I ordered sine sports clothing according to their size guide. What arrived was the equivalent of an XXLor larger size instead of a medium size. Also the material was cheap and not well constructed. Notcreally suitable for exercise clothing. I tried to return it fir refund but got nowhere. Lost 200$ +. Will never order from them again.

The last step in my review was to update information on refund $43.86 from Megha 12/29/23. This case is closed. All went very well with addressing the 2 concerns. I also added photos of both tops, however I do not see them here.

2311272376502103 Ord#.As soon as I opened the plastic bag. The smell was very strong. I loved the sweater, however the smell was intense. The sweater clearly smells like mildew. Several gentle washes / low heat / fabric softener & cold car for 3 days has helped a little. Sweater is pretty but smells bad.
Another sweater is too thin, does not look like the online photo. How do we resolve these 2 concerns?

I ordered a silver paisley long sleeve dress shirt as pictured on the website. What I was given was something completely different. I asked for a refund but was offered a discount on another item on their website. Why would I want to order another item when I did not get what I wanted the first time. Its been weeks since I requested a refund and I have not heard from this company as of this date. I have attached photos of the shirt advertised and what was sent to me. Completely wrong color, no shine in the shirt and the buttons are also different.

I ordered items one week ago and it still has not shipped. I planned on using the items for vacation. I ordered from another company the same day, and those items are arriving Wednesday. So I will get my other order delivered before Light in the Box even ships. They make excuse after excuse. They even said my cell phone number was not correct and delaying the order which is complete BS to cover their errors. The products look nice, but the customer service is AS BAD AS IT GETS. If you run into problems like mine, whereby it is going on 8 days and still being processed, I can assure you nothing will be resolved They have not upgraded to a faster shipping, no discount, but only going in circles. It's not September 3rd and expected to get my things in the next few days and they sent me a message 3 x already stating it will be shipped in 48 hours, that elapsed each time and each time they make a new excuse..

I contacted customer service and the way to contact them is super shady. But now they are saying i can't return the dress. So now i'm out 140.00 and i still need to find a new dress. Got a demon slayer hoodie for my 9 year old daughter for about $35. I ordered it two sizes bigger knowing they run small. When I got it, it was so small it prob would fit a five year old. I tried to return it since it said it had a "100% return policy." So I get an email saying " "we have closed all our return locations in the United States, so u need to return to China, which is cost prohibited. So we can give u 10% rebate and u can keep it." Thanks for nothing. Con artists.

Not happy.
Items took too long to arrive (were a birthday present) ordered early September still were not here for 21st October. Ordered 4 pairs only 3 pairs arrived.
Still waiting so I can return all shoes.
Been getting the run around.
I do not recommend this company at all. The order below is only for the pair I am still waiting for. But I wanted a return form from them and return codes for shoes which they keep ignoring me for.

I am always skeptical of any Chinese website selling very low-cost products. This site has so far been the exception. They have very hard-to-find products that are unique, inexpensive, yet good quality. You rarely get all three and even more rare - GOOD QUALITY. Highly recommend this site.
Possibly ordering too many items at once is not the best way to order. The order was split, one item that arrived was nothing like I ordered. Another item was way too small, more size for a child but the picture showed adult. The other three items, out of nine, were excellent. I am STILL waiting for the rest of the order to arrive; four more items.
I am not convinced that ordering through this platform is beneficial, more of a gamble.
I ordered my package in January and they said I'll get it in March. It's April and I still haven't received it. They keep sending me coupons as if I'll buy from them again! Basically, buy from this company at your own risk.

I ordered a mother of the bride dress. It was advertised as a light champagne coloured dress, it's actually a deep gold colour. The material is cheap had threads hanging all over it. The returns processes is disgusting they decide if they will accept it as a return and I have been advised it can't be returned for this reason. Never have I experienced an online shop with this returns procedure. They state its "made to order" never once did I give my bust and waist size I simply ordered a size 14. If it was made to order I would of requested it to be shorter as this is what I would require. Terrible lengthy returns process absolutely AVOID! Absolute waste of money! Had I had been aware they do not accept returns and how difficult the process is I would have never of bought from here.

I made 2 orders on this site: one coat and 2 T-shirts. One was delivered in about 2 weeks, another about 4 weeks.
Both is VERY SMALL!
I ordered XL but actually they are S (Small)!.
I knew that Chinese trying to save money on everything, but did not expect that they save so march!
These orders cost me $26 each. I returned a coat, which costs me about $12, and absolutely do not know what to do with the second one! May be somebody need for the child? :)

Super bad quality, don't trap into this website and pics, they won't refund you even if you purchase refund items, if you ask they will explain you nicely expanses of shipping etc, adding pics of their email which they are sending to client explaining unnecessary charges on you,

An excellent site for flashlight, batteries, chargers and other stuff.
I made my first purchase there over a year ago. It was around Chinese New Year and the shipment was slower than usual. I opened a dispute and was immediately offered to chose between a full refund and a replacement shipment. I chose the latter. A few days after the second shipment was sent, the original shipment arrived. When I asked how to return the second one, I was told to keep it.
Granted, the cost of the purchase was not very high, this being my first order from this site an all, this gesture made me a sworn customer.:)
Since then, I buy all my flashlights and batteries from there, even if I find them a few cents cheaper by other retailers.:)

The clothes are very cheaply made. I just received a dress I ordered. It is nothing like the picture. The fabric is different and very cheap. I have tried going on their site to find out how to return my item. The site is very complicated and does not respond. Also, they do not send a return label, so you have to pay yourself.
I will never purchase from them again.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach customer service or file a return ticket on their site. There isn't even a phone number! My dress didn't fit and no one got back to my email for help. You only have 7 days to return and have to pay shipping, not that I was able to anyway. Also, it was also nothing like the website picture. It looked so cheap! I have never had a worse online ordering experience. This company is NOT LEGITIMATE!

This dress is excellent. It fits perfectly. I am very pleased with the quality of the fabric and impressed with the high standard of workmanship. It only took a couple of weeks which was much quicker than I expected. I would recommend Light in the Box to all my friends! Thank you so much.
I purchased a white linen dress from LightintheBox which I paid $34.27 after mailing costs. It arrived after I had left on vacation, so when I returned and found that the dress was too short, too tight, and made of very poor quality 'linen', I contacted the company to return it. They said 'too late', but you can have a credit (mailing it back to China would have cost from $10 to $20). I ended up with a credit of $.84, and a dress that will be donated to the local charity. I will never buy from them again. Clearly, they do not want your return, regardless of the reason.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
