The website advertises Mens rings as 925 Sterling silver. I had 5 of them checked by a jeweler and they are BRASS with Nickel Plating! Asked for a FULL refund but now they want ME to spend MY time and money to send them back to China! If this is how they do business, I would advise staying away from them!

Worst worst place ever. Cheap quality and send you dresses that ain't even the same as the picture. And then they say it a non returnable item and it handmade so it can't be returned. Took me weeks to contact someone and it's worst customer service ever.

I am sorry that the dress wasn't satisfactory. In fact we have been selling these handmade dresses for over 12 years, with many repeated customers. After having looked at the photo you've sent, I couldn't see visible quality problems, nor that your dress was different compared to the photos on our website. It seems you had inention to order the dress in black, but mistakenly chosen the colour pearl pink. Kindly note made-to-order products cannot be returned, since these are exclusively made on demand, which also explains why it took our supplier a while to finish it. As a commercial gesture a partial refund of 30% was offered, we hope this can help ease the situation.

The short version of my review is that this company has refused to fully refund a defective product, and so I would give this company zero stars if possible. This refusal is a clear violation of their return policy.
The long version of my review is that I ordered this dress and it arrived in the wrong color (it was supposed to be deep forest green and it is teal), and with defective construction and sewing in the arms; my bridesmaid cannot move her arms level with her shoulders or over her head at all. Additionally the seams at the arms are fraying, likely because of the poor construction. I notified this company within the 7 day return period that the dress I received is defective because of these issues, and they have refused to acknowledge that it is defective, even though I provided them with pictures. As a result I am posting this review to as many places as possible, to notify people and hopefully prevent them from trying to order from this company.
DO NOT ORDER THIS DRESS OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY DO NOT ADHERE TO THEIR OWN POLICIES.

I ordered 3 medium shirt and they apparently sent extra small for they lacked 8 inches fitting. Asked for a refund and they said only "an exchange", but it would cost me more to send them back to China than the shirts cost, so I should just give them away to someone and take the loss". This is sadly true and if you doubt it, I have their email stating the same. I protested to my credit card company today and they are processing a refund to me. After my experience and dealing with this China Company, I seriously doubt that all of their positive reviews are real. Truly the worst company service I have ever seen.

This company, LightInTheBox, provides the WORST shopping experience.
1.The item - a nice looking shirt on the computer screen-is of a strange fabric that feels like a flammable plastic.
2. You will NEVER be able to find and follow a return process. Lots of return information but no actual return process. You can spend hours finding out that returning is IMPOSSIBLE.
3.The return policy is limited to damaged goods and you will be required to return to China at your own cost.
Save yourself a big headache and go elsewhere.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
