Not only do the costumes not fit as advertised, but even you were to buy a product and leave it untampered you still can't return it because of the "customer's reason" which is left ambiguous to their advantage to refuse arguably any return for any reason. Stay 100,000 miles away from this company and then some. Save your money, use it elsewhere. My options were return to China at my cost- only if return acceptable to them, keep it for a 20% credit or keep it for a10% refund. None of these options are reasonable. Look, its simple, you will pay less but you have a 50/50 chance of ever getting your product. In my experience, it has been over a month and nothing. Their customer service team stopped communicating with me 15 days ago. They buy a lot of 5 star rating, so good luck.

I purchased a pair of boots from them. The boots pictured were a designer boot which I thought was on clearance due to the low price. When the boots arrived, they were clearly knock-offs, and not even good ones. When I went back to my order, I saw that the photos in the item description had been altered - photoshopped right on to the originals - to make it look like the error was mine. But you can see in the thumbnail for the item, the ORIGINAL PHOTO OF THE DESIGNER BOOTS was overlooked and is still there. I messaged them repeatedly, explaining my ample evidence of their bait-and-switch, and insisting on a full refund. Apart from the automated, pre-worded responses which do not address my situation at all, THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. And since they are in China, I have no legal recourse. THINK TWICE before purchasing from this company!
The dress I ordered looks nothing like the one on the website. It's cheap and poorly made and the colors don't match. Don't order from here... look at the picture of what I got versus what I ordered! It's really no STARS.

I have been so happy both for the service and the delivery
Ordered a pair if dance shoes on clearance. They are the wrong color. They are marked a size 10 but are actually an 11. If I send them back, will have to pay shipping. With the original shipping price that will be more than I paid for the shoes. Think it is wrong to pay for their mistake, and would never reccomend them.the shoes are supposed to be black/ gold.

On the whole it was a good service, the translation was close enough to make me miss the fact that the product will be sent from China and therefore a prolonged delivery. You should either change the time frames for delivery, or just mention that you have no control over it. Should I wanted to buy a gift for someone else, the difference in delivery times might have caused unpleasantness..

I would not recommend ordering from this site. They seem to offer a wide variety of products, but their descriptions and sizing charts are all off. When I reached out to customer service about the sizing chart, the admitted that they use a universal sizing chart and not all sizes will be accurate in every country. However when I attempted to return the items for incorrect sizing, I was told the items only qualified for a refund amount that was a fraction of what I originally paid. I would not recommend this site unless you want poorly made apparel that doesn't fit and is not ever eligible for return.

Purchased on 10-4 costumes for Halloween and paid for expedited shipping. Counted 14 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping. Arrived AFTER 10/31. I never even opened the package since there was no point. I requested a refund but they keep giving me the run swings saying their warehouse is in China and the cost to ship it back will be half or more than half of the product. Their offer is 10% refund to keep product or 20% reward for their site?! Heck no! Going to dispute with PayPal since they stopped responding and it's been pushed past their 7 days upon receiving which is a tactic they use to avoid refunding.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
