This is what the site advertised: For 14 day access, $14.95, and for a year $39.80. However, signing up for ANY service aloows the site to store your payment information for further billing, and getting in touch with them, much less obtaining help is nigh impossible. After two weeks they will pull $39.80 MONTHLY from your payment method (please see my review and others on Google and yelp for further verification of this).

It is advertise free however when you go to print it is a payment of £6 for 14 days, however it then renews automatically each month at a charge of £22.95 per month... it cost me over £300 before I realized what they where doing... an expensive lesson for me too! The sad thing is that they keep taking your money even though they know that you have not used their services outside the 14 days that you paid for at the start... NOT HAPPY... would advice not to use

I paid about 2 dollars for one resume that I was having trouble uploading to the website where I was applying, I shut down my account and was still billed two months later for 39.80.

Warning, this site once it has your payment info will charge you monthly, they did not deal with me honestly. I canceled in less than 24 hours but they continued to charge me... Even once we agreed they would credit me, they credited wY less than we agreed on... its your gamble

My advise... get yourself a resume template from somewhere else or use any of the other free resources. Dont give anyone access to your account... especially this crooked british bunch. Read the reviews here. The danger is using this company will become obvious. Dont learn as i did. This lesson cost me over $400
