I ordered several items in late December, 2020. My credit card was charged $90.51, but the package never arrived. I contacted Customer Service and was repeatedly asked to continue to be patient. In April 2021 I was asked if I wanted to re-order the items. I replied no, and requested a refund. On April 23 Customer Service promised me the refund, but it was never received! One week later, they closed my account and I have no way to contact the company. My bank investigated, but Light in the Box has a 60 day time limit for refunds. Even though they had already promised me the refund! DO NOT deal with this company! I have had nothing but headaches and I am out $90.51!

Company took 2 months to send me the wrong product, and when I asked for a refund they said they will only issue a refund if I ship it back to China and cover return shipping costs. I'd gladly ship it back if they prepaid the shipping, but I'm not going to pay shipping for their mistake. I've looked into the company now and see this is a pattern for them. Terrible customer service. They clearly don't care about retaining customers at all.

I know they have a pretty high rating but I hope your read this before you purchase. NOTE: This is not AMAZON! You will not have positive experience should you need to return something. In fact that they will advise you not to do it. You will have to send it directly to BACK TO CHINA and the cost will more than likely be prohibitive. NOT MY WORDS, THEIRS! However they will give you a voucher of 20 percent of the original purchase price so you can buy more product from them that you can not return. OR they will give you 10% of the original purchase price and you keep what ever worthless item you have from them. GOOD LUCK. Personally I will never purchase anything else from them! BUYER BEWARE!

I have been looking for mother of the bride dresses and potentially other dresses for the wedding party. Using the standard sizes, I ordered three different style dresses in different colors as website was not very good on presenting the colors. While
I was very pleased with one, the other two were not as represented and had very bulky embroidery on bodice. I notified the Company within the 7days advertised for return and was notified absolutely NO RETURNS on dresses. STAY AWAY from this site and Lan Ting unless you have tried the dress somewhere else and know exactly what you need.

The only exception to this are made-to-order products. Even the dresses made in standard size need to be made from scratch, since the supplier doesn't keep an inventory for this type of product. The 2XL men's leather jacket and cloth hooded jacket fit like a size Small. I normally wear size XL. To return items I was told I must pay shipping cost to China, however items were sent from Springfield Gardens, NY. Other options not appealing. The items I bought don't come in larger sizes.

We can help you return the jackets, but the return shipping fees will be your responsibility. Only items with quality issues can be returned for a full refund. Aproblem related to size cannot be considered as a quality issue, cause each of our clothing is e sold on our website with a detailed measurement chart (under the photos). Unfortunately, we don't have a return address in NewYork. The address you saw on the shipping label is of the USPS depot, with whom we don't cooperate. Can you tell us if there is someone currently living at your old address? Could this person receive the package on your behalf? If the package can't be delivered, then it will be returned by USPS, and we will be able to arrange a refund or reshipment once it's on its way back to China.

This is such a disappointing purchase. After paying to get the items expedited and then trying them on and not fitting. We tried to return the items in less than 5 days from receiving but were denied. The companies complete stock are considered made to order. So, if you tried to return they will shove the return policy under made to order and refuse the return. This also included a black dress that was ordered. Added the pictures as proof that the dresses were never worn and tags are on. I am WARNING ALL not to purchase from this online company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
