Shopping is easy on your page. The quality of the items (I've bought some clothes) are different. Sometimes I was glad with them, but sometimes disappointed. The material of clothing is often bad. I like cotton, viscose and your clothing usually from polyesther and isn't the best polyesther. So price / value rate isn't so good.
The bulbs fitted and worked perfectly. They were used to convert a Jayco Caravan from Halogen & incandescent to LED. All internal lights were changed for AUD 46, so I am very happy with the transaction overall. The delivery was by "super saver" free of charge, but very slow, it took a month.
I bought my dad a cycling set on 11/11 and have yet to even recieve an order or tracking number (13 days later) When ordering, I put the wrong address and they were able to fix that right away but still never heard back from them ever since. I've sent plenty of emails with my concerns but NO ONE has yet to get back to me on what is going on with my order. So don't order from here unless you want to wonder where your package is at for the next atleast 2 weeks, until who knows how long. IF I recieve my package (which who knows if it even exists but was charged for) I will not order from this place again and don't recommend you to either..
This company has the nerve to send me a child large winter coat when I ordered a mans 2XL then tell me they will give me a $30.00 credit for future purchase like they are doing me a favor. I will never purchase anything from this company again. They are crooks and need to be put out of business.
I didn't realise the product was coming from China.
The shorts I purchased didn't fit, so I thought I would return them, however they emailed me to say I would have to pay the return cost to China, which would be roughly half the cost of my purchase.

After a purchase of several items about I was not satisfied due to the fact that there was no description regarding the texture of materials and it was not on my taste, being much more elastic (but I have to mention that the items were perfectly corresponding to the colours and shape posted on the website), I returned the order. It taked a while, and unfortunately there was no meaning to contact the management of the site, unless electronic (but not mail or something), and I could find a connection, through facebook if I remember well, and I have to recognize that, despite that I thought it is a lost cause, and I will never see my refund, they answered promptly and managed to get my refund. Ordered a dress, received it only to find it to be about 6 inches too small across the back. Very unhappy. Could not talk to anyone have to write emails. I am waiting for a response and RMA # to return the dress...

When you order, the say (7 - 13 business days). After 20 days, I call. They say wait 30 days, then call again. I wait 30 days and call again, they now say wait 60 days. WHAT HAPPENED to 7-13 days. What happens in 60 days, they will tell me to wait 90 days. This is another scam, they take your money and poof... gone.

I used pay pal to purchase my items. Pay pal told if I'm having a problem with the seller they can't help me. Yet they expect me to pay for items I can't use which totaled $ 215.99. I requested a ladies size 10 and was sent a men's ten and half slippers which are way to big. I put in numerous tickets and still did get a return shipping label to return my items. They make it so hard to navigate their system to exchange/refund and they are quick to c! Ose your order out. All I want is my money back and to return the items.

The order arrived on the given date. Every thing fit and the art work on the tees was fantastic. The only problem was with the tie string in the jacket. I had to work the tie string back to the outside of the string hole which took about ten minutes/

Never buy from this website. I was not able to get the refund for lost parcel. Both, the DHL and Lighinthebox were pretend not responsible for the lost parcel.
Ever use DHL as well! Poor customer service, and no direct answer on direct question 'where is my parcel'?

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
