The overall service was great. The sweater that was purchased was great. However, the shirt that was purchased was definitely cut extra small by US standards. Also, it would be good to have the return policy easily available.

I've never had any problems with LITB! The product is always as described. It's size appropriate and the quality is just great. I've ordered everything from bras to boots and everything fits really well.
I have ordered a couple of things from lighinthebox.com. In both cases, I was surprised to see the delivery time to Greece (much lower than the corresponding eBay deliveries) and the quality of the products. Taking into consideration their low price, quality was much above average. I would definitely buy again from lighinthebox.com.
I received my package. I love the pink slippers, they are so comfortable. I have the black ones and will have to get the green and white ones.
I have bought many shoes and they are pretty much the right size.
I have 2 spray bottles for my oils and got 2 more. I use pretty much daily.
Do not expect anything from them. I do not recommend this online store because they told me "7days" delivery. It is 20, and I received an email saying that the order could not be sent. The order was for about 190 dollars, and I expected the order because I have my son's weeding.

For many years I couldn't wear nice clothes, because nothing fit. Now I have lost a lot of weight. So I needed all new clothes I found Lighting in a box. It wasn't too expensive and the clothes are stunning. Would recommend this sight to all of my friends and family.

The clothing i order are the wrong colors.
One time i order a clock and it looks nothing like in the description and the pictures on the website. Plasic not metal and way smaller
I made a comment about it on the website. 1 out 5 stars and it got removed (censorship)
It already says how sad.

I did not try to return only this shirt from order #**************. I wanted to return the whole order. I filled out return ticket for each item on.a Saturday hit submit. Thought it was taken care of! Wrong! Returned to site on Monday and my whole order was missing. Of course I was informed it was my fault. Maybe I wasn't signed into my account, I was because when I tried to sign out asked if I was sure I wanted to do that. They also sent extra merchandise in that order and all I want to do is return that also. No credit no anything. They will not help me at all! This company is not very customer oriented and I should know I was a Customer Service Manager in the United States for 20 years and I would have been out of a job if I treated people like this! Ridiculous shipping time. Or better to say "processing time " as they call it. It said 4 to 9 days shipping. 2 weeks later it was still "processing " and when I wrote to them they were like, hey it says (somewhere, I didn't see) that processing time can be such and such. Even if it did say it this a joke. Why do they think it's a. To mislead ppl like this b. Ok to process things for 3 weeks. Huge disappointment. I ad to cancel because by the ime it would have arrived I wouldn't need it anymore

Was bought for my daughters prom and she loved it. It came early, and was a little big which was better than a little small. She was beautiful in it, and she thought it was perfect. Bought the shoes to match thinking they would be on the small side, but they fit perfect

While LITB refunded those 3 items I had no time to replace them for a wedding event. I ordered them the end of Jan. It took til the end of Mar to deliver & there was no time left b4 we had to leave for the event. I feel I can't always count on the manufs for good quality control. I would have liked the option to replace 1 of those items but wasn't given that choice. Meghan from LITB did reach out after this review & offered the shipping to be refunded of just under $26. I will give them another try, when I'm looking for a special dressy item.

I was simply disgusted by the cheap quality of the items I ordered. I ordered handbags and they were very poor, badly stitched, one with tears on it and all badly creased and dinged after being crammed into the box that it was delivered in. And charge unexpected custom tax on top of it all. I feel so conned and hope that someone reads this and doesn't fall into the same trap

I love the designs of the tunics, but the fabrics are quite thin. I prefer fabrics that are more substantial. Rather than thin polyester, a heavier polyester or cotton with polyester would give the tunics a richer and more substantial appearance.
I have purchased fashion dress 22 dress for my wife from LITB for $560. I have got all the item on time and the design was very good.
I will recommend for my friends and relative to purchase from Light in the Box. Pros is excellent customer care good relation from their team.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
