I bought an item that's saying free 14 days return.
The size was too big so I requested an exchange but the CS said that I should keep the item as the cost of postage to China is expensive.(!?)
CS sent me the link of return policy and it says that the customers should pay for the postage fee, Liar! CS also gave me 3 options to choose from, but none of them were exchange option.
Do not use this dodgy company.
Photos on some items are minimal for good reason. Ordered what was advertised as a plaid flannel but ended up being some sort of puffy polyester/cotton button up shirt that was printed to look like a plaid flannel shirt. It looked more like a costume than something I could wear in public. Contacted the site and they only offered a partial refund and option to keep the item. Since I would never wear it I said I preferred a full refund and they wouldn't do it. So I was stuck with a partial refund and threw the embarrassing excuse for a shirt in the trash. Would not recommend doing business with this company. My fault for trusting a Chinese company that doesn't have to follow any sort of regulations

This is the worse company i have ever ordered from. DO NOT USE THEM! I ordered two drones for my children for Christmas. I ordered them early because of the busy holidays and they were coming from China. I never received one but I was refunded although I had to pay approx £20 custom charges which I did not get back. The other drone worked on boxing day and that was it the battery won't charge. I've contacted customer services and they have told me the they will not replace or refund so I'm approx £90 out of pocket with no drone.

Very nice thick material but fresh. Ideal for summer. I bought the blue one and the color is beautiful just as it appears on the web site. I bought size L which was supposed to be an US 8, but it is big for me, I could have sized down. It goes down to the ankle I am 1.72m, so not a midi dress.

This is the second order I've place with LightInTheBox. The first order was for 1 t-shirt and the second order is for 2 more t-shirts and it takes 4 weeks to receive the orders. The second order was placed on 4/3/2024 and I received an email that I should receive them 4/20/2024 to 4/26/2024. That's 4 weeks since the order was placed. It seems to me that's a long time to receive the order. I don't know where they're coming from and perhaps that's why.
The quality of the first shirt I ordered seems good. It was very comfortable and it looked just like the description's picture.

So far the return process has been good. I have to return the package to China, despite the parcel coming from their Canadian depot, but it is worth it for the amount that will be returned.
However, I gave it 3 stars because I am happy with the items I did end up keeping.
Bought shoes described as white leather. They arrived and are the cheapest cream plastic that I have ever smelled or seen! The size was really small... they wanted me to return them to Poland from England. No mention of repaying me the postage costs and they did not mention refunding the original postage costs. Absolutely disgusting that they can sell such junk and claim that they were worth £70...

I wish I could give this company 0 stars and a fraud rating but 1 is all I can do. It has been nearly 60 days since I placed order ************** and lightinthebox claimed it was shipped.It is almost 20 days since since the order status was updated on the lightinthebox site. I still do not have my order and customer service only advises me to wait longer. Email from lightinthebox tells me that inquires made after 60 days will be to late to track the package. The company took my payment quickly enough, but I am starting to believe this company is a fraud, taking orders but not delivering anything. From other reviews, this is happening to many people.

I bought a wig off this company a couple of weeks ago. There was a slight misunderstanding regarding the arrival time of the wig, but after speaking to Rebecca from the customer service team, she was incredibly helpful as to locating the parcel and making sure it did get to me on time.

This site ticks all the boxes for negative image of chinese sites - slow, expensive delivery, substandard goods when they finally arrive and an appalling returns policy which is punitively expensive.
I will never use LITB again and I advise everyone to avoid them.

This company does not accept returns. Falsely advertises easy returns. When a return is requested they use many excuses and arguments to deny the return and refund, all to their benefit. When the customer increases the complaint then they are willing to give partial refund or store credit. This company scams customers and has an argument for everything. Very good experience- the delivery time was excellent and the processing time is shorter then mentioned on the site. The clothes quality was worth the price (although i will have to wait to make sure that washing them doesn't alter them). All and all, surprisingly pleased with this website for the purchase of 6 sweaters. I have made a second order for couple of winter coats- waiting to see their quality and will post and update again.
I ordered a dress from Lightinthebox on 1/4/24. I received the order on 1/13/24. The dress does not fit and seems different from description. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service to no avail. This company makes it impossible to initiate a return.

Their products are great, but as a size 12 UK, I bought a bikini size XL which was a 38 by lightinthebox size chart. I reckon the bikini would fit a size 8 or tight size 10. To return it has to be posted back to China at buyer's cost (expensive!) despite it being posted from a UK address. Shame really. Would not buy again because of this. Stuck with a tiny bikini!

I have many times, I like the things I bought. They are made of good quality. The post is;;; well one does not know when to receive them! Once I had to wait 3 months for my order! Frankly it was to much! Now you are doing the postage very expensive! So if I see something I like and see that it is going to be to much! I do not buy. A pity really!.
During the holiday season I was kept well informed of the status of my orders and well compensated when a delay to the original delivery date could not be made. Products received overall is what I expected or were even better with what I was expecting. No problems, no issues and always available to contact for questions if and when they arise.
I do like it, there's some issues about getting the things I bought, in one it took long time for my things to arrive and in other time the "express sending" was "free" it arrived in few days but I had to pay some custom house taxes. Out of that everything is just great, they have nice things at nice prices though.
Bought a wallet style case for my iPhone XR that just didn't work for me. Tried to return it and was told the shipping back to them would be more than the cost of the item. Instead of an onsite credit for the full value of the item they offered me a $15.00 onsite credit or a $5.00 refund. This site sucks. Not sure why that surprises me since it's out of China.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
