My experience with LiveCareer has been nothing short of outrageous and infuriating. I never subscribed to their service, never consented to any recurring payments, and yet they have been illegally draining money from my credit card every single month without my knowledge or permission. This isn't a billing error it's systematic, deliberate fraud. There was no clear disclosure, no valid confirmation email, and absolutely no way to opt out or cancel. I only uncovered this scheme after combing through my credit card statements. Their so-called "customer service" is a complete sham unreachable, unresponsive, and deliberately obstructive. This is predatory, unethical, and possibly criminal behaviour. It's a textbook case of a company exploiting unsuspecting consumers through hidden charges and deceptive practices. I've already reported these unauthorized deductions to my bank and will pursue this issue through every available legal and regulatory channel. If you've ever interacted with LiveCareer even once check your statements immediately. They are running a subscription scam under the guise of a legitimate service. Do not trust this company. Do not give them your payment information. They are a digital parasite and must be held accountable.

As close to Theft as you could 'legally' get!
I used one of the 'free' CV templates provided by this Company, however when I tried to download it I was forced to pay!
It was only a nominal fee so I acquiesced.
A few months later, after looking at my bank statement I noticed a £19.95 payment I didn't recognised. Further investigation revealed 5 payments of £19.95 had been taken from LiveCareer UK but under a different name.
I stopped the payments from my account, but unfortunately Live Career would not even consider a refund!
Their Customer Service is non existent when it is needed.
I feel I've been totally scammed and there is very little I can do about it.
I urge you not to use this Company.
