I'm from the UK and here we have very boring and very expensive cycling clothes. Found this site on the internet and ordered the most amazing bib shorts and matching top.
Every time I wear it people alway comment on how bright and fabulous it is.
Received my order after like a month and sure enough nothing like in the pictures shirts color totally different shirts design different to what I ordered shirts material -ordered linen got something else. Pants waaay off to whats in the pictures! Dont waste your money people..
I ordered a Maternity Style Bridesmaid's dress and, not knowing how big I would be by the wedding, I waited until June 11th to order (the wedding is on July 11th). I paid extra to have expedited shipping in hopes the dress would come well before the wedding.
Not until June 26th did I receive an e-mail stating that they believed the measurements I sent them were wrong. They asked me to send new measurements and then the process would take 8 - 10 more business days and another 3 - 5 days to ship. This means there is NO WAY the dress will arrive before the wedding.
Why did they wait so long to look at the measurements when I submitted them on June 11th? And how do they know the measurements I submitted are wrong? I'm pregnant, my numbers are going to be strange anyway. If the dress doesn't fit that's my problem, not theirs, and I could get it altered. Now I have no dress at all and have two weeks to get another from somewhere else.

Not reliable. Never received the package. The shipping company they work with posted pictures of the package in the main entrance of my apartment building. I never received it.
They keep referring me to their shipping company and their shipping company is not responsive. I lost all my money and never received my order

A sweatshirt is a warm shirt of cotton fleece - not a silky polyester.
I did not look past the description to the overview as the sweatshirt wording indicated what to expect/
I cannot return except to Asia with a cost of return as high as the refund. Not good customer service.

I have been using LightInTheBox for about two years now and I have to say that I have never been disappointed. Their customer service is on top. I had a package delivered but I wasn't home and it has been returned to the shipper. I explained the situation to customer service and, although it wasn't in their policy, Amira Mostafa, got out of her way to help resolve my problem and made sure that the package would be re-shipped to me, with 0 costs added. I am so grateful for her and for her help! Thank you, again!
I would not recommend buying good from this company. I purchased 2 tops which I didn't realise came from china. They did not fit properly so I wanted to return them. I was told I would have to return them to the Asian Warehouse and pay the cost myself. I was informed not to return them to the address given to Royal Mail on the packaging
I was not offered a full refund but to keep the top for a partial refund. I accepted the partial refund as it was cheaper than returning the goods. They said the money would be paid back to the store account but I insisted I wanted the money in my bank I did point out it was against our Trading Standards.
The only positive was the person I was in contact with was very helpful

The shirts were perfect this time.I ordered 2 shirts and they came at the right time and were just what I needed and were just the right size. I really love the lined shirts so I dont have to wear a sweat shirt over the top of a t-shirt. And I love the thickness of the material as I wear it to ride on my cycle and I stay warm all over. So thank you very much, they are expensive but worth it.
Received my order for gifts for our upcoming wedding. Was really impressed with the speed in the delivery and the quality of the goods received for the price. Would use the company again and would have no problem in recommending the company.
Customer service is quick and friendly. They keep what they promise and they fx refund all customfees (if you have the insurance payed) as agreed. This is very nice system and you don't need to worry any unbleasend extra payments afterwards.
I have now ordered many times things from LTB and I have been pleasantly surprised all the toys and clothes from there. I recommend this company for everyone.
Everything I have ordered, and that is considerable, have been as good as anticipated. If there were one drawback, it would be the cost of shipping and handling; sometimes as mush as the cost of the product.
As follow up to my earlier review, it is worth mentioning that I did receive a full refund for the dresses I purchased and never received - eventually.
If you have had any issues with a purchase from LITB, I highly encourage you to complain publicly to get the ball rolling as it appears that this is the fastest way to resolve your issue. Just wish I had done it sooner.
In all fairness, I read reviews for this site previous to completing my order for 2 flower girl dresses in May 2017 and figured 'what are the chances this will happen to me'. Well, I'm still waiting. Now having read more reviews I am concerned that I will
A) never receive these dresses
B) will receive these dresses too late for wedding, so will have wasted my time and money
C) will receive these dresses on time but will not meet the expectation of order ie will be poor quality, wrong size, etc
I want my money back and I want to get off this ride. Ineffectual customer service is no good to me.
I ordered several items from this web site and when the items were not shipped on the estimated ship date, I opened an inquiry ticket. I was told that one pair of shoes was on back order. Then I inquired why they could not send all the other items and the one pair of shoes later since their own web site says items may be shipped separately according to availability. I did not get a response as to why the other items were not shipped and to this date none of the items have been received. This order was placed on March 17,2017. Ridiculous! I should have looked closer at their 5 star reviews, most of them seem to say they all had issues they just happened to resolve them. A five star review is merited by someone who is proactive about avoiding the issues that customers complain about over and over and not someone who continously has to fix the same issue over and over. Very disappointed.

I live in Mexico, and I was pleased to find out that ship here. The quality tthe things that I purchased was better than expected. The only issue I had was that it took forever to get here. It was out of their control.
One dress was very see through.
One dress was very hard to get into.
The last dess design looked horrible on my body.
I have sent these dresses back to China, and was astounded that is cost over $92.00 to send via canada post using the most cheapest track way possible.

This was the first time i bought product online, before i have some doubts how this transaction going, no idea at all. But when i recieved my package, that errased all my doubts. I would say, the service is excellent from inquiry to shipment. Actually i have already recommended this site to some of my friends who are looking for wedding dress online. I've ordered the same bags twice from the site. The first time, I ordered 4 bags and had to wait forever on the order because one of them was taking forever to process (back order possibly?), but they gave a discount due to the wait and once they shipped they arrived quickly. The second order I received the small bags when I ordered the large bags, and I am still waiting (and waiting and waiting…) on the correct bags to ship. The bags are super nice and the price was excellent, my only complaint is the shipping issues I've experienced.
I am very satisfied until now, from the quality of the products and from the delivery (and for the information regarding the delivery status, as well)
There was only a mistake with the size of a product, it was not so serious..
The dress material was not as it was pictured and the fit is horrible I received the item days after it was promised and I want a refund and it's almost impossible because of how you cannot reach their customer service if you email it bounces right back so I consider this site a scam don't do it I will work with my credit card company to get this reversed

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
