Lightinthebox contacted me to resolve the issue and immediately sent a duplicate order. It did come in the amount of time they said. Then at the beginning of August another order showed up. So, I don't know which order was the original and which one was the duplicate sent. Now we have 2 of the same order.
I am not giving them 5 stars because it did take me so long to get the order and I don't know which order was which.! It does seem that they must have some kind of shipping problem because I see from this site that others have had the same problem. Maybe they need to change their delivery time on the website or something. I would much rather be surprised if something came early than disappointed if something arrives much later than expected!
We have email the company on two separate occasion. The first time it said the package would arrive in 11-16 Business days. It was for my son(14). He waited 18 days or so and contacted them. They told him it could take 38-40 days. He then waited about 48 days then contacted them again because he saw according to them that it had arrived at the JFK airport 2 weeks earlier. They then told him it could take up to 60 days we are at 55 days and still nothing. They also told us to contact our local Post office. We contacted them and they said they tracking number is a correct tracking number to track in the US. They told us that is should have an RR or an RE in front of it followed by 6-7 numbers and then 2 more letters. We have nothing like that only the tracking number that came with the order which has 8 numbers. They won't work to track here!
We will contact the company in another week if we still have heard anything! Unbelievable!
I purchased 3 dresses, which arrived in early July 2022. Total cost £59.81 inclusive of delivery.
I returned the dresses on 8 July 2022 - using the complex 'return ticket' procedure. (They strongly encourage you to take a discount against future orders.)
The goods were returned to Jiaxing in China at a cost to me of £19.50 (they insist the return is via the post office)
The credit came through to my account on 10 August at £48.26.
So beware! £59.81 plus return postage £19.50 = £79.31 For a credit of £48.26.
Quite expensive for nothing!
It is great to see that eCommerce sites can operate in a way that the customer feels himself special and lucky to find the shop. I am always informed and rewarded for using the site, order great price/value products. I'll come back for sure many times.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I ordered a custom dress to wear to my daughter's wedding. For some reason my order never showed up in the app. This lead to much difficulty contacting them with questions about my order. They took the funds from my PayPal account immediately. Despite promises, after 2 months the dress never arrived. I was unable to contact them via the app any longer as the "ticket" for customer service was closed and there is no phone number or working email where you can reach them. After disputing the payment with PayPal where this merchant never responded, PayPal refunded my money. I would never use this vendor again.

I purchased what I thought to be an all plastic wall clock for the kitchen. It is in fact a sticker that you then hang the hands on.
I have changed this review since initially writing it as "light in the box" contacted me without me asking or without me contacting them, it was just from them seeing how disappointed with the product I was on here. They then offered me a part refund which brought the cost of this item down to around £10 which I thought was very fair.
So... although not over the moon with the product the 5 star rating has to be for customer service, Thanks.

I would give zero stars but that's not possible. My mother and I had ordered what was supposed to be a jacket but was instead a thin sweater with the stitching not even properly done very cheap clothing. I do not recommend at all. After asking for a refund we agreed on 30% of my money back, instead of a 50% store credit. I asked them when I will be getting my refund on my card and they said my 30% will go towards the website but that's not what they said in the previous email and will not give me a refund. You will not like the clothes and you're guaranteed not getting your money back.

I have bought a few items from the light in the box. So far my experience has been very good. Products are exactly what they are. Shipping is a bit timely and having to pay in us funds is a bit expensive and annoying. When the product is shipped directly to Canada? But i will be buying more stuff anyway.
The end of my saga with ordering from LightInTheBox has now ended when the company gave me a full refund to my credit card and also refunded the cost of postage to return the items. I spent a lot of time on this dispute. My real wish is that the items purchased and returned by me had been of good quality, but they were not!

Goods partly received - contacted company immediately and they said that is all that was ordered even thought order form and payment invoice showed differently! Customer service is non existent - no matter what question you ask it's a standard response! They make it difficult to either resolve the problem or refund for non delivery of goods.
I would just keep well away - I have now contacted bank direct to withdraw payment as goods not received and the bank have a charge back right if you bought the goods on a credit card - you can get them to charge back goods not received.

They sent me a WRONG item, and on top of it it was BROKEN too! I sent it back to them 2 months ago, and since then I am fighting for refund. There are no any explanations, or debates on this issue, there is NO reason to delay with the refund, as it is entirely their fault!
2 months later they eventually refunded HALF of what I've paid. Since then I am trying to contact them via their ill "ticket system", but no response for the last 10 days!
They are scammers, who must be shut down.

I've now placed a few orders with LightInTheBox.com. I'd say the shopping experience is fun as there's a wide variety of things to order at seemingly fantastic prices. The shipping has been adequate - both the price and the timing. The issue that makes me dock them a couple of stars is 1) the inaccuracy in the sizing for the items I've received and 2) the inaccuracy in the description of the clothing's materials. Even when I've ordered a different style/color of the same item, as grouped together on their website, the fit and materials end up being completely different even though they're categorized and described in a manner that they should be the exact same. This is very frustrating as a consumer. With that said, I've been (so far) satisfied with their customer service after the purchase.
I waited for almost 3 months to receive the order, yet I suppose this had to do with the unfavourable conditions related to the pandemic, plus the Christmas period which is traditionally furious in terms of traffic.
Nevertheless, the staff was very soothing and suggested patience. At least the item I ordered was worth it!
I received my order 26 days after paying for it. It qas jf the lowest quality, almost sheer n not what was advertised. I would not advise anyone to purchase clothing from this site. I am surprised at the good reviews they have. I was also not able to post a review on their site.

I ordered some items from this seller, and chose PayPal to pay them. Although they'd got my payment, they didn't process my order but asked me to provide copies of my credit card and my ID card. This request was strange as none of other sellers who also got my payment via PayPal ever asked for. To be cautious, I didn't provide them my documents but asked them to cancel my order. They cancelled my order and refunded me my money.
I wonder if other consumers who bought their products provided them the documents as they requested? My opinion is that we can get scam very easily, so be careful... and why this guy wants more personal information AFTER he got the money? What is their purpose?
Don't order from them unless you read and study the size guide- I ordered 5 things and 3 didn't fit and returns are a huge ordeal and they try everything possible to get you to keep it and get no money back. I returned 3 things to China and had to pay postage and am still not sure if I'll get any money back. The return instructions are ridiculous. I'll stick to Wish (great return policy) and Shien (also great with returns). It's basically all the same stuff and quality - trust me, order from them.

I don't usually shop on line but I have found light in the box a very efficient way to find things at a very good price. The post speed is very acceptable. I like that you can read other buyers comments to check the quality of items and get advice on sizing.
I purchased 3 items; a Woman's Christmas top pullover sweatshirt but what I received is a very thin shirt with Christmas pictures. This is NOT a sweatshirt.
I also purchased a blouse; again it is very thin and definitely it does not look like in the picture.
The third item was described as a T-shirt dress but this is definitely NOT that. This one came smaller
Than described and expected and super thin material.
None of the items have any tags indicating what material they are made of, nor how to wash them... The usual tags that every item of cloth should have, these items don't have them. It looks like someone made them at home with very cheap material and poor craftmanship. It will cost me more to send them than what it is worth because I already had to pay for the shipment. HORRIBLE!
If you see the pictures you can clearly see the dress is not made of T-shirt material and it is TOO small. The Christmas one is also not sweatshirt material.

I was very excite about this watch initially but my excitement progressively faded as I waited for the delivery- 30+ days. After delivery I figured out that to utilize the ecg feature I had to have a smart phone or tablet to down load an app. After getting this problem resolved I started trying to use the various features and realized that the accuracy of this watch leaves a lot to be desired. The only feature on this watch that is accurate is the "time". The very poor instruction manual tells you that you may need to rerun a test several times for better accuracy results. The watch has a nice look to it but its usefulness is lacking. I wish I had done more research - my fault.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
