The pictures of the clothes shown on their website have nothing in common with the trash they will deliver you. Neither the material nor the cut... oh except the color pattern. Such a waste of ressources!
Oh and the review I wrote about the products didn't appear on their site.

I ordered cotton joggers tfor £37 that looked great on their website but received a very cheaply made polyester imitation. What a complete rip off. Disgraceful! UPDATE: I have now received a full refund an an apology, however this took up a great deal of my time.

Customer service is quite fine, the products are also reasonable, the price is not too high. I highly recommend this site

I ordered a dress from this site. I wasn't happy with the quality and design, so I asked for a return address, after many many emails, they let me know, that I can return it on my own to CHINA! I take it as a loss. This should not be allowed.
I will never order anything from this company or anything, which ships from China.
I learnt my lesson.

Bought some dungarees from here. Quality of the fabric was actually laughable it was so bad. The colour was totally different to what was ordered, the whole garment, fabric, colour, cut etc was just so different it was a scam. There is no way to post a genuine review on the website, the returns are only processed if you pay for shipping back to China. Absolute scam.

I ordered 3 vests from this company. I measured my husband to make sure the sizing was weight. According to their measurements there should have been plenty of room to spare. After a long weight time they arrived and one zipper was broken and all three were so small they would maybe fit a 14 year old. Not the measurements they display. Tried to contact the company for a return but all you get from customer service is an e-mail telling you to either ship it back to China and pay the shipping cost which is more than I paid for them and wait 2-3 months for a refund or they will give you 2 rewards points or 10 percent of the purchase price back to keep them. Tried to respond to their e-mail but lightinthebox.com is an invalid address so can't get through that way. No customer service number available so stuck with no one to help. What a rip-off company. Just lost $120. Hope they choke on it. My advise to anyone planning to order from them is don't. Look somewhere else. Be smart.

Ordered the wrong size and they made it righ! Just make sure you order the correct size. Returns can be very expensive.

I have tried and tried ti return a dress to no avail. I should know better. Nobody even responds.

The communication with this company in regards to returns is ridiculous. The manger taking care of my order complaint does not even know or have the means to see how the items I purchased was paid for. Very unprofessional business. Unusual request for returns. Not happy or satisfied.

My first order didnt got delivered and was lost in transit, then started the horror story of refund and claims which is so lengthy for even small value shipments of 4 USD... and amount is still not refunded after 2 months... Dont buy from these sites who operate from china better with Amazon and local sites

I purchased a blouse which was described as XL, which it is not, also as pure cotton and it is a man made nylon type fabric. The manufacture is poor quality there is no overlooking the fabric on the seems.

It is impossible to contact the company and they expect you to pay for the return and will not refund the delivery either. Will never purchase any item from them again.

Bought a red gothic steampunk coat for 100 € and bust size was 8 cm less than the measure they wrote on their website, making the M size 2 cm lower than the S size... Ruining my plans for a costume party. Absolutely a bad experience.
