I have bought a few goods (mobile phones, electronic gadgets and a few other stuff) at this website, and things have always been fine. Things went stellar when I had to use the tax and duty insurance, the response was prompt and it was quickier and easier than what I expected. I recommend it a lot if you are buying products of a higher value, be sure to add the insurance, it is worth it and their service is exceptional!

No refund

I ordered a clock and it arrived broken. I sent it back and asked for a replacement, which arrived broken. I sent it back and asked for a refund and I cannot get a refund. PayPal will only honor the initial order and not the replacement. Now I know this in future, with other suppliers, I will only ask for a refund NOT replacement.

The Price of Quality

Purchasing and Shipping process are just fine. However, the the quality of this Jacket shown is not the same as the quality of the product received. The appearance (very illustrious) of this product as illustrated comes no where near the actual product received

I ordered a headlight on April 3rd. It took until May 31st to receive it. Almost 60 days!
All they could ever say was that it was sent by postal mail and it takes time? Be weary and hope that you get what you ordered. I will never ever order anything from them again!

So I placed an order for a pair of Nike Free 4.0 Flyknit running shoes, couldn't believe the price, they were £54.00, usually £100+.
I paid via PayPal, because I was sceptical of the websites legitimacy. The PayPal cheque took 8 days to clear, the order took 2 weeks to process, the payment took over a week to go through, the item took 2 weeks to be shipped. So 7 weeks later I received my order, after it had taken a tour of China.
So I opened the package today, the Nike box was battered (it has travelled half way round the world, so I let that slide), the shoes have everything on them to say they're legit, but for some reason I'm thinking they're fake. I read a few reviews, they say they don't sell fake Nike or Adidas... but I still think they're fake. There's something not right about them...
Anyway, be careful when ordering Nike shoes, and don't hold your breath for a quick delivery. 7 WEEKS... I'd send them back but I imagine the process for a refund would take 10 times longer.

1. According to the order, you choose e-check to pay for this order on 23rd June. Please understand e-check takes longer to transfer, so we actually received the payment on 9th July. And we'll only start to process the order after receiving the payment.

2. After receiving your payment, we start to process your order. It needs 1-4 business days to process the shoes before it ships out, which we state on the product page. We shipped the shoes on 14th July, which is the 4th business days after we received the payment.

3. About the long shipping time. Please kindly note the shipping method you chose for this order was 5-8 business days (8-12 calendar days) We shipped it on 14th July and it was delivered on 23rd July, which only took 6 business day to arrive. So the package is arrived earlier than schedule.

4. About the Nike shoes, please note that our shoes are authentic Nike shoes. Please don't be worried.

Don, we now our gay apparel…

Bought the snow print pants, along with the snow print jacket. Both are lovely the colors are vivid and the jacket is plush and warm. The pants are a good fit, despite the guess work of the sizing chart. The pant material is a thin polyester, so not warm at all.

Terrible company!

The order took forever to be delivered and they say you can return items, but they come up with all kinds of excuses and make it so difficult to return that I just gave up. I would NEVER order from them again!

Never received order!

I ordered 2 dresses for my son's wedding and am angry that I have not received them. The Light in the Box site states it was delivered but it NEVER was! The post office says they have NO tracking number I was given in their system! This place is a scam! They steal your money! I was just on the Better Business Bureau site and there are numerous complaints against Light in the Box! They stole over $80 from me, and I am angry. The only reason I put 1 star on is because I couldn't post this unless I did!

LightInTheBox attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Bought 6 shirts - two had issues

I was happy with 4 of the shirts. I was disappointed with the 2 other shirts that were not what I ordered. One was a woman's XL shirt instead of a men's XL and the other shirt that arrived was not of the option I had ordered.

I ordered 5 shirts on the 10th. Paid for expedited shipping. It is now the 19th. I have sent emails asking when it will be shipped. Website keeps saying "in process." Or "passed QC" They will not reach me in time now. I did have someone there reach out to me via email and say they would ship what is ready. We will see…
UPDATE 12/24/22. LightintheBox, Megan, sent me a partial refund for even the items that were shipped. I appreciate the communication from her and have found this company keeps its word when they say they will refund a portion of what they even shipped because it is "late". I have not received the items yet so can not comment on the quality. The items have to pass "quality control" it says so hopefully they will be good.

I have post the review in below, but now I found that I have misunderstanding about the issues, the duty fee have been transfer back into my credit card account, so I did not see it in LITB credit section.
For the second issue, it actually have their superior Rebecca working on it, it was because of the time zone difference so I was not able to receive their information at my day time. And now I do understand that the issue can be fix. They will cancel and let me return the item at their cost.

It is a catch 22 loop to return items!
1st you have to log in & find your order & then REQUEST a return authorization
Only if you receive a return authorization can items be returned!
HOWEVER My account continued to show no previous orders, & therefore was unable to even request a return authorization! And that was the only way a return could be initiated!
Merchandise cute but very inferior materials! You get what you pay for! If you want cute that doesn't hold up & you CAN't return, then go for it!

Poprvé jsem se nechala zlákat a objednala jsem si boty. Dříve jsem si nejprve musela boty zkusit, než jsem si něco koupila. Tím, že máte dobře popsané velikosti jsem s botami od vás spokojená. Jsem spokojená nejen s botami, ale s celkovým průběhem od objednání až po doručení.

Shopping wisely

I find the quality of the clothes to be good. The sizing is difficult. I brought according to the size chart yet I had to reorder a few times to get it right. Which leads me to the next thought, They state that they have a wearhouse in the USA to exchange items with. Unfortunately all my returns would have to be returned to Asia. This would cost more than the price I paid so now I have extra clothes that I can't wear. So be carefull when you pick your size.

Misleading and criminal
December 22, 2020

Company is using irrational/incorrect sizing on clothing items (e.g. Items sold as 3XL are barely the size of a standard US XL size!).
A request for return due to mislabeled size resulted in an instruction to falsely and illegally complete a customs form (a return is not a gift!), and cover shipping to China (which is close to $80 for a $100 order!).
These guys expect that the customer won't bother with these insane process and cost of return, and thus keep the items and accept the loss (which equals a successful sale to them).
In summary: a crooked company with illegal business practices!

But to prevent customers from ordering wrong size, usually the details of size are presented in the ‘“Size Chart”’ on product page, which includes different measurement information, such as waist, bust, hip, etc. You could choose the products according to the size chart.
