Well all lkq yards are different. This past week I went 11o mile to one in Tampa. When I arrived I was greeted in Spanish, ok. I continued on in the office area and was confused where to go things were unorganized. Finally, I found out that one section of the office area is used for people coming in to pay 3 dollars. Wow for a chance to find out that what you need might won't be there. Keep you receipt! If your hand stamp comes off you will be kicked out if you have no receipt. Well they quickly checked my tool bags which I did have a piece of 3inch steel bracket from the past in there. I did find my part and came back in to the office to pay for it. They search my bag tool again and found that 3inch steel piece and said it was theirs and started trying to take my tools also. I said no that piece is mine for lifting up the engine and he tools are mine. They explained to me how they have theft problems I said keep the 3inch steel part with one hole. If you think I came 220 miles to take a piece of steel that is 3inches you afe crazy I came for a distributor that cost 400 dollars retail and 30 dollars from a junk yard, I'm glad I did not bring in the core for exchange they would have claimed it theirs. Everyone is considered a thief til other wise. I was the only White boy in there. The employees are foreign born it appears with broken English and I guess being from a minority culture they experience high rates of crime in their culture. So you are considered a thief til you prove otherwise. Make sure your tools are engraves with your name and anything else in it. Its a third world environment there not like dealing with Lkq store up in Crystal River or Gainesville.

LQK IS FORCING YOU TO BUY THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY MORE THAN ONE OCCASION I WAS TOLD THAT YOU MUST BUY IT ON A DOOR IF NOT THEY WONT SALE ME THE ITEM
