Had I known the item is located and sent from China, I would not have ordered. I wish I had read the reviews first. Lesson learned - always read reviews. I just threw away $40 and glad it was no more. So far it has been a month and the tracking site shows: "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" - whatever that means it is still in Shanghai. This is a rip off and if I ever get this I am sure it will be headed to the trash bin. Save yourself a headache and don't buy. I will try for a PayPal reimbursement.
Ordered a shirt. $35. Promised 8 - 10 days shipping. 40 days later, arrived damaged. Refused to refund even with pics of damage. Now must send back to China at my expense to receive refund. TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY.
I ordered two bathing suits at the beginning of May I receive one by May 22. Its is June third and Im still waiting for the second. I made the payment thru PayPal. Does anybody know how to get in contact with them. Im really upset.
It is excellent site. I love this Linkshe. They're a very good place to look for alternative and unique fashion. Shipping is not terribly bad, though it can take a little while. If you have questions, the customer service representatives are friendly and willing to take the time to answer everything. I really love their selection of dresses and skirts, but they have awesome accessories too! It is highly recommended.
5 STAR for them. I order from here way too often. I have ordered a couple dresses. Their sizing to me is very consistent. They deliver it to me with in 3 days. I am so much pleased with their service & the quality of the product with price. The fit was on point. I will be ordering again!
Total rip off! Spent £160 with them on some tops - terrible quality, appalling fit nothing like the images. Don't waste your money because they wont accept returned unless you accept 50% of what you paid for the item. Also be warned that Paypal wont refund you either because they see that quality is not their concern.
I work 18 hour days at my factory job so I literally never visit malls. So online shopping is my passion. This site has proven time and time again to be a success for me. Never late with products, always receive what i expect. Plus the LOW LOW prices are my favorite part. I love it!
Very disappointed in your return policy. You advertise free shipping, easy returns, NOT TRUE! You don't give info for returns for at least two weeks either and that's if you even answer messages sent to you. Terrible customer service! It would cost you at least $35. To $40.00 to return, with tracking number, to China. Now you've paid more for return postage than your products I will never order again from LinkShe!
They do not deserve a 1 rather a -100. I ordered one swimsuit they sent and billed me for two. So now I have 2 cheap swimsuits when one cheap swimsuit would have been too many. I cannot tell you how bad the quality is. It was cute on the website nothing like what I received. Should have read reviews before ordering. How do you people sleep at night?
I'm pretty average, I fit in most clothes. This bathing suit was ridiculous. It could not have fit anyone. Very loose and ill fitting around the bust. It's worthless. I threw it away. Save your money, go to a real store where you can try it on. I'm sure this was made very cheaply in China, the pattern was completely off.
Ordered a lovely swimsuit, should've read reviews first. It Finally came... It is nothing like the picture, shoddy workmanship, came in a bag from China... going to Goodwill, I will never wear this... sites like these should be shut down...; this is fraud, and customers like me are getting taken... I purchased a beautiful white top here, and it arrived as described, in the right size. The price was very reasonable, and the customer service was great when I contacted them to discuss my order. I'd recommend this to anyone who needs some quality clothing, because they're a great site and they know what they're doing! 5 stars!
Buyers be ware! Ordered swimsuits for a trip a month ago went on the trip still waiting. I requested a refund and they said they would minus $3.00 handling, I responded take the $3 just refunds my money. They sent me a message saying be patient. I've learned to do more research when ordering online. Contacting the better business bureau. I suggest you do the same
If you are able to get exactly what you want, then they are probably fine but forget about returning anything. They make it next to impossible, then once you figure it out, they charge you a 50% fee, just because they can. Take it or leave it. I would strongly suggest you do not do business with this company. Also, they are in China so do not have to follow usa guidelines. I am going to try and get this cancelled from my credit card. Don't know if I will be successful.
The bathing suit I received was horrid so I asked for a refund. I returned the suit-at my cost-to the address they gave me. I waited a couple months and contacted them again. Now they want a tracking number but I sent it with the US mail so I don't have one. They just keep giving me the run around when all I want is my stupid $30 back. Stay away for this site. You cannot talk to a person. It is all out of the Far East somewhere.
Everything is overpriced for the quality of work and fabric. You have to pay customs fees if you're ordering from canada. You end up paying double for crap. It's coming from China it's all crap. If u won't buy made in China where u live why order from there. Lesson learned! I'd submit a pic if I could. Not even worth a one star rating! Crap crap crap
I bought from them on Feb 24,2017 its is now March 7,2017 and I have yet to get a tracking number. They keep telling me to allow a couple more days because they are waiting for their distributor to ship it to them. I keep asking for my money back and keep getting ignored. If you don't want to be stolen from don't order from these people. They are horrible and do not know anything about keeping customers happy.
I am totally in love with linkshe.com. They have a great variety of clothes for a very reasonable price. I have shopped here about three times now and I love it! Their selection of dresses is amazing. I bought this beautiful white lace dress that compliments my body really well. I get so many compliments every time I wear it.
I do not purchase online much but my friend forced me to check out Linkshe for women's dress. I was pleased with the products when I saw them on the site and they were much better once they came in person. And also, lots of discounts here. I highly recommend Linkshe!
I should have read the reviews before ordering. Terrible customer service. States that you can return item, then said no. Total scam. I am the stupid one for ordering without checking out reviews! Don't shop here!
