This is my second review, and it is as honest as it can get:
Wanted to start with quality: I've ordered a mother-of-the-bride dress. The dress was awesome, in the poctures as it was in reality.
Size: you have to be reaaly careful with that. Look at the measurements provided by the site: if it says it is a 10, well, you are getting a 10. Do not order a bigger size. Communicate with Customer Service during the transaction.
Return: I received a bigger size (in fact, the size that I've ordered)that, despite of the beuty of the dress, looked terrible on me (again, the dress itself was BEAUTYFUL and with good quality!) However, with a few emails exchanges, Customer Service took care of the return.
Shippment is OUTSTANDING! Received the dress in less than two weekes, I was able to thoroughly track the package(sent thru DHL).
Overall, I recommend doing business with LightInTheBox, but you need to know what to order upfront, to avoid all the inconveniences.

J'ai commandé une robe de demoiselle d'honneur, sur mesure: très bonne qualité mais malgré les dimensions fournies, la robe était trop grande, j'ai du refaire retoucher.

As a result of the review, a ticket was created and the customer service unit quickly responded to resolve the issue. I was completely satisfied with the way they handled the issue and the quick response from them.

Ordered a black dress in 2 sizes, didn't like them, contacted to get a return shipping label. They told me they were custom made for me (not true) so they could not take them back. I have "contacted the supervisor" so we will see if they can figure out how to read. Until then, I would not recommend this site to anyone. Ever.
La página tiene cosas muy bonitas, por lo que me anime a comprar, es mi primera compra y todo los artículos de mi pedido fueron como me los imagine, no tardo mi pedido. En aduana se retuvo mi paquete debido a los aranceles de mi país (México), pero ya sabia que al enviarlo por DHL es normal ese pago de impuestos. En general una buena experiencia que ya me anime hacer otro pedido, y espero seguir comprando en un futuro.
This package was just as expected, and the parts fit my GoPro Hero as though they were made by GoPro themselves. The tripod was a bit smaller than I thought, however that will just allow it to fit in smaller places. The clips are very strong and should hold through any jostling around. The head and body gear seem very good as well, however I haven't tried them on yet.
So in a nutshell, this is a good package for the money, especially if you don't have any GoPro mounts to work with, which I didn't.
Since I met this site, lightinthebox, I learned to trust in global online shopping, and I could appreciate its advantages: excellent quality products, prices are among the lowest, guarantee on shipping, on customs, on the product... seriously by the staff that puts the customer at the center, fulfilling every need in the shortest time possible.

The shipping projection date says 7 - 10 business days. When I did not receive my package after 3 weeks, they said that the items were shipped from China and to wait until 2 or 3 more weeks. Now, after 6 weeks, I have still not received my order.
Further, it's almost impossible to find the link to contact customer service. There is no phone number or email address. It's completely website-based with circular links. They discourage communication and completely lack customer service.
I have requested a refund and I'm considering filing a claim of fraud against them. We'll see how long this takes... if ever.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
