I ordered Friday day before they can process the order I canceled Monday on buisness day they still process the ordered and sent me tracking number Saturday I want my refund and she said they do returns Friday and Saturday today is Sunday still haven't received it this is not a good company I need my refund
I ordered 2 bathing suits for my vacation. Their website said they ship same day. After a week of my order still saying "processing" I called customer service and talked to the most nonprofessional in the world. She basically said because my order is being shipped from the manufacturer it's going to take longer and rushed to get me off the phone. I am going to cancel my order and tell all my friends not to order from them!
They take to long too process your order I had to call them too see had my order been process little be known no they hadn't process it I made the order on 5-16-16 and its 5-28-16 still don't have my order and paid $26.95 for shipping so is that slow or what
I have this a 5 star so that people can view it, i ordered 3 bathing suit, & I never received that, I sent many emails to the company asking for my bathing suit &I I still haven't reviewed anything.
Don't shop from here unless you want your money stolen
Overall I was satisfied with the quality & shipping of my order. However, I ordered a pair of shoes that were listed as a certain color on the website but when I received the shoes they were a totally different color. I decided to go head & keep them because it wasn't worth paying the shipping fees to return them.
I never received my dress I ordered over 2 weeks ago. Didn't hear anything from them but the money was taken out of my Account
Ive order twice and this time product is taking a little longer to even be processed Im worried because ive been a victim of Internet scams before hipe its just a delay and Ill get my items soon I called to inquire rep was abit nonchalant and gave me little reassurance will see.
They are not professional when it comes to a customer service. Experience.
We ordered a white, short sleeve crop top bathing suit with black accents. We received a long sleeve crop top bathing suit with black and white stripes and black bottoms.
This site is amazing! So many shoes to select from. I was looking for sandals, cute ones lol. Bought two and I love them. They are so comfortable. Just came today earlier than what the 1st expected delivery time said. If I could give one suggestion, it would be to find away to lower the shipping cost. It was almost as much as my shoes. Other then that, love the site!
Not to bore you with a long story, I placed an order on 5/16, order shipped on 5/18, order arrived 5/26. Shipping took a little longer than expected a big deal but not a deal breaker. Once the order arrived one of the dresses had a stain on it and a dress was missing, big deal slight deal breaker. Called customer service, was told their policy is if something is on back order it will ship at a later date that's understandable but you don't find out if something is on back order until your shipment arrives not understandable, a big deal and a deal breaker. I cant do business with a company that I cant depend on to ship what they said they would ship and deliver a quality product.
Ordering was easy, shipment was fast, and the dress was just a pictured and described. Satisfied with this purchase. Thank you!
Its been 8 days since placing my order and its still processing. Its just one item. I didnt think or so anywhere that the timeline prior to shipping would be this extensive. This is my first order with LolliCouture but it hasnt been pleasant.
I ordered my items 2 weeks ago from today's date and it has still not been shipped out. I was told that I would have last week and every time I try to call customer service the line is busy and unable to get through no matter what time you call..
The swim suit I ordered was a little big but it was okay
I have not receive my order and I ordered shoes for an event.
I ordered several items from this site. I was sent the wrong size in shoes which my order clearly said a size 8. I have to request what is called an rma then wait for an approval to get permission to send items back, then God knows how long it will be until I receive my item. Two of my items were not sent because they were on back order which was not stated on the website, so i have to wait 7 to 10 days to receive items that I was charged for already. Some of the clothes are not true to size. Some of the gladiators sandals run big and are bulky around the ankle. I have a wide foot. Some of the customer service reps are inexperienced and have no idea how to instruct you on what to do. Items under $12.99 or on clearance are not eligible for refund unless you force them to and there will be a restocking fee. I am highly disappointed in this company.
Paid for expedited shipping.$50! Never received my order. I've called three times and they keep telling me my order is on hold even though I've complied with their request to verify my card! HORRRRRIBLE SERVICE
I ordered for a shoe and I mistakenly picked 3, and I called immediately for them to cancel two and the lady I spoke to confirmed to me it's been changed and my money wool be credited back but unfortunately thru never changed it and my money was not returned, i was told I'll get it by 6 working days, today makes it 6 days but the person I spoke to said I'll get it by Friday but unfortunately Friday will be too late for me
