I have bought quite a few items from this company and have found everything I have bought from them is extremely good value for money. Any complaints I have had have been dealt with immediately by extremely helpful supervising staff to my full satisfaction. At the beginning I found that, if using their free shipping, the items took quite a bit longer than specified, so I now use their expedited shipping, which guarantees tracking and delivery in under a week, so it is well worth the very reasonable amount spend, to avoid having to chase any orders that may be longer in arriving. Any refund was done immediately when providing photographic evidence of any breakages or damage in transit, like happened with the earpin on one earring which had been broken off or a pair of very cheap boots which turned out to be exactly that, but I got my money back plus postage immediately, plus a coupon for my troubles - so cannot complain. I had of course to provide photographic evidence which proved my point, and they were so polite and apologetic that it's been an absolute pleasure doing business with them. So far I have bought jewellery Excellent smart phone excellent, bedside table lamps, excellent, bracelet watches, doggy harnesses and car safe belts, excellent, kitchen utensils, good, personal care, great,... and the prices were on the whole fantastic.
Clothing - they do have guidelines as to measurements, I have not ventured into buying any clothing yet.
So all in all it has been so far a great shopping experience. I will continue to buy from them and from MiniInTheBox, their partner company. And of course thanks to PayPal for an excellent service.

Ordered ZOOYOO® Removable monkey on the tree Wall Stickers Hot Selling Wall Decals For Home Decor on 4th October 2014 but never received the product. I have written multiple emails asking about the status of my order but I guess its the worst customer care I have ever come across which does not bother to read the complaint. Same response every single time. Have even dropped multiple emails on *******@lightinthebox.com but no reply. Live chat is not available even at the time they have mentioned. Basically its a website which first pockets your money and then vanishes.
While posting a comment / feedback for their customer service they make sure none of real comments that tells the true picture ever make it to their wall for the world to see.

I ordered wedding invitations from Light In the Box and they are exactly as represented on the website. The value and quality are good and they arrived sooner than anticipated.
Due to this experience I will now be happy to order dresses for my flower girls.
Perhaps an indication of the anticipated Import Duty for each country would be helpful
I still have not received my order although they say it will be delivered today, but I have received a call just today telling me that I need to pay an additional $57.58 for customs and taxes. I had assumed that these were taken care of at time of processing, that it should have been included in my overall charges. I don't know if I will be ordering from this company again, unless the quality is superb!
**Update... so disappointed with the product. The squares in the duvet cover do not cover the whole duvet as seen in the picture, would that be considered false advertising? The materiel seems to be fine, but the design is not what I thought it was going to be. This duvet set cost me over $240 Canadian, and is so not worth it!
***Update #2... heard back from the company and they are willing to refund some of my money due to the fact that I was so disappointed and they are willing to refund 50% of the additional charges! If they do this, I would be willing to redo this review of this company!
***Update #3 they have indeed refunded what they said they were willing to and in a very timely manner. Their costumer services does seem to be superb, just wish they would update their picture with a more accurate one.

I ordered a 3D bed set from this site and in the picture it showed an image perfectly centered in the middle of each pillow case. The pillow cases i received were not like this at all one didnt have any image at all and the other had half a cut-off image like they just grabbed scrap material and sewed it together despite how the pattern looked. I'm very disappointed as i was planning on purchasing many sets.

Items came a bit late but it was perfectly fine because it was shipped internationally. I will continue using the site and recommend it to friends and family.

I had previously issues with an item but they took care of it immediately without me even having to ask... I appreciate the attentiveness.
I ordered several "Bolero jackets" to go accompany my wedding / evening dress. I was unsure what colour or material would suit them hence I ordered 12.
To my horror I had to pay import tax of over £70.00 as they came from Hong Kong.
All of the sizes were wrong, the arms of the jackets were so narrow they only suited a child.
The materials was very poor quality. I COULD NOT USE ANY OF THE BOLERO JACKETS AND COULD NOT RETURN THEM.
Please please any-one out there dont get stung as I did, DO NOT ORDER ANY CLOTHES FROM "LIGHTINTHEBOX".
Their web site is fantastic but clothes poor quality and not the correct sizing thats why they are cheap(apart from the ensuing import tax).

I bought a Women's Medium Parka Winter jacket. I was very pleased with the product-- it was very cozy and warm and was great for a commuter like me. The fur keeps the jacket well insulated and is perfect for Chicago winter weather.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
