I have been waiting for an exchanged for 3 months on two dresses my new I'm still waiting going on the 4th month. I highly discourage ANYONE from using this site when it comes to making an exchange or expecting a refund. There seems to be no way to communicate with this company except through emails there's no one to speak to to complain to or even to give a recommendation to.

If you use PayPal, you won't get played. If the company tries to PayPal acts as your representative and goes after the company on your behalf.
