One of the four shoes sent was the wrong size (8.5 instead of size 9 ordered and highlighted in receipt). Shipping was also very expensive ($20).
I brought shoes almost a whole week ago and I didn't even receive them in time for graduation. When I tried to return them because I knew I wouldn't get them in time, the shoes were delivered anyway and I had already sent emails back and forth trying to return them and get my money back.
I was unsatisfied with service. I didn't receive any information that my order was on back order. I had to call to see why order hadn't been delivered yet. There was no notifications on when order would be shipped out.
I ordered a pair of Camille thigh high boots and I'm just in love with them! They came quickly and fit perfectly! I can't wait to order more stuff! Thanks so much!
I ordered a swim suit based on the size chart, and it did not fit. When I called to exchange it, I had horrible customer service, was told I could not be helped, and when I asked to talk to a manager, I never got a return call. I'm highly dissatisfied with this company and will NOT be a returning customer! I loved the suit, but I need it to fit, and I am shocked by the horrendous lack of concern to satisfy their customers. No, thank you!
After reading up on shipping information and understanding "special orders" would take more time, I went ahead and placed my order on a Thursday (considering the fact there was a possibility of taking 3-4 business days && I had 2 weeks to allot them for delivery) I waited, although quite eager to see my new things, very patiently for a full week (7business days) before calling as I saw it had never shipped and was only processed... So I called! The young lady expressed in short my order would prolly not ship for another week and made no effort to soothe my dissatisfaction with a simply "I will try to make this right" statement when I express the website expressed nothing of this sort EVEN WITH special orders! When asked about canceling she said there was no guarantee! Keep in mind of course my frustration allowed me to tell her in depth my situation and how if this shipment could not make it, it would be a waste... I leave Tuesday for Miami, she tells me to call TUESDAY to see what they can do about my order - DISAPPOINTMENT. Won't be shopping on this site again

The swimsuits are not true to size. I ordered an XL and the bottoms were more like a large and the tops were more like a medium. The material on some of the swimsuits is very thin. If the item stretches then the design of the garment is distorted.
My beautiful boots arrived in three days. Perfect size and well made.
I am going to have to say that I am dissatisfied with my experience. I paid for my items and the email states that I will receive an email with my tracking number which I have yet to receive. This is my first time ordering and maybe my last. Thank you.

Shoes r perfect it's just that my calfs r too fat for the zipper I will exchange for another pair that's just lace no zipper

I ordered my shoes some time ago and still haven't received anything on shipping... These shoes were going to be for my graduation and I ended up having to go to the mall to get shoes because there was no information on my shoes I ordered!
I didn't know it would take so long to ship my orders.
My shoes arrived in the mail about 12 days after I placed the order. They all fit perfect and nothing was missing. The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't get billed, given an order confirmation or anything until after 3 days after I submitted my order. I was afraid it hadn't gone through, but I was patient and it turned out ok.
I order over $500 for shoes with no boxes I have email the company nobody still haven't call me yet
