receive my free gift, the lip gloss.
Other than that everything went well.

The clothes takes entirely too long to ship & when I received my package the items were too small. Not sure if the sizing for this company is off but I won't be ordering again
I had placed an order on 5/14/16 (Saturday) with the understanding that my package would be shipped on the next business day which would have been 5/16/16 (according to their website). I contacted them both via email and by phone just to confirm because I had needed the items for a show the following week and they assured me I would be receiving a tracking number the following day but nothing... Sent them an email on both the 18th and 19th and got the same resposes, finally out of fear of not receiving items by show date, I asked them to please issue me a full refund but instead received an email with their shipping policy. I proceeded to open dispute on paypal so that I could try and get my money refunded asap so I could make purchase at brick and mortor store and have items in time enough for my show. They sent me an email, today 5/23/16 stating they would update info in my account but nothing yet! Show is tomorrow and now I may not have time to get what I need... They should just close up shop! Very poor customer service and communication... Just a horrible way to conduct a business!
Poor communication due to the fact that english is not their native language. Attempts to communicate were so frustrating I finally gave up. Asked the same question 3 times6 and never recd a valid response. Who knows when order will finally arrive- and if this is the process for orders before they arrive- I doubt any type of return or exchange would be any different. Just save yourself the frustration and DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WEBSITE!#!
The one item I wanted more than anything else was not in the box. There was a note beside the item saying refund. I AM SOOOOO MAD. I REALLY WANTED THAT SANDAL.

Answer: The quality is terrible. There's glue visible in certain parts of the shoes. I would not take my chances with this company. It took weeks of back and forth emails with them just so I can send back my purchases. They do not come with return mailing labels or addresses. Also you have to pay the return shipping as well which is a pain. Read their ridiculous return policies and feedback. I was warned and didn't listen. I wish I would have though.
Answer: Dont believe nothing they tell u this site is fake they take ur money supposely send u ur items give u a fake tracking number n u never get your things. Its been a year since i order was suppose to get a credit n didnt get either or.

Answer: They do not provide tracking, and you! You will be lucky to receive any or all of your items you purchased. When you receive these items, check and make sure items are as ordered, from the material to decor of said item, and check them for dirt, when I received a fancy White Blouse I ordered-there was a big Coffee stain right in the middle of it!
