I purchased 60 mirrored cell phone cases from them at auction. They were listed as being NEW. What I received was scratched and damaged goods. None of them could be resold as new. Of course they denied a refund. So I'm filing every complaint that I can. Including the FTC, BBB and the Maryland state atty. Gen office. I also located the social media pages of their CEO, their Board of Directors and Shareholders. I plan to post a complaint from different people on each of their platforms EVERY DAY until I cause them nightmares and they scream my name. LOL
I have purchased four lots. One of reusable face masks, low quality that frayed after several uses. I chalked it up to getting what you pay. The second lot was embroidered baseball caps. I only received a few of the hats that were pictured. The rest were substituted for something else. It wouldn't have been a problem but the hats we were purchasing all referenced U.S. cities and state logos and one was a Made in the USA emblem. What we received were several caps with Nassau and the Bahamas embroidered on them. They were all decent so we kept the lot to avoid the hassle of returning them. The last two lots were won within days of each other. One was for a lab created loose diamond stone. I expected that the quality would not be what was stated, I did not expect that what I received would not be a diamond. After getting it appraised it was determined that the stone was actually moisannite. The last lot was for fashion jewelry. The jewelry pieces were supposed to be retail ready sets of earrings and necklaces. What I received was dollar store quality jewelry that I couldn't even give away. Some of the jewelry was rusted. Most of it looked handmade, not in a good way. One of the necklaces was made from a bottle opener. The paint!?! Was peeling on some of the jewelry. Some of the jewelry I received wasn't actually jewelry but pieces of fabric attached to clasps so that they could be called necklaces and some were broken. I requested a refund for the last two lots. I had to send in a letter from the appraiser for the stone and photos of the jewelry ( I received 540 pieces). I was granted a refund in both cases, but the sellers are STILL ON THE SITE. They are still selling the same items with the same descriptions. Both of these cases were clearly fraudulent, yet Liquidation.com is still allowing them to sell on their site. There is no way I will make another purchase from a site that knowingly allows scammers to sell on their site. The auction pictures are a few the pieces displayed as in the lot and it was stated as such. The other pictures are some of what was actually received.
I bid on an auction and won it. I paid $730.00 for that box. Please check the photos of the most expensive item in the box.
This company will never take your side. We ordered some Xbox One S-es for over 1,000 dollars. When we pointed out in what kind of garbage state they were, they took 2 weeks to get back to us, simply showing us the "terms we signed" with a bunch of legal mumbo jumbo that we agreed to buying "as is." Well, that's very nice, but if the state in which the products are, are misrepresented, then it's a scam! The pictures were vague, and one piece of technology was so bent that it seemed like someone had driven over it or beat it up with a baseball bat. When they refused to refund us, we went through the credit card company. They kept fighting it, and now we are left with the junk and the credit card company wouldn't even take our side either. This company is so dishonest. But why doesn't that surprise me, knowing that they work with Amazon? Better to avoid them. That's my advice, and that's why I'm writing this complaint: Because there is nothing else I can do to get our money back and the world needs to know how we got conned.
I bid on an auction that was (21) Apple Ipad Pros. 10.5 512 gb. There were pictures that showed 21 iPad pros turned on and in good shape. I received my shipment today. There were mostly broken ipad mind's and old broken ipads. None would even turn on or charge. I called and they said well, you didn't click on the blue link that said you weren't getting 21 ipad pro's. What? So the auction was titled 21 Ipad Pros, there were pictures of 21 Ipad Pros but that's not what I bought. Scammers. Don't buy anything from liquidation.com. I'm disputing the charges and sending their garbage back to them.
Bought some Blu-ray players. Paid $670+ they threw the 5 players in a box without bubble wrap or cushioning. Box was delivered beat up and torn! Players dinged and dented! I spend over $50K every year since 2013 and this is how they treat loyal customers! Seriously
I bought iPhone 6 phones of the quantity of 116, but they send me 102 phones, and also they mentioned in the pallet Unlock and mix, but they send me 102 phones which are 99 phons are company lock and only 3 phones are unlocked, more than 80 phones have broken screen, DO NOT BUY PHONE AND OTHER THINGS FROM THEM, COMPLETLY FRAUD.
I AM GOING TO FILL A CLIME AND ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY DID FRAUD WITH ME.
The pallets they sell on auction are broken, returned SALVAGE, non sellable items and claiming they are customer returns! You will waste your time and money! Do not make the same mistake I did.
This place list lots as returned items and they are nothing but salvaged goods! Waste of my money and time! Stay AWAY... FAR FAR AWAY
I have been in this business a lot of years; bought 2 pallets of Gander outdoor RETURNS. This company has no idea how to separate salvage from returns. Both should be listed as SALVAGE. You can't wear sunglasses with one lens or repair ripped waders, snapped fishing poles. Pallets were 90% trash!
The auction had a manifest: 50 pcs of Bliss Fat Girl Scrub New. Issue #1: Received 50 pcs and they were the trial size 2 oz which is normally sold in a box with 2 bliss 2oz products, not the full size 8oz as shown on the pictures. It also did not come in the box. Any item considered "new" must have all pieces including the box if applicable. Pictures and research show the item is sold in a box. The seller misrepresented the size of the item and condition. I received like new condition not new. Issue #2: Received 25 pcs of Bliss Fat Girl Scrub and another 25 pcs of some other Random Bliss Fat Girl Sleep product. Not included in the manifest. Missing other 25 pcs of Bliss Far Girl Scrub. Issue #3: Photos under in the listing were extremely blurry and did not show the FL oz. The listing has photos of the full 8oz size with the box. However, I did not receive the full size instead received 2oz without the box. Liquidation.com failed to grant a full refund due to the multiple deceptive practices used by their third party seller and failed to provide a full refund. I disputed the charge with my bank and liqudation.com will be deactivating my account. I knew this prior to dispute and I am okay with never using the company again. Reporting to proper authorities for the failure to do the right thing when I express concerns regarding the falsely advertised and deceptive transaction. Which btw is illegal and I can sue and request treble damages! Tip: Learn about the deceptive trade practices act before conducting business.
If you want broken missing $#*! just purchase from them and they will never stand behind anything. You need to inspect item by item and don't take anything for granted. And when you find it is all crap and refuse to accept they still will not refund.
I won the auction, everything went fine until the stupid seller sent me the totally wrong merchandise. I took pictures, documented everything and notified Liquidation.com. The RUDE girl answering the phone said I had to file a dispute claim I finally figured out how to do that, and filed the claim. It was painfully SLOW to get things taken care of. It took 1 MONTH to get a refund from the day I won the bid. Liquidation seems to cater to the sellers much more than the buyers. I will say honestly say that the dispute teams communication was very good, but I will NEVER do business with them again.
Total scam. You will recieve salvage items listed as shelf pulls. Inflated manifest values. Inaccurate manifests. Total waste of your time.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Everything is trash there. You will throw your money to the garage.
They have photos of products and tou get broking not working item that not even clost to photos they post.
Bought a box of shoes titled Amazon returns. Manifest was fluffed up to look like an attractive buy. 41 of the units were used like they were from a thrift shop, or donated. The website is working with sellers to scam small businesses out of money. Lost $1000.
Bought a pallet of auto parts. The manifest listed top items as NEW. They were used items in new boxes! Absolutely useless customer service and dispute team' wouldn't give me a refund. Even wrote sorry for the confusion' in the email back to me! A complete loss!
Claming all unlocked phones but all of them are icloud lock. Never buy from this seller he is a big scamer liquidation didnt do anything
Horrivle customer service. Bait and switch tactics. Inflated manifest values. Almost always missing the high end items you were bidding for. Almost everything they claim as returns are salvage condition. The Garland warehouse is especially bad. There are better options oit there so do not waste tour time on theaw scammers.
I purchased a lot of "Brand New" dresses that ended up being all samples and old stock. These Venus bridal gowns were completely old samples and not as advertised. They scammed me into thinking they were new and current dresses. They LIED LIED LIED.
Don't buy from them and Venus you should be ashamed of yourself for letting these people misrepresent your brand name. You are just as much to blame for a few bucks.
Stay away and keep your money for Good stuff not this junk...
Answer: They keep your money as long as they can. Doing everyone like you can you imagine how much interest they are drawing off of everyone the longer that they keep your money.
Answer: Yes, I did it. The claim was opened yesterday. I hope they will work the right way.
