The order came well within the time frame I was given. The clothes were just what I ordered albeit a bit small but will still work. They certainly are warm for cold winters, which is mainly what I wanted.

Love this site!

Love this site! It has everything you could possibly need with quality and great price. The suggested delivery time has always been on point. I was able to buy some really nice gifts for friend without breaking my wallet. As for looking for that special dress for special occasion, this is the site. You can always find something really nice that you know everyone else does not have in their closet. I could not do without this site.

We ordered a set of cycling jersey. Shipping was really late but the customer service supervisor stepped up to fix my issue. Promising site but you have to be willing to wait for a while before the shipment arrives.

I ordered 3 medium shirt and they apparently sent extra small for they lacked 8 inches fitting. Asked for a refund and they said only "an exchange", but it would cost me more to send them back to China than the shirts cost, so I should just give them away to someone and take the loss". This is sadly true and if you doubt it, I have their email stating the same. I protested to my credit card company today and they are processing a refund to me. After my experience and dealing with this China Company, I seriously doubt that all of their positive reviews are real. Truly the worst company service I have ever seen.

Better than expected
November 28, 2023

All items were received in good condition and in good delays for Chinese products. I really enjoyed the fake candles that really look like they are lit with a real flame, without the fear of fire. The remote control works perfectly. I bought 7 packages and intend to buy more for myself and for gifts.

Poor customer service

I ordered some clothes for my kids. I paid express shipped 3-5 days for 33 dollar. I can't track my orders. There is no where to contact. I won't recommend this online shopping anyone. Keep your money somewhere else.

I ordered two dresses from this site early may. It was supposed to be delivery within 2 weeks, i was informed that one the dresses had been cancelled, no explanation. But a Full refund.
The second dress just arrived, over 4 weeks after it was ordered. The quality of the dress was atrocious, cheap polyester silky material and looks like a sack. Not at all like the pictures on the site. I would NEVER order anything from this site again.

Perfect

Item looks even prettier than pictured. The dress is beautiful and well stitched. Sizing runs a little small even with measurements. Overall a wonderful dress for much less than you would pay in stores. Shipping was quick and easy.

Worst

Damaged goods. For refund must ship back to China which is more than the value of the item. Received less than full refund after posting on Sitejabber.com. Now they want me to give them more stars? Forget about it.

Quality Merchandise

Their merchandise is terrific. The clothes are perfect. However, the return policy is where I find a problem.I have ordered several times and was happy with almost everything. But if something doesn't fit…. That is where the problem lies.

Half of the items were faulty. You get charged extra tax from delivery company. Customer service is terrible. Don't expect any refund.
Avoid light in the box and mini in the box unless you want to be ripped off.

Warning! Do not buy products here! The company is not serious. We bought a lamp that was broken when it arrived. We have now for 4 months tried to return it or get a new. Yesterday they promised us to get a new lamp, instead we receive two screws!

I ordered some bridesmaids gifts it took them 15 days to contact me because the personalization is too long (even though it doesn't say anything on the website about the size limit.) I change the personalization (which can only be 10 characters) and then they contact me days later and tell me that item cannot even be personalized! So I tell them to send it without the personalization and now they a out of stock on that item. At this point I want nothing more to do with them but they send my second item. Gets here quick except that customs will not allow the product into Canada. I try to contact them by phone there is no phone number, took me 20 mins to figure out how to contact them. Waiting on the response but I'm pretty sure they are not going to give me a refund and say that I need to pay for shipping for the return which is more then I paid for the item itself.

This company is absolute garbage. Do not buy from this site. Definitely don't pay for expedited shipping. It took over three weeks to receive what I ordered, way too late for what I wanted it for. Customer care doesn't care at all and it's impossible to get a refund.

My wife bought an off-the-shelf dress Made in India and sold by lighting the Box. It did not match the picture and the size was incredibly off. You cannot contact them. You cannot return anything because they say that all dresses are TaylorMade. This is not a true statement. She has purchased other things in the past and been fairly satisfied with the last two dresses she was unable to speak with anyone or return them. Because they claim that every dress and piece of clothing is TaylorMade they do not offer a refund. What a rip off. Stay away from this company.

Following my very critical review Chloe opened a new ticket and was responsive and helpful. I can't give more than 2 stars because the issues I encountered with the site and the process are the same and you need commitment and patience to get a refund, not to mention returning the items and initially covering the cost of tracked postage. My advice would be to screen shot all conversations and take photographs of everything. Once you find the ticket icon make sure you respond only on one ticket. The initial responses when you first try and return are automated, it was only after my review on here that I was contacted by a person! However to be fair, they have refunded the cost of my dress and the £24 return postage, and it would appear that people who don't need to return items seem happy with their purchases.

I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding. Shipping took awhile but that was ok. The dress arrived and despite looking at the sizing chart before ordering the size I received was way too small and most definitely not equivalent to a UK size 12. The material is cheap and nothing about the item is as described. Within 10 minutes of trying the dress I was on the website trying to organise a refund. They clearly don't want people to find this information as it's a torturous process and even having found it I then needed to download the app. You then have to request a customer service rep to assess your refund. BUT if you put as I did the primary reason as the item not fitting I was then told the dress was custom made and non refundable. I was offered a 20% credit for a site I would never ever use again in a million years. This whole set up is seriously suspect, they don't appear to adhere to any consumer rights laws and for anyone thinking of taking a chance on them DON'T DO IT. I'm over £130 out of pocket. Dreadful.
