I have been waiting for an exchanged for 3 months on two dresses my new I'm still waiting going on the 4th month. I highly discourage ANYONE from using this site when it comes to making an exchange or expecting a refund. There seems to be no way to communicate with this company except through emails there's no one to speak to to complain to or even to give a recommendation to.

Don't hold your breath - I've been trying to get address to send back two unwanted tops! They make themselves look so good on Facebook but cust service is non existent! Disgusting

I have been trying to send an email to submit a return ticket and request a RMA# to return 2 dresses that I ordered and received which are the Open Royal Blue maxi dress and the Embellished Gold Maxi dress but can't go through? I was in disbelief both the dresses were made of very low quality materials and crap workmanship in contrast with how they look in the picture. What's next shd I do?
