Disappointed

The item totally looked different on the website and it was cheap material. It took 2 months to reach and upon arrival there were several items which were missing. On reaching to them it was so complicated. I wasted my money. Please don't buy from litfad

Too good to be true

Ordered a few pieces off of their site to save money. It's not worth it. The items are OK quality not high. Their return policy clearly states that if you don't like something I would like to return it they'll give you your money back minus the shipping fees and associate from their company told me that they would only give me 10 to 20% refund. It also takes a month or more to receive your items. They gave me the wrong tracking information for my stuff associates kept telling me that it was coming in September and it actually arrived two weeks early. They were unaware.

Utterly impressed!

I ordered my console table on 12/2 and then I read the reviews. I am so glad that I didn't have the chance to cancel because it came today 12/23 and it is absolutely perfect in every way. The only assembly was attaching the base to the marble top with the 4 screws that were included - it took less than 5 minutes. I would not hesitate to order from Litfab again - they are far less than their competitors and their merchandise is top quality.

Chairs arrived after a month pretty much as advised at time of ordering. Box was battered but chairs weren't damaged at all. No fitting instructions but easy to build. The chairs are very comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Probably not really worth the £280 for the pair but there wasn't anything else online coming up at such a cheap price. Overall am very happy with the purchase.

Wonderful product

We ordered
Water Resistant Storage Cabinet Glass Paned Standard Cabinet - 17"L x 13"W x 61"H Wicker & Rattan. It came just like the photo in the advertisement. It is beautiful and sturdy. It came with 2 different door options. We loved it so much we purchased a second one in aqua. And we are thinking about a 3rd purchase. Great for storage. The customer service is great. You get an email when it is shipped and then weeks later you get your shipping date and then they check on you to see if you received the product with a follow up email. Easy to put together. Highly recommend!

Great customer service

I bought a chair that I was searching high and low for in a certain color combination. The only site I was able to find it on was Litfad. I knew it was a risk as the site didn't have great reviews, but the price, style, and colors were right.

It took a couple of months to finally get it! At one point, I was becoming impatient and wanted to cancel, which I would've been able to do before the product actually shipped, but I didn't.

When I finally got my shipment, the box arrived destroyed, but the chair was fine, with the exception of a small flaw. I asked for help with repair, and they gave me a suggestion. It's not bad, and I don't blame them, considering the condition of the box when it arrived.

Customer service was excellent. Very responsive and helpful throughout. They even reached out the day my product arrived to let me know I should've received it.

I'm happy I took the risk. I will buy from them again if I'm not in a hurry to get my product.

Cheap sub quality junk

We purchased a table for $1000 dollars when I arrived. And we put it together the quality and durability is way below sturdy or worth the price. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM looks good over priced junk you have been warned scam site

We googled floating vanities (modern). A few sites came up. We were looking for something nice but different. Litfad have some nice items. We knew they were not located in the US. No problem. We found something we liked. Before ordering, we communicated back and forth with an online support team. They assured us that we were getting what was described in the picture. Two months later it was not correct. We were supposed to receive a lighted medicine cabinet (rectangular design). We received a a round mirror with strip lighting on the back. No medicine cabinet. We had to again email support. We even went as far as to type it in English on word doc and convert it in their language explaining their product and copied and pasted exactly what they said we are to receive. Well to make a long story short we received a rectangular mirror with the strip lighting on the back. No medicine cabinet and no lighting on the front as the design stated. Never again will we order from them. A waste of our time and money. We told them they can send us prepaid shipping to get the items back. The only thing we liked was the floating sink. We reported them to PayPal to at least get a partial refund and it turned out to be a nightmare. All we could do is email back and forth and send pictures of what was sent. They will give you the run around. Whatever you don't order from Litfad! You will regret it!

Scam
October 16, 2024

For over a month I have been told that my item has been shipped. A label was create but FedEx has not received it even though I was told by Litfad that the item had shipped. Everyone would be reaching out to FedEx to let them know this company is blaming poor shipping by FedEx for their poor business practices I.e., scams. So frustrating that people can be like this. They give Chinese businesses a really bad name.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Don't waste your money. We bought last october a shoecabinet quite expensive, arrived in dicember, more than a week late, missing the right parts to build the three drawers. Since then it has been a nightmare. Although it ships worldwide nobody speaks and understands English, making the communication even more complicated. They won't reply to the messages and when replied never address the issues. We are now in the process of disputing through paypal.

I ordered by in November 2024 a climbing frame for my disabled daughters Christmas present. We are now in April and it still hasn't arrived. Hundreds of emails to and throw and still no where to be seen. They said the courier DHL delivered it and it was signed for. But I haven't had a delivery and did not sign for anything. They pro. Ised to send another one out and never did. I'm a single working parent and carer, that used over 150 pounds that I haven't had a refund for and a devastated child, who was heartbroken that her climbing frame that would of helped her with therapy didn't arrive. This company scams people and don't deliver. They said that you could track the parcel, but when you put the number in, it states it doesn't exist. So if we can not track it how can they? How could they be so heartless. Please do not buy from this company, especially for your children. As seeing a child on Christmas day cry, was cruel 😢

I placed 2 separate orders for their furniture. It took too long to receive them. The desk was completely damaged and not as it looked in the pictures. The dresser was of inferior quality. The drawers are completely misaligned and very difficult to open and close them. The paint had discolorations and stains. Inside, the doors were scratched and faded. The wood stain was unprofessionally done and looked cheap. For several months I've been asking for a refund. They respond that I have to pay for shipping their defective furniture back because and I quote "collisions and squeezes encountered on the logistics road are inevitable". They sell expensive, but cheaply made Chinese furniture, charge a lot for delivery, and don't want to issue a refund when their products are damaged in transit. Don't ever buy anything from them. It's a scam!

I purchased a California King bed from Litfad and waited months for it to arrive. When it finally did, they sent me a Queen-sized bed instead. I immediately requested a refund because I couldn't afford to wait months for a replacement. After several attempts to resolve the issue, I still haven't received my money back.
This has been an absolute disaster—poor customer service and completely untrustworthy. Feels like a scam. I would not recommend buying from Litfad!

Scam site beware

I ordered a £300 desk in October 24 to date it has not arrived, so I opened a case with PayPal as that's how I paid, litfad provided false tracking, never directly answered or addressed any of my concerns, they refused point blank to refund me, pressuring me to close the case on PayPal I found out later that was so once it was closed I did not have a leg to stand on, well luckily for me today I got a refund in full, if you buy from this site be prepared look on trustpilot it either does not arrive OR when it does it's so badly made it's bin worthy! Go elsewhere this company should not be allowed to trade, your consumer rights mean nothing to them

Compré un escritorio con cajones. Llegó después de casi tres meses cuando en el momento de la compra se indicaba uno y medio. El estado en el que llegó era lamentable porque estaba totalmente destrozado, ya que el embalaje no era el adecuado y se ve que recibió muchos golpes. Pero lo peor es que en el escritorio no hay ni un solo gramo de madera o algo que se le parezca, pues está completamente hecho de cartón prensado, cosa que en la descripción del anuncio no se indicaba. Es de una pésima calidad y por 123 € que me costó podría haber comprado otra cosa de mejor calidad en otro sitio. Llegué a un acuerdo con el servicio de atención al cliente (hay que decir que me atendieron bien, todo por email y en inglés) para que me enviasen las piezas de un cajón y del tablero principal, que era lo que estaba inservible, aunque había más desperfectos menores. Después de 5 meses todavía estoy esperando a poder "disfrutar" de mi escritorio. Resumiendo, no los recomiendo, porque de entrada te engañan con la descripción del producto y luego este tarda en llegar muchísimo más tiempo del indicado. Saludos.

Broken Boho Patio Set

I ordered 12/20/24,1 Boho Set it included 3 pieces. It was originally supposed to be delivered 1/23/25. However, after no receipt we call the carrier who informed us that the item was broken in transit and was being returned by them. I proceeded to inform the seller and ask from a full refund. Who shared the no return policy and said they would resend. I inform the seller to refund immediately and not to resend due to the broken merchandise, and time of travel. Mind I did not refuse or break this item the carrier did. However, I did request a full refund. Upon the seller does not agree. This has be an exhausting experience, save yourself some time and buy such merchandise locally.

Absolute SCAM! Do not buy!

I reported this company to PayPal, and after a long two-month battle, PayPal finally agreed to put them under review. Upon further investigation, PayPal informed me that many of the company's customers have had terrible experiences with refunds. As a result, PayPal has decided to sever business ties with them.

The company sells faulty or misrepresented items, often of poor quality. When you raise a complaint, they offer small discounts—like 5%—claiming the item is still usable despite being damaged. Their tactic is simple: they send you subpar products, and when you ask for a refund, they offer minimal compensation, such as 10% or 20%, while blaming the shipping company.

In my case, they sent me a pile of useless wooden pieces that were supposed to be assembled into a shoe storage cabinet. It was far from what was advertised.

What a joke, directions are in Chinese with no QR code. No clue how to assemble this bed frame. Need to hire a handyman to figure out this build. When I did finally receive the bed frame, it came in packaging that from a pirate ship. Palate wood stabled 1000 times…so have a hammer & a crow bar available to unpack. Bed frame is a joke, its raw wood, mold, and in 100 pieces with no instructions. Dude this needs to go out of business fast. Its a joke I fell for the website…i should have checked trust pilot first!

Litfad is a scam company

Litfad operate by selling cheap and bulky items across the world. Items arrive damaged, are of poor quality and/or are not like the description.

They know it's not feasible for people to ship the scam product back. After you contact them about the issue, they'll engage in many to and fro emails offering you 5% of the value of the item back, then 10%, then 20% etc. and 60% if you ship it back. If you keep rejecting these offers, they'll finally offer 100% (excluding the expensive postage) only if you leave a 5-star review on Trustpilot. That way they hook in the next victims. All 5 star reviews are from people who have been bribed.

They therefore rely on the victim cutting thier losses and accepting a portional refund and keep the remainder of the victim's money.
