I really commend the prompt service by Mr. William. The ability to provide the resolution quickly that I was having with correcting information on my resume exceeded my expectations. Thus far I'm disappointed with the career testing end of your site:
If there was any information on having to pay for my results, I might have thought twice about taking the test. IT may have been buried in fine print, but the testing presents itself as free.
At the end of a long test, I'm told I have to pay $25-40 for detailed results.
Once I resigned to paying, I received a confirmation email for my payment, but no results and no explanation of when I could expect them.
I gave it a day before calling calling in and after a long wait talked with a really nice CSR (Costa Rica is a good choice for outsourcing your CS needs), who was unable to resolve the problem but escalated it for me.
That was yesterday.
Now it's 3pm Central time Monday afternoon and I still haven't heard back from a soul.
A good suggestion on how to fix this: refund my money, give me the report for free.
It's better than me going through the hassle of forcing you to fulfill your money-back guarantee. It will create good will and I'll be more likely to keep using your site.

The person who helped me cancel my account did a very good job. He was more than courteous, he did all he could to entice me not to cancel my membership. He didn't seem to hate his job because he was working on a Sunday, I wish I could be as professional as he was.

Unfortunately at this time I had to cancel my subscription. I will say that the resume now website was fantastic and was very easy to use. The lady I spoke with to help cancel my subscription and get a refund on the month I did not use it was very helpful and courteous and I appreciated her help

I called with a billing issue and immediately the person I spoke to catered and solved the problem which I was not expecting. Wish I got his name. The call took no longer than 4-5 minutes and I've been refunded with my money as well as a cancellation email. No complaints regarding the service I recieved.

LiveCareer took over £200 through direct debit that I wasn't aware of, till my account got cancelled and cost me £450 for overdraft while I was away traveling + ruined credit score.
All for uploading my CV
When I called for a refund they refused "because there wasn't a recent month transaction" - due to my account been cancelled because of their drive to debit when I was away traveling.
Absolutely disgusting that a company like this can still exist stealing money from people bay by day.

I spoke with representative Mary in Puerto Rico about issues that I had regarding adding a new section to my resume. Mary also assisted me regarding the Fed x issue that I am going through at this time. I was told by another representative from another office that I did not meet the requirements to get the 10 free copies of my resume printed by Fed X. Mary went to her supervisor to inquire about this matter seeing that the original website I worked on was Resume Now. Which offered the Fed X service and not the website I was directed to work on by a representative from the San Francisco area. Mary gave me a turn around time of 24-48 hrs. Let's see if I could rate this zero stars I would. Do not subscribe to this scam they start charging 20 dollars over and over after you subscribe. When I called customer service the lady was nothing but rude and gave me a "one time courtesy" for my money back. I had to actually fight with her and continually ask for a supervisor. She even told me "be quiet you keep talking and talking I don't want to give you your money back" bunch of bull. AGAIN, DON'T SUBSCRIBE TO THEM.

Answer: This is what the site advertised: For 14 day access, $14.95, and for a year $39.80. However, signing up for ANY service aloows the site to store your payment information for further billing, and getting in touch with them, much less obtaining help is nigh impossible. After two weeks they will pull $39.80 MONTHLY from your payment method (please see my review and others on Google and yelp for further verification of this).

Answer: I had to cancel my Debit Card account with Bank of America, because the Bank refused to block LiveCareer from my account. I wonder if they are in cahoots or what? I believe a class action suit may be required so we can get our funds back.
Answer: Call your bank and change your card number Call them and let them know you have contacted your bank and will contact the better business bureau of you don't get a full refund. Then contact the better bBB and file a formal complaint. You will have a refund within a week. That's how I got my money back
