Beware! Product was poor so intended to return. At your own cost from UK to Dongguan, China postage is near £17. Item was less than that to buy. Very Unhappy - feel conned. This is where internet shopping will fall over.
They have a great selection of products for a really cheap price. Some of the items are good quality others not so good. You need to allow at least 2 weeks for delivery. I order from them all the time over Amazon and Walmart.
You know how difficult it is to go from store to store burning time and energy. Well kick back and relax. You found the sight to enjoy shopping once again. If your purchasing clothes it is a little tricky to figure size at first. Some of the material may say micro-elastic when ordering and not be stretchy. Also don't look for labels on the garments. All of my dresses were of quality material and stitching. If a few of your garments don't fit, rather than pay shipping back, just take a rewards option and then average cost. You still have a bargain.
Got a jacket that was a tad too small. Their return process asks you to measure each dimension of the item received and submit a photograph clearly showing the measuring tape. Really? Just send me the next size up, ffs!

Do not buy from this site! The material is complete crap! The customer service is terrible! I bought 151.00 dollars worth of items from them. After days of going back and fourth with them. They came back saying sorry ticket was closed out. Finally someone contacted me saying they'll give me a 105.00 back but I have to pay for shipping! Complete bull$#*!! I'm still demanding a complete refund. Never again will I order from this company and hopefully this helps any of you. Not trustworthy what so ever!

I had ordered a couple joggers/pants.
I selected 4-7 day shipping & it took more than 3 weeks to get here. I ordered black and dark grey pants & I got brown and black pants. Sizes are definitely different from wherever it's being shipped.

I wish I had read some of the reviews before ordering because if I had known how difficult they make it for you to return items I never would have ordered. Also not good quality.
I ordered three sweaters that were too big even though I ordered small. I keep getting the run-around and they tell me it will cost a lot for me to return to China and they offer me a very small discount of 10% if I will keep the items. Of course there is no phone number for Customer Service and trying to get a refund seems

Although I had a concern about this watch when delivered, Light in the Box satisfied my concern very quickly. The watch is sturdy, well-made and has amazing features. After playing around with the various controls for only a few minutes I found it simple to pair with my phone for making/receiving calls. The app was also easy to download and understand. I personally did not like the rubber strap, so ordered a leather replacement. Several of my friends are impressed and tell me they plan to purchase this watch.
I saw the Christmas men's shirts and was instantly excited. I'd never seen that selection or the designs etc. gave a whole new interest level in Christmas clothes. I followed the measurement guide. Made one order just to try it out. Got my shirt a little better than stated for delivery time and it fit as per the size guide.
I love the unique line of designs.
I then ordered more. Waiting for them now. Excited to show them off.
I am very satisfied with the store itself, what I ordered arrived in plenty of time. I had a small problem with the application, but when I indicated it, they quickly provided help and gave me tips on how to solve it. Since then, the app has been working again. I wish for further successful cooperation.
I wasnt expecting the best quality, but all the t-shirts Ive purchased were very good and even soft, pleasantly surprised! However when buying clothes from China, its always best to go up 2-3 sizes, which I did and they fit perfectly. However the shipping is where you get screwed, the 5 items I purchased, all came in one bag but you are charged shipping and handling 9n every single item.so it's a good thing the merchandise has a cheap price because shipping will cost you more, in most cases. My items total came $32 but with shipping $55

The company seems to be a shambles. You cant rely on them.
I ordered a fishing rod to take with me to needy people in the Carribean. I had lots of lead-time.
They gave a delivery date undertaking, then as soon as was shipped said OOPS, "we dont have delivery capacity". Then they reveal its sent by USPS snail mail. Then their tracking tool goes off line. And now I cant find any way to contact them. And it's too late now to take the rod.
Seems an unreliable company. Bad attitude towards customer. False promises.

Very poor service. Stay away. Had to chase on several occasions as the why my item was dispatched considering i paid an extra fee for insurance and delivery. On top of this, I was charge more VAT & Duty then my sister who had ordered the same handset@ a higher price. Mine cost lower yet a paid more in fee than she did. How does that work. I even paid for duty insurance. STAY AWAY from Light in the box save your time and money and order elsewhere. I believe "Gearbest" is associated with Light In the Box, stay away from these Chinese companies that offer extremely poor customer service.

After 4 months I have not received my goods - and they will not give me my money back. An experience many others in this thread have had. Lightinthebox are stunningly indifferent no matter how much you turn to their customer service (By the way, count on one (!) answer every 24 hours - they love to exhaust you). They will not refund my money as they claim they have not received the package returned, which they have never sent. It's pure peasantry. Stay away! There are so many good companies that are better and cheaper, that you can trust Ligthinthebox is NOT one of them.

I ordered a men's shirt from them, because based on the picture on their website it was a pin collar shirt with contrasting white collar and cuffs. I think it was supposed to be all cotton as well. In any case, the shirt I got had a shorter collar with no pins, so it was not the shirt pictured. And I'm pretty sure it's no better than a cotton blend. It's not a horrible, cheap shirt, but it's not the shirt they advertised, and I thought I was paying for and getting. However, since I initially wrote this review, customer service contacted me quickly, and offered a full refund. So I can say the company does have excellent customer service and will do their best to satisfy their customers. I therefore changed my star rating from the original 2 stars to four. They still need to improve their marketing so that what you see and what they say are what you actually get.

Years are now buying on LightInTheBox. I've always been satisfied. The products are always up to expectations, quality, and if there are problems, I always received prompt and courteous service. Much appreciated, they are also rewards, in credits, which allow discounts, free shipping and gifts for loyal customers. A pleasant surprise were the electronic and computer products. High level. In clothing, you have to be very careful about the sizes. However, a great site.
Looks nothing like the picture online. The fit is horrible. I have started a return but I imagine they will give me a hard time.
Update - good customer service. They did offer me a full refund other then the insurance. Hoping my next order is better quality.

The quality of the product wasnt good. Then they made the return process impossible. Wanted pictures, measurements, and answered slowly to stretch out the process. When they finally agreed, they only gave us option to return to their warehouse in China at our expense with tracking, a $70 cost. We reversed charges on card instead. I'll return if you give me a label to return or a US address. Policy obviously designed so they can discourage people from returning.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
