I was shopping for casual summer dresses. When I ordered a two-piece dress, only one piece was delivered. Their cotton/linen dresses seem to be only cotton. No tag info regarding fabric content or origin. When I inquired about returns I was offered an additional credit to keep the items, but I had to remind them of this credit when ordering again. I ended up with 5 dresses that don't fit, are unflattering, or incomplete. I won't be ordering anything else. Enough!
I placed an order on 1/15. Fifteen days later it is still "processing" and has not shipped. After inquiring, on 1/23, customer service sent me an email saying it would ship no later than 1/22. They have no idea what is going on and will say anything to string you along. Yesterday, I cancelled the order. I have the feeling that I am in for a long fight to get my refund.

Ordered on 12-14. Was messaged the expected arrival date was 12-22 to 12-29. It's 12-29 no product arrived. Messaged customer service and was told "We are sorry for the delayed of your order due to the items you ordered is really in high demand.
But we are very glad to tell that your order is being packed now and will be shipped out very soon in 48 hours.". Don't give out expected dates if the aforementioned is the case. Also don't charge $10+ for shipping for 1 item, and have it be express. That's unsatisfactory!

This company should make clear that they ship from New York but require returns to China which are cost prohibitive. The prices are low but the quality is commensurately low, to be expected. Although they appear to have made an effort to put details on sizing for the U.S. market, I found that all of the pieces (4 purchased) did not fit right, too tight across the bust for the measurements they provided. Returns with shipping to China required are cost prohibitive so buyer beware.

***UPDATE***I was initially really upset because I received the incorrect colour/length of hair extensions, but after working with customer service, I ended up being happy with the outcome. I think they really do mean well as a company, and like anywhere, sometimes mistakes happen - especially when dealing with suppliers from China (let's face it though, everything comes from China now. This website is no different than most). The human hair extensions I ordered from there are actually very good quality. I never had any concerns with the hair quality.

I received products good material, some size issue try to reach customer service by email. Very slow feed back for refund. I submitted for return request but they says it will take 30 days to process. Size of one dress is smaller then mention on website also color of dress is darker then shows on web picture, return policy is not good.
So far so great! If I order something and they don't have it Immediately I am notified and refunded in full with nice little surprises and credits for other products! I have a specialist who deals with me specifically and treats me very kindly! So far I've been satisfied with many of the things I have received from this company! As I am sure you will!
They lied in the description. It says "Cotton blend" but in reality it's 85% polyester. 15% cotton is not cotton blend! I can't wear this crap, need to return. But when I click their link "return item", going through all the fields, the submit button conveniently doesn't work. Nice try! I tried both in browser and in their app and it doesn't work anywhere. I need my money back and will never buy anything from this company again.

Do not believe the shipping time it may say 5-7 and you pay more then turns to 13 and then it is weeks before they even process the order. I ordered april 22 a mothers day sale, their site is still saying one item not processed. And customer service is kinda rude.

This is such a disappointing purchase. After paying to get the items expedited and then trying them on and not fitting. We tried to return the items in less than 5 days from receiving but were denied. The companies complete stock are considered made to order. So, if you tried to return they will shove the return policy under made to order and refuse the return. This also included a black dress that was ordered. Added the pictures as proof that the dresses were never worn and tags are on. I am WARNING ALL not to purchase from this online company. Kindly note, the majority of products can be returned, with the exception being made-to-measure products such as the dresses. We don't keep this type of product in stock, all need to be made from scratch, which explains the time-gap of 11 days, between date of payment and day this was sent. In addition, sizing problems are avoidable, since all our clothing is sold with their detailed measurements indicated in both inches and centimeter.

My mom bought a dress outfit for me for $84. When we received it, it was in an open bag already. The outfit is way too small for me, even though it was ordered correctly. Purchased tops that measured smaller than advertised by two inches. Requested a refund.
Received the refund without any problems. I was impressed although it was the manufactures error on sizing. Hopefully any other issues are handled in the same manner.
It would be helpful if the sizing was more accurate it would eliminate a lot of returns and frustration from customers. The items purchased never look like the model or pictures. Actual pictures would be very helpful before making a purchase.
What I received looked nothing like what I ordered. It was a very cheap made dress with completely different lace that looked like they just slapped it on the dress. Getting a refund or even a credit is close to impossible. Basically, they take your money and send whatever they want. First red flag for me should have been that they don't have a phone number for customer service. There is no way to hold them accountable. Don't throw your money away.

Ordered about $300 worth of products for a wedding, and it was all junk except for two pairs of little girls shoes that had been presented as being for junior aged kids by the foot measurements.
You are supposed to ship returns back at your own expense, and it costs far more than the junk costs as shipping back was over 300 by land and more by sea. Don't shop here.

Terrible! The jumpsuit and skirt are NOTHING like the picture. They are made of 2 different materials and are not the same shade of red. Do not order this! I tried to return the dress and was offered a 30% off coupon for my next purchase or 15% and I can keep it. I've been trying to send this back for 5 days. I ordered some Bike accessories which looked good and were reasonably priced. I have still not received them after more than 2 months. Allegedly, they have arrived in country but have not been transferred to the local courier. In spite of numerous emails to their customer service, I have been met with some nice sounding words for my plight, but no meaningful attempts to resolve the delivery. I have asked for my money to be refunded on three occasions, each of which has been ignored by their customer service
As I cannot trust their delivery of service of problems that arise, I will not be using them again and cannot recommend them.

I ordered a dress on here after reading some reviews of the site and decided it was a safe risk. The dress came in terrible quality and falling off my body. Their size chart states a size 4 is a medium so I ordered a medium. The dress was not only $#*!ty quality but this "size 4" dress was falling off me all the way down to my waist (it was sleeveless). This dresses true size was a an 8 at least. After I requested a refund for the size the said there is not much they can do bc shipping back will cost $40? When shipping was originally $10. So I made another request for the terrible quality with multiple pictures and their response was "sorry we don't see a problem we can offer you 15% back, that's it too bad" and have now been arguing back and forth with them for 2 weeks. I deserve a full refund for the sizing issue and for the misleading picture that I assumed would come but instead I got a dress in the worst quality I've ever received. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
