Ordered pajamas for myself and wife for a Christmas Eve pajama party we were hosting. Prior to paying it confirmed the order would arrive prior to date. I made sure I took a pic of this prior to paying and while ordering. After making payment the date confirmation stated items could arrive after date. You are not able to contact co. Only by email And you have to download app first or you can't submit email, In which you receive delay in response or not at all. So you're not able to reject the order at time of payment. Items arrived after our Christmas Eve pajama party. Leaving us as host without pajamas! Pathetic hosting a pajama party and everyone comes wearing them other than the hosts. Therefore no group family professional Christmas pajama pics taken, in which we had paid for! Had family fly in from out of country that we haven't seen in 13 years, so the family would have a special keep sake as their gift from us. That didn't happen. When the pajamas did arrive My wife's pajamas which had feathers, was not sewn onto the sleeves nor legs large gaps. My silk pajamas did not arrive. I received some type of velvet looking pajamas. Furious! Attempted to notify to send back but I'm getting the run around with offer of discount and keep. I don't want to keep my wife's pajamas the ones delivered are falling apart and I'm not going to wear velvet pajamas! If you don't want their discount they want you to pay shipment to send back to their China warehouse in China then they will make their determination. Even after sending numerous pics of garments, garment numbers and etc. which they continue to request for me to send over and over and I've sent over and over. They are giving us the runaround. A strategy I think they are doing on purpose so you will take the discount and keep the faulty items. Not interested and I would never order from this company again!

Ordered 2 jackets from Light in the Box, one is out of stock but got CHARGED for both anyway! And the one received DOES NOT look anything like what I ordered.
The amount of my order was more than Euro 150, so i had to pay import tax. I informed l. I. t. B and got the money back. Tanks a lot

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
