Do not believe the positive reviews, probably written by the company. They hold your funds for at least 11 days before they even tell you they are "processing". Then a few days later after complaints, they say they shipped, and give a fake tracking #. Complain again, a week later another BS response that they shipped with another fake tracking number. Worst company ever. What company keeps lying and issues you fake tracking numbers multiple times? Bottom line: I never received my item. I would NEVER recommend them. What good is a good buy if you never receive and spend hours writing them
Didn't realise these items would be coming from CHINA. Obviously arrived too late for my holiday!
Upon opening package on my return home I was absolutely disgusted! The two dresses were immediately thrown into the rubbish bin... the cheap flimsy fabric was not even good enough to be used as dusters and I did not think they were even worth my time and money paying to return all the way to China with the very high possibility that I would not get any of my money back (as read in reviews since I ordered). I will NEVER use this company again and will obviously spread the word!

I ordered jewelry sets for the girls in my daughter sweet 15. They were perfect. I got a little nervous because the shipping carrier did not update status of my order. But i did arrive on time and was exactly what i wanted
I was impressed by the summery pastel colors and styles. Purchased pant and blouse set, light blue pants and floral top to match. Well the pants are perfect fit but the blouse was too tight in the bust. I wore the pants to a luncheon where we were seated for two hours and my linen pants were not wrinkled. So I will order my items separately in the future and definitely will order another pair of pants. Really amazed with the pricing. Yes I recommend this site.
Do not order from this company. I ordered 2 pant suits and they didn't fit. When I tried to return they said they were hand made and non refundable. They quality is poor and I am out $365 for items I would never wear.

Some of the item were great. Pricing are good as well. One needs to be extremity sure to purchase what they need. Return is next to impossible. Few items had sizing and quality issue. Few emails back and forth, they want you to keep the product and they will give you two option to choose from for reward.
Item ordered on 4/9/20 to be delivered in 4-6 days finally arrived on May 28,20 after delay was reported to the Vendor, PayPal, and U.S. Postal Service. Seems no one could find the much needed tracking number, but could find the Order Number. This company insisted they shipped item to US so they were out of process of final delivery! Lesson learned - the first time -not to use this company

The so-called coat (duster) I ordered (in two sizes) was not as depicted. It was a cheap fabric that was ridiculously large. Going on to the Website for return info, you had to hit five stars & would be refunded 30% to 50% if you spent more than $100. My purchase was $80. Then after following every detail for a full refund, USPS (the only mode of accepted return) was charging $210. I'm keeping these to wear as house robes or matching Halloween costumes. BUYER BEWARE!

I have been very happy with my orders from Light in the Box. Everything I have ordered is made from quality materials. I had one item that was damaged. I notified them through Customer Support. Their response was almost immediate and they took care of the problem within a couple of days. That is very important to me.
Very disappointed. Clothes for small women and very bad customer service. Difficulty to use credit card but no help from customer services. Everything made difficult to be able to get refund on website not clear

This is the fourth time I've ordered from Light in the Box. Their shirts are so light and comfortable especially when you're out in the sun I live in the desert so it really helps to Wick away the sweat. Their sizing are a little different always order one size little bit larger than what you normally wear
Shopping in similar stores I have been doing for years and always try to judge fairly. And I have to admit that I am very happy with the purchase. What distinguishes this shop from others is the site itself - It is very comfortable, legible and extremely fast in operation. Prices are low and a huge selection of products. Just rec'd my "sweatshirt". For a ridiculous $40, they sent a THIN polyester material that could only make me sweat if it was 90° outside. The sewing was good and the design good. It's just not a sweatshirt.

I am extremely worried. This was my first time purchasing from this company. It was to be my Christmas gift to myself. My order - 6 items - was just above $200. There does not seem to be a quick return process. I communicated my refund request on the day of receiving the order. I submitted a refund ticket request for each item individually. Each ticket included a picture of the items - still intact. No refund ticket has been issued. I cannot afford to give them $200 dollars for nothing that I can use. I am anxiously awaiting for this return process to be finalized.

My girl is from Minnesota and knows cold weather. She is the one who bought me to LightinTheBox and suggested the coat I purchased.
I am now prepared for another February like we had two years ago in Texas.
I ordered several items from this store. Three of the items did not fit and did not look like the photos on the website. Although the website indicates free "7 day return" policy, do not believe this. They first tried to keep me from returning the items until I pointed out their policy on the website. I then returned the items exactly as they told me and after several months, just got the package returned to me saying it was "Refused." Not only did I not get a refund, I also am out the high cost of shipping the package to return the times. I will never buy from this company again and strongly suggest not doing business with them.

I received regular correspondence about the progress of my order, it arrived in the time frame expected. Out of the 5 items I ordered only 2 of them fit 2 items were too small and 1 item was too big. The company was easy to deal with as far as my returns, however they basically prefer to have you keep the items and get a 60% refund. Seems like it will be a hassle to actually return the items and get a full refund. This makes me wonder if this is a regular money-making pattern for them? At any rate I took the 60% which was promptly made available to me to use within 3 months. I have not used it yet, but wonder if my replacement items will then be too large/ small and go through the same process where I lose out on my refund?

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
