Sizing is off material of poor quality extra stitching is bad, terrible! My bad never again oh and no return slip and no phone number to call anyone! I thank God it was only $25
I placed an order with LinkShe 7/31/17 for 2 swimsuits. I paid $57.84 on 8/1/17. They shipped me 1 swimsuit then sent me an email saying the other was discontinued and that I could use my $ as a credit online-- or -- by submitting a ticket I could request to have it refunded back to me. I have reached out to them numerous times by submitting help tickets to get my money back for the swimsuit I did NOT receive and I can't get anyone to respond. I opened another ticket just now and Linkshe immediately closed my account. My email and password are no longer recognized, and there is no longer any trail back to my (supposedly completed) order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM -----this is a SCAM and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Wrong item sent. However your customer service was amazing in putting right. Great delivery product was slightly different to the picture still happy too. Perfect item with fantastic service! Thanks!
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I too, cant log in, and they ignore my emails. Customer service is nil. Do NOT order from this company!
Still waiting for a refund was told it would take 2-3 days its been a month already. Just get fobbed of, paypal not helpfull at all no stars as they are rubbish

Not having any luck trying to get SOMEONE or SOMETHING to tell me where the ORDER # is so I can return 2 items! Submit a Ticket they say, and then they want the Order # that I can't find, each # I enter is WRONG! SO I GUESS I WILL BE STUCK WITH THESE ITEMS! And if U do order anything U better not go by the Sizing Chart coz it ain't RIGHT! I did and it was probably 2 to 3 sizes too small and the QUALITY IS BAD, too! I'm so beyond DISGUSTED!
Ordered 2 pairs of same size(M) as per size chart. Received 2 pairs, the first so short in length, unable to wear & the 2nd at least 3 sizes too big. Not even consistent!

I know of no one, who wants to spend good money on clothing as thin as 1 ply toilet tissue. This is the worst clothing company I have ever done business with. You can see through the denim material. CHEAP QUALITY CHINA GARABGE! Buying from LINKSHE is like throwing your hard earned money out your window. KEEP YOUR MONEY! IT'S A CHINA SCAM ON THE AMERICAN PUBLIC.
I ordered a cute top on May 23rd 2017. By June 5th the "tracking" only said "label created". Here it is JUNE 13TH - the tracking still says "in transit". The only reason they even sent the article is I threatened to contact the credit card company and cancel the order. Only after that did things get moving. The website says shipping 3-4 business days. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
This place... I ordered the cutest American flag dress, that turned out to be the ugliest dress EVER! The color is UGLY! The stitches are visible! I went to return it and the order number they gave me is INVALID through them! NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM! DONT ORDER AND GET SCREWED OVER! This damn company is a piece of crap!
TERRIBLE! I never received my item! The only contact number on their website does not work, you can't even send an email, you have to "submit a ticket" with your order number which I have tried to do multiple times! But it says that it's an invalid number? It's the number they sent with my orders confirmation! And not to mention they sure did charge my credit card! This company is a total scam DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FEOM THEM!
Been waiting over 3 weeks for my order to arrive. They took the money from my account immediately though. Tried to find a way to contact. Realized I never got an email direct from them confirmimg my order. Just a paypal response that the 38$ had been taken by linkshe. No order confirmation number. Not even a description of what I bought. No contact info. Nothing. Went to the website and filed out a ticket to complain. After logging into the website under my account it shows no record of me even placing my order. No record of it shipping. No confirmations. Nothing. Finally got a very poorly written, terrible response that said my order is "on its way" to my country. We'll see. The only way to contact is this "ticket" thing which works horribly. No email or direct contact option. I am betting I will never see my order... and am already disappointed even if i do. After researching this company... i expect a very poor product... thats IF it ever arrives. Willing to bet every positive review of this place that you might come across on here isn't authentic. Every one I read sounds extremely made up and ALL explain how wonderful and easy the customer service is, how "not cheap" the clothing looks, how FAST they got their order. All of them poorly written in terrible english. Very obviously reviews made up to try to help save their failing reputation. Very disappointed.
Good experience overall with plenty of products to choose from and decent prices... I love this store I always find something to buy when I go here :)
I have received my dress bought from linkshe. It fits perfect and so soft and comfy! I really love the color and design. All my friends give me good comments. I'm very happy with the purchase.
Just wondering why PayPal, a reputable company, continues to do business with companies like this one. It is one of many who rip people off with fraudulent advertisements and merchandise. I will not be ordering from them again NOR WILL I BE USING PAYPAL FOR ANY FUTURE TRANSACWITH ANY COMPANIES. SHAME ON YOU PAYPAL. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT CONSUMERS!
Good quality fabric, well made, fits me great. Excellent product for a great price. As a bigger girl, it's hard to find dresses that look and feel this good. Iam very satisfied with this dress.
These people are DISHONEST and IMPOSSIBLE to reach.
