As close to Theft as you could 'legally' get!
I used one of the 'free' CV templates provided by this Company, however when I tried to download it I was forced to pay!
It was only a nominal fee so I acquiesced.
A few months later, after looking at my bank statement I noticed a £19.95 payment I didn't recognised. Further investigation revealed 5 payments of £19.95 had been taken from LiveCareer UK but under a different name.
I stopped the payments from my account, but unfortunately Live Career would not even consider a refund!
Their Customer Service is non existent when it is needed.
I feel I've been totally scammed and there is very little I can do about it.
I urge you not to use this Company.

They charge money without warning and do not give it back, even if you prove that you dod not use the service. I check it, did not like, but they charge for a year

At first i was skeptical about the live chat because the first two customer service personnel's ended the chat before concluding our chat. Third person came in and attended to me nicely and am happy while i wait for my refund to reflect on my account.

Extremely dissatisfied
No reminders, no updates - Just only you get to know your bank account deductions without any detail being added to the email.
Even they don't bother to explain for how long the subscription is.
If you contact agents they just listen all and end the chat.

No mention of money, then wants you've wasted your time doing a cv, they ask for £1,95 to download it,which I did, but cancelled the subscription of £17 a month which I don't need just for 1 cv, but regardless they have recorded my card details, and continue to take money for the last three months, not even based in uk,lying $#*!s

Not the services I was looking for. Money was taken from my account unauthorized. Very shameful. I tried to get my refunds back, but was only given a partial refund. Completely dissatisfied with their service.

I found that the editor was difficult to use due to conflicts. Site support was good though and I managed to work through this. However I would prefer to know there is a charge for the c.v. builder at the start rather than the end after entering all my information
