I purchased two pairs of shoes. The shoes took a bit longer to arrive but when they did it was really worth the wait. Very pretty shoes! Much prettier than the picture on the website. I tried different styles of heels and am very happy with my purchase. Will definitely purchase again.
I have ordered from Light in the Box 3 times, and I've never been disappointed. All three times I ordered formal dresses, and each time I was very pleased with the product, shipping, and customer service. The shipping was very fast and I could check on the progress of the shipment at any time. The dresses themselves each came exactly as expected, the material was quality, and the packaging was secure. I'd absolutely recommend this website to anyone, especially because of the affordability, range of sizes, and number of different formal dresses. And you get rewards from past orders. Absolutely disgraceful company, I brought 2 shawls for my wedding they were very poorly made, wanted to return the item's but they have refused under a phony policy of made to order, they clearly do not understand what made to order means as going onto the website choosing from sizes THEY provided and then hitting buy is not made to order. Feel very fobbed off they simply closed my request and that's supposed to be the end of it? How they can justify taking £50 off me for the crap that they provided is truly unbelievable and they refuse to acknowledge good customer service and to give someone a refund if they do not want the products

Ordered several T-shirts and used their US size tables and they sent me whatever sizes they wanted to... Got the wrong sizes and they will not fix the problem. They want me to send them back to China and pay for it even though it was their mistake... Which they are saying very silly things after many emails... They apparently do not understand US customer service and how to please the customers. Just trying to get out of doing anything. Wants me to take pictures of the size labels? I asked them how do they not know what they sent me, but I get double talk from them... Better find a better place to buy your t-shirts otherwise you will go through this same problem as myself.

I like the designs on most the guys clothing. I've ordered a few shirts from Light in the Box and have been satisfied but the sizes can be a little tricky. I always order the next size larger due to they tend to fit smaller then my regular size.

Shoes were too small. When I measured my foot I used the code given. I usually wear an 8. But two pair of shoes were way too small. I'd say they fit like a 7. Dress I ordered did not fit well. Jewelry was ok. Will return some items.

Here is your previous review on our site for reference: I was so afraid to order this dress... and I guess anything. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with a site like this, I order my wedding dress from them, without checking to see if they were legit... and I receive something horrifying. After I read all the reviews here, check them on Google, see the movie on YouTube... I wanted to take another chance... and boy am I happy I did it. This dress only had reviews but nobody posted the pictures... well here they are... I am a size 16 and I didn't know if it will work out fine in the end... but it did... I only have to make it a little shorter and I'm thinking if I should close the back or not... The material was exceptionally good, the small details were the same... it looks like a very expensive dress. I will buy more dresses from here... they are very good. Please take notice that I payed custom almost as much as I payed for my 2 dresses... but what can I do...

And they are good at proposing solution. I would give 5 stars to Lightinthebox if all the products had high quality but some suppliers did not provide good quality material.

Be very careful when buying from this company, I bought a hiking jacket from them I followed the measuring chart exact, the jacket is too small. They offered me a 20% discount to purchase another one, they know it will cost a lot of money to return anything to China so you will be stuck with whatever you buy, I paid $136.00 they suggest I sell it at a second hand store.

Purchased 3 bracelets 45 days ago. They never arrived, company sent me 3 emails with tracking numbers that were not valid and now tells me that I have to wait 25 days for a refund. I will believe it when I see it. Do NOT shop from this site!

I ordered wedding invitations from Light In the Box and they are exactly as represented on the website. The value and quality are good and they arrived sooner than anticipated.
Due to this experience I will now be happy to order dresses for my flower girls.
Perhaps an indication of the anticipated Import Duty for each country would be helpful

Still the order will take 1 month to get here!, I will never order anything from your site again! Will not recommend to any one! It seems the quality sucks so I'm glad I cancelled my order.

I received 3 items...i choosed XL as size 2 of them were fitting correctly but the third on is too large...
So not easy to buy online when you are not sure if it will fit... I don't know if i will take this chance anymore
I have used this site prior to the Pandemic without problems but this time I bought clothing and that was a disaster because the men's warm vest isn't the correct size based on their own size guide which means it is useless to my husband. I will say that the quality of the vest is very good though. Returning the item is not easy and apparently even though I bought from their size guide info it is my fault that it doesn't fit and the only way to get a refund is if I pay for return postage to China or I keep an item I can't use and accept a 20% credit on another purchase. All I can say is that when it comes to clothing do not trust the sizing that is given and buy local it is easier to return or exchange.

I bought 3 really cute women's tunic tops that I really like, and on these particular shirts, the measurements were correct. Their customer service is excellent. All representatives that I spoke with were extremely professional and pleasant, and they will work with you on any issues you have with your order.
This company is a typical China retailer. I bought 5 shirts and only halfway liked two of them. They were all made of cheap polyester. One of the items I bought was not the measurements shown on the site at all and another item I bought clearly showed the item in a cotton blend fabric, but as my pictures show, it was nothing like it looked on the website. Thank goodness all of the shirts were on sale! AND...if you want to actually return an item, you will be told this:
"If you want to return for a replacement for another size, you only need to cover the return postage, we'll pay for the reshipment shipping fee for you. For this solution, please check the size chart on the product page and reply to us here with which size you want, we'll send the return instruction to you later. For the return postage, our tailors/suppliers are willing to cover it if they made the product in the wrong size.So we need your cooperation to provide us with some photos to confirm the size issue, please reply to this ticket with the following information.

The clothes are poorly made using cheap material. They don't look like the photos on the website. There is an option to provide reviews on the website and you can upload photos, however it doesn't actually work. Your review won't be able to be posted if it's not positive.

I ordered 4 different items, all of them, the sizes are wrong, and the quality is the worse materials and finishes. Products are not worth a dollar $1. The stamp t-Shirts are like for Halloween! On top of that to return the items, they send you all offers possible to see if you keep the products and if you don't take any offer you have to pay for the return to China. Please stay away from this people. They just want to rip you off!
Additionally, when you try to write a review, you will see a sponsored ad with a 4.5 star review paid the lightinthebox themselves (see picture attached)

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
