Against my better judgment I ordered from this place and using their size chart I ordered 2 sizes larger than what I wear. What was delivered didn't even have a size tag on it and it was no where near an xl for an adult! Contacted customer service and of course they used every excuse under the sun to avoid issuing a refund. Needless to say I am out of $50+

I had written a review on their website and miraculously it vanished. My original review was that the clothing looks great online, but when you receive it, you realize that the quality is poor and nothing like the pictures. I tried to return it as it falls under their returnable policy, but they stick it to you twice when their return options are keep the item and get 20% in reward dollars (so you can buy more of their cheap quality merchandise) or keep what you ordered and get 10% refund back OR the icing on the cake is return everything back to China which will cost you more than what it was worth to receive all of your money back. What a joke when Light in the Box (LITB) has a shipping facility in Spring Gardens NY which is where the package came from. Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from LITB, its not worth the stress or losing your money over. I should have learned my lesson the first time when I tried to return something and after sending several emails and not hearing from their 'customer service' they said it was already past the return window. So what do we learn as we walk away from this? BUY AMERICAN PRODUCTS.

Update: Although it took time and much correspondence and persistence the LIB supervisor refunded my money for the purchase (wrong color dress shipped) and my shipping costs for trying to return the item in good faith. I'm encouraged by this and will likely order again. This is how customer service should work.
They provide detailed instructions. You'll spend $60 in shipping to China to return only to have your package come back! They won't respond to your emails or website requests with photos of your damaged/wrong items. If you like what you get (and some of their stuff is good), it's good but if you don't you're HOSED by this company. They'll also say "sorry your ticket was not received; submit another one here and the link is invalid every time"

I bought two onesies with a cost of 100+ dollars. The quality was not what I expected. When I tried to return it they game me this options:
We would like to propose the following offers:
A) Keep the item and receive a reward of 20% of the product's value.
B) Keep the item with a refund of 10% of the product's value.
C) Return the item back for a refund to China paying for the return which can take weeks or months. (this option is only for RETURNABLE items)
Long Story short, I received less than 10 dollars refund.
I wont buy here anything again. If you buy here you will have to keep it even if you are not satisfied with the product.

I wear a lot of hats but had trouble finding one that matched an outfit I had. Found one on Light in the Box. It was cheap so I don't know what I was expecting. The hat arrived in an package envelope so it was crushed & misshapened. The bow was detached but had Velcro to attach. Unfortunately it was the same side Velcro so it doesn't stick. I understand now why there aren't any product reviews on the website.

The material was nothing like the photo and the sleeves of the dress were uneven. I cannot return, must keep but they will give me a 40% credit (no thanks, not ordering from here again), or a 30% credit on my cc. How ridiculous. Make sure you order the right item and size as they will make your pay for the shipment back to China if you decide to proceed with the return. Aside from taking 3-4 weeks the shipment cost makes the return unviable. Strongly not recommend.

I purchased 4 items of clothing from this site on 12/20/21. I received the items on 12/30/21. Pretty decent shipping speed from China to the US. That's the only good part. Box came stuffed, squeezed with my 4 items. Upon trying them on I quickly regretted buying any of the items I received. I'm 6'2 200 lbs and fit. These items did not fit well at all. Baggy arms but the photo on their site showed a more slim fit cut for the shirt I received. Pants had the same problem. Jackets were ok, but cheesy "fashion" patches on the jacket. Everything fit, felt, and looked cheaply made. So time to return it right? Oh, that's going to be a process. You have 7 days to reach out to them and get a return authorization. Had to stuff the items back into the box they provided for shipping. Next, they do not accept FedEx or UPS for return shipping, only USPS. Hmmm, why? Go to USPS, $85 to ship $135 worth of clothing back. Why did I proceed with the return? Because I was that done with this order, I'm going to get something back from this nightmare experience. $50 is better than nothing. So I shipped it all out in a timely matter, provided them the tracking number on 1/8/22. It's 2/12/22 now, item has been held in customs in Hangzhou China since 2/8/22 even though it already cleared Shanghai Customs on 2/7/22. This is the game this company plays. They make it extremely difficult so you won't return the product and they pocket your money for very cheap products they sell. Even if you do follow everything in their complicated return process, you get to deal with Chinese customs next. That's why overall, stay away from this company. That $40 jacket or $13 shirt will not look as good as it does in their pictures of the product from their website. And you really have no reasonable way to return any of it. Nice little setup this place has and that's the only reason they are in business in my opinion.

I ordered Burgundy and dress is closer to red. I took my measurements according to the size chart and ordered my dress, size 16 due to bust. Received the dress, good quality and I was surprised it came so quickly. Tried the dress on and it fit in the bust area only. Arms are too long, fell off my shoulders (I have broad shoulders) and to big in the waist. I have a short torso (hourglass figure) the torso in this dress is not proportionate, hit about 1-2 inches above my waist. The and on the waist was tacked on wasn't sewn so it came undone while trying on. Tried to get a refund and got the run around, you know they don't care about quality or customer service when they offer to refund 10% and keep the dress. They tell you it would cost too much and take too long to ship it back to the warehouse in China.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
