Can NOT return items

I have spent many, many dollars on clothes and jewelry from this company and I was pleased with the quality and price of their products... Until my last $99 order. I ordered five dresses and none of them fit. Ordering the wrong size was my fault, but I expected to be able to return or exchange the dresses and buy others. Their instructions for returns are clear, but when I try to follow the instructions, they do not work.

I have no choice but to accept the loss of my money since I can't return them, but they will never get an order from me again. BEWARE!

Absolutely a waste of time, ordered two items of the same size, one fit, the other was no where
Near, the ‘company' blamed me for
Not being normal and wanted my measurements so that their ‘tailors' could check- oh really, against what?. Return process is diabolical, you pay to send it back to China and maybe you might get a refund for the goods and postage but only if they decide it was faulty to start with, would not trust this Mickey Mouse company if you want to receive decent customer service.

Return of Garments
April 15, 2023

I ordered five Polo type shirts from Lightin The Box costing me $104.28. When I received them all five shirts were undersized to United States standards. Upon review all of these garments were shipped from China. This was never disclosed during the shipping process. Had I known they were coming from China I would have never made the purchase. I have now applied to return all five shirts in their original packaging which was/is an in-depth process in itself. At this point I am informed that it will cost me 10 to 40 dollars to ship. I continue on with the process and receive an email from Lightin the Box saying that when they receive my garments back and if they pass their inspection Lightin the Box will refund me
$72.95 not $104.28 they owe me. I will lose $31.33 plus shipping cost of 40 dollars. Total loss of $71.33. Lightin the Box makes the return process so involved it makes me as a customer believe they do not want to help me or to even be bothered with my concerns.

If you have problems with this company, contact with customer services is done online through tickets. This is a stalling tactic in the hope that you will eventually get fed up and not bother. Avoid this site. They take your money, don't supply the goods and offer no support with no hope of ever getting a refund.

Placed an order May 12,2015, still have not received it, tried to contact customer service, email, cannot talk to a person, they have my money, If I ever do receive my order wonder what condition it will be in. So very disappointed. Will never order from this company again. Pays to read reviews. Cannot tract my order.

Scam company

I needed to return shirt. I ordered a small and it was too big. The return process was horrible. They only offered a partial refund. To send it back was going to be more than purchase.They would not help with shipping. They gave me $7 and I paid 38 total. Buyers beware, don't order from this company.

The dress is not as stunning as in the add. It has a different color- dull gray instead of shiny silver gray. The shape and material of the dress are not elegant, but rather drab. I was very disappointed and I would never order again. I don't know if I will ever wear this dress.

Bad customer services

I ordered two oversized t-shirts and they are very small, when requesting a refund and returning the products, they practically do not want to refund your money and you must pay the return when you already did so at the time of purchase, I do not recommend this page. There are others best and best customer service.

I received my order in 5 days. This was my second order for the same shoes but one size up. They are a bit wider than the smaller shoe, but the length is perfect. So even thought they are a bit loose fitting, they are comfortable. A half size up would've still hurt my toes. It is definitely not something you want to wear if you plan a lot of walking, at least not me. There is no arch support. But they are very cute and perfect for a little party where you'll be doing a lot of sitting. I love them. They are as pictured.

I received these shoes on February 2. They projected the delivery to be between February 1 and February 9, so it arrived quite early. The package was damaged pretty badly, but the shoes were in fine condition. The box was made of very thin cardboard and wasn't really even what you'd call a box, but it was in a plastic bag so no harm. The shoes are really cute, but I have to say that they do run a tad small. So maybe a half a size up might've fit me perfectly. The shipping charges are high, so I'm going to just see if I can stretch the shoes out a little bit. They fit perfectly except for the toe. The shoe is just a little too short. Or I might give away and just order another 1/2 a size up. I want to add that the workmanship is not the best, i.e., the trim around the bottom of the shoes are not evenly applied, but who is going to notice? The strap is one long lace with loose beads. They are really cute and are not uncomfortable at all, but I had to put knots in the lace to keep the beads from falling off the lace. A small inconvenience, but I just wanted to include that. They are more for looks and are not going to do anything to support your feet, your arches, etc. I don't think I'd go for long walks in them. But I like them enough not to return them. I also am relieved that this is a legitimate company. So many scams out there. I will probably order from them again. They picture is exactly what it looks like.

The quality of the stuff that you buy from light in the box it's lower than what you can even imagine. What you see in pictures is definitely not what you will be getting. Everything is super low quality so if you think you're getting a good deal with a five dollar discount you're not don't be fooled by these sales please do not purchase from here. You you will regret it.

I just ordered a dress for a wedding next month. This is the first time ordering from them. I love the dress and it is something I could afford. When I received my PayPal receipt it stated that shipping was not included. The dress was $27.99, a $3 coupon and with shipping, custom tax etc, it came to $37.37. I assume since I paid a shipping fee there will be no additional shipping fees. Also after reading reviews I am very nervous about fit. I measured according to their size chart. As tracking shows it was sent a day after ordering, I cant see it being a custom fit. My fingers are crossed as this site as beautiful clothes.

Better than I thought!

Ordering was easy. Prices were great! I ask them a question and they responded immediately. I ordered 3X Hawaiian shirts, then reordered in 5X, as the 3X did not fit. I am 6'3", and my weight varies from 230-315lbs, so I am keeping both orders. The colors are fantastic and the quality seems really good, so I'm very happy with that. It takes about 3 weeks for delivery.

Good fit, good value, many compliments!

I have ordered several shirts from this site and they have all been good quality for the price. I was a bit disappointed with the sleeve "patches" on this particular shirt, as they don't cover the elbow area as shown, that's why it's not rated as a 5 star. Regardless, I have received several compliments on the appearance of this particular shirt, so much so that I will be ordering another one that's similar and also one for my father for his birthday. I was also skeptical on ordering a medium, as I always wear a large, but I took the advice of the countless online reviews stating that they run true to size(based off of the sizing chart) and they were right, it's a good fit, thank you.

Managed to get my refund by calling their customer service helpline number, i ordered 2 XL tops; they are so small that will not fit a normal 9-year-old. Now to try figure out the policy to return and get a refund I searched for the customer service number and finally found one in google about their customer service number which is +1 919/725/7706 after calling that number one of their representative answered the call, he guided me some steps and after waiting for 20 mins I got my refund.at first I thought whether they will really help me or it's a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them

So far I would say it was average. Not above or below. I've ordered from there before. Both times it was ballroom heels. The 1st time I was super cheap and decided to do the super savers shipping(10-20 business days) I think it may have taken close to 2 months to get to me. They were in good shape and worked out really well.
Last week I ordered another pair did expedient shipping (3-5 business days) I ordered them last Sunday. They got to me last Wednesday. The shoes cost 19.19. Total cost was 33.44
It worked for me.
